VERY good experience at Pie Five Pizza! Came into town to visit family and we picked up pizza from Pie Five for dinner. This place is perfect because it's like a Chipotle for pizza lovers. Come in, pick your pizza size and crust, then just go down the line, choosing your sauce and toppings. We came in and ordered three personal pan sizes all with different crusts and toppings. There really wasn't anyone dining in, just one group of two. Due to COVID and social distancing, there were tables with signs stating certain tables were unavailable. I ordered an artisan thin crust with alfredo sauce, mozzarella cheese, spinach, and chicken. SO GOOD! The crust was perfect: thin enough for a crunch but perfect enough that it was slightly dough-y. I believe they have a $5 special on Mondays. The price is only a few extra dollars originally but you can't beat a $5 pizza! Disappointed that Pie Five isn't located in Houston, so whenever I'm in town, I'll be sure to stop by!

Pie Five Pie Five is different from other pizza chains like dominos and Papa Johns. They have unique pizzas on the menu that you can order. Pizzas are the Five Star, Chicken Pesto, and Margarita. The margarita was ok it had a mostly had a cheesy flavor and red tomatoes. The Five Star had the most ingredients and the flavors matched well together. It includes a good amount of veg and meat with cheddar cheese. The chicken pesto was my favorite because of the rich pesto flavor. Another thing that makes Pie five different is their crust. We ordered 3 different crusts from the thinnest to the thickest crust. The thin crust was not crunchy or crispy on the bottom this was the thinnest crust on the menu. Usually the thinnest crust is crispy on the bottom but pie Five isn't. The only difference between the thinnest and thickest crust is that there is more crust for the thicker one. Overall this place feels healthier then other pizza chains. Their is less greaser then pizzas usually; and have custom made pizzas for you. The pizza taste healthy because it's fresher and less greasy. They also have something called magic dust which is a special pizza seasoning that they only have there which enhances the flavoring the pizza.

We rediscovered a great pizza place after 8 year absence. Last here in 2015 and have been going to the competitions for years. Way back when it wasn't so good. Today's meal changed my mind. The salad was way better than one we eat at in recent years. Be sure to get thin crust as it was baked just right. See photos of menu, pie size, salad choices etc.

Tried online ordering today, Monday. One of the three pizzas I ordered were ready, kind of defeats the purpose of ordering ahead of time, They said they had a dough problem.... no big deal, then I noticed the signs for Monday...any pizza 5.55 each... I was charged the regular price of 7.49 when I ordered the pizza online....asked the pizza cutter, he didn't know how to correct it. Again not going to break the bank, but you should be able to have this corrected on your website. Overall great, fresh, quick pizza ! I will keep coming back... but you owe me one! This is a central Frisco location. Always popular; here on a Saturday night. They are under staffed with two employees that are holding up to the long line pressure. They should get a raise for being put in this situation

Vegan Friendly Review: This review is based off of a delivery order. I was in Frisco for the week for business and was in the mood for pizza after a long day of meetings. I saw Pie Five Pizza Co come up on Yelp and I was glad to see they offered vegan options. I ordered an individual pizza with vegan cheese and Beyond Sausage. The order took awhile to leave the restaurant as I saw the delivery driver was at the restaurant for awhile. The pizza I must say was amazing. The vegan cheese was melted perfectly and the Beyond Sausage was baked into the pizza like it should have been. What a wonderful tasting pizza!

Meh they say ! I got cheese pizza traditional crust but it was more like super thin crust . Taste is ok . I was glad they didn't put much sauce . Pizza barely filled me up . Staff was friendly. The biggest downside is the cleanliness of the restaurant. It wasn't. Soda machine and area looks like hasn't been wiped or cleaned in weeks ! Will place this place on the "don't visit again " list !

I ordered the thin crust pizza with pepperoni, olives and jalapeños. First let me say I wanted the cauliflower crust But they were out at 11:45 a.m...hmmm...disappointing. The pizza was quite bland. Spicy sauce was tasteless. The thin crust was not crispy...in fact I can say some frozen pizza I've bought from the grocery store were much tastier. Delivery beats this hands down. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this place ever. Just dissatisfied.

Came in on a Thursday night to try their pizza for the first time. I had the spinach Alfredo with chicken and bacon on the deep dish pan crust. Very flavorful, especially the crust, which wasn't overdone and still a little doughy. I thought it was tasty. My wife built her own pizza on the same crust and thought she'd try a different crust next time. I like the option of the cauliflower crust for a lower carb choice. Side salads (one Italian, one Caesar) were both good as well.

