I am vegetarian and have been actively looking for a vegetarian pot pie and I am so stoked to say that IT IS DELICIOUS! It is filled with a creamy gravy with peas, carrots, potatoes, and a ton more veggies swimming side. The buttery pie crust pairs with the filling perfectly. After looking at all of the mouthwatering pictures on Yelp I couldn't stay away any longer! Now, the hubs is the "Pie Guy" in the house. He stated that the Apple Pie made all others that he has had in his life taste like S$I& (sorry but he said it! I had the Pecan and it was magnificent!! Cute little store front. There really isn't a place to sit and enjoy the pie especially if you have a baby or kid with you. There are bar window seats and a couch and chair but no coffee table. There is limited outdoor seating. There isn't much of a selection and my hubby thought there would be savory pies ready to pick from. He was disappointed in not seeing any. He ended up getting a creme buttered pie (I believe that is what it's called) and an iced coffee. I got the pumpkin praline pie. Both pies were good nothing to write home about. We visited on Friday night we ordered an apple pie, salted peanut butter cup and chocolate bourbon pecan pie. The apple pie was flakey, right balance of sugar and spices, the apples still had a nice bite to them. I personally didn't like the salted peanut butter cup because it had a hard dark chocolate top layer but I can see why people would enjoy it. The chocolate bourbon pecan pie had the right mix of all three flavors. I don't feel that one flavor dominated over the others. Would definitely eat again! Woot! I've taken pies to work, to gatherings, to dinners and without fail, people rave about them and the crust and demand details on where I got them. I've referred neighbors and friends and they've told me they bought from here, since then. So, 5-stars is both hard-earned and well-deserved. In addition, they have great business sense. I don't know what they did before pie baking, but they have the operation of that place down to a near science. Great little place to go and get dessert in downtown Woodstock. I got the peanut butter pie and it was great, a little rich but overall it was great. Only reason I took one star off is the price, it is close to $5 for one slice of pie, which the slices are pretty big, and they taste great, but I don't think they're worth $5/piece. If you're ever in Woodstock and want some good pie, this is the place to get it, and honestly it is better than most desserts you can get in the area. Do not skip this place!! I found it last minute online and convinced my parents to go, we walk into a small cafe style place with no customers, one worker, and lovely atmosphere! I was so looking forward to this coconut cream pie. I ordered it from Pie Bar for my MILs 90th birthday party, with confidence it would be good. When we picked it up it looked perfect. Nicely toasted on top, and exactly what you would expect. It wasn't until later last night we cut the pie to enjoy a slice. Looked beautiful, crust was perfect... light, flaky, and a little crisp. When I took my first bite though, expecting a rich filling with either a vanilla undertone and coconut flavor or pure coconut flavor. What I tasted though, was blah. No flavor at all. I could taste the toasted coconut topping, the butter in the crust, but NOTHING in the filling. Blah. Not only was the flavor missing, I believe it was missing salt. That would explain part of the lack of flavor. It had an odd color from the rich whitish-yellow I'm used to. When I read some of the posts before posting this, I noticed a trend that this was one me of the pies that received similar reviews. You might want to review that recipe. Needless to say, I was disappointed in the beautiful pie, but the carrot cake saved ordered elsewhere saved the day for her 90th birthday. read more

Individually packaged assorted pieces of pie, cutlery and napkins. Price was reasonable. I received so many compliments and requests for where the delicious pie came from.