This place has good pizza but it has gotten so dirty. The floors, the kitchen area is just a mess. Sorta worried to eat here any more.

What a fun place with so many options for your pizza. It is the Subway of pizza. Don't let the name fool you; the pizza is not five dollars.

Had a great experience at Pizzeria Testa! We tried the Testa Rosa pizza, bruschetta, pesto pizza,…read moreand the Orcello pizza, and everything was delicious. The ingredients tasted incredibly fresh, and you can really tell they put care into the quality of their food. It would be great if they added a few more salad options such as a Cesar or Greek would pair well. The atmosphere is cozy, warm, and inviting, making it a great spot for a casual dinner or a night out with friends. The pizzas were flavorful, well-crafted, and definitely worth coming back for. Looking forward to trying more of the menu next time!

We have been customers of Pizzeria Testa since they opened and have eaten here regularly for years…read more Our kids grew up having pizza nights here. Unfortunately, after our experience this week, we will never return. While dining at Testa on Friday, we spoke directly with the longtime manager we regularly see there, as well as our server, about holding our daughter's 11th birthday party in the small private room the following Saturday. We explained exactly what we wanted: the room for a few hours, a couple of their meter pizzas, appetizers and nonalcoholic drinks from the regular menu, and a birthday cake or cupcakes that we would bring. We were told in person that the room would be around $100, that we could order from the regular menu, and that bringing the birthday cake/cupcakes was fine. We were instructed to contact their special-events person to arrange it. So we did. That put us in contact with Holly, Pizzeria Testa's Sales Manager. What Holly initially presented to us was completely different from what we had been told in person. She told us the room was actually $150 PER HOUR, plus a 20-person group-dining-menu requirement. After we explained what management had told us at the restaurant, Holly offered instead a $620 food-and-beverage minimum, with the food required to be preordered. For a three-hour 11-year-old's birthday party, that meant $450 for the room plus a $620 food-and-beverage minimum -- $1,070 BEFORE the 20% gratuity and tax. We repeatedly explained to Holly that this was materially different from what their own management had told us face-to-face just days earlier. What was particularly disappointing was Holly's response that she would speak with Efrain, Pizzeria Testa's General Manager, "to ensure that our servers are not giving out incorrect information." Except this information did not simply come from a server. We had repeatedly explained that we discussed the party directly with the longtime manager we regularly see at Testa as well as our server. Holly then spoke directly with General Manager Efrain about the situation. After that conversation, her final response was that Pizzeria Testa was "unable to accept reservations at this time." So after years of being regular customers, we were left with this: management told us one thing face-to-face, Holly quoted us something entirely different, and after Holly escalated the discrepancy directly to General Manager Efrain, the restaurant still would not accommodate anything resembling what had originally been represented to us. For us, this isn't about whether Pizzeria Testa is entitled to charge $150 per hour for a private room or establish a $620 food-and-beverage minimum. Of course they are. It is about whether longtime customers should be able to rely on what a restaurant's own management tells them face-to-face. Had we simply been told Friday, "The room is $150 an hour, there is a $620 minimum, everything must be preordered, and you'll be over $1,000 before gratuity and tax," we would have thanked them and selected another location. There would have been no issue whatsoever. Instead, we relied on what we were specifically told in person, followed their instructions to contact the events department, and then encountered an entirely different set of terms. After being customers since Pizzeria Testa opened, this was an extraordinarily disappointing way for the relationship to end. We will not be returning. The pizza was never the reason we stopped coming. The way this was handled by Holly, Efrain and Pizzeria Testa management is.

Since leaving, he keeps saying, "I know I've said this already, but that was some damn good pizza!" The pizza was hot, the toppings were delicious, and as someone who heavily judges pizza based on the crust--it was perfectly crispy! The restaurant was very clean. As soon as someone left, the tables were immediately cleaned. The lady at the front was extremely friendly and helpful, with a kind smile. It was our first time there, so I took a while looking at the menu, but she kept reassuring me to take my time. We even met Vinny/Vinnie, and he was such a cool guy--he took the time to ask our names and thank us for coming in! It was overall a great experience. Although they didn't have the pizza I originally wanted to try, that's okay--it just gives us more reason to come back! My boyfriend and I aren't regulars anywhere... but we're happy to say that since eating here, we will be!
