This was a cool spot and I could definitely see myself coming back! The ambiance was really nice, so it would be a cute date spot and they have tons of drinks, so that's another plus. They have various types of seating, one is at a long communal like table, one is in front of the area they make the pies, and the rest is regular, which is cool too! Food wise, the pizzas were plentiful, I'd say one could feed two people! I got the chicken melt and it was okay, not amazing, but I wasn't upset. We ordered the family Chicken Package for $20.00 and picked it up. It was not a huge chicken, but was fine for 2 people. The chicken was delicious, it fell off the bone and was juicy (even after being warmed up). The cauliflower mash was also excellent. I didn't tell my husband it wasn't potato and he still liked it a lot. Our only complaint was the brocallini. It was mostly stems and they were very tough. Tuesday is the night to come here! Pizzas are only $12 each (in the past it was $10 but they recently increased the price). For pizza I order half salami (salami, sausage, pepperoni, bacon, peppers) and half chicken (bbq chicken). One pizza is large enough to share with 1-3 others depending on how much you eat and if people order sides or appetizers. Don't forget the amazing house made ranch on the side. The croutons were so hard they couldn't be chewed; the cheese, if that's what it was, was so hard it couldn't be chewed; and then there was the giant, unpruned pieces of lettuce that I used as dipping sticks for the caesar salad. It's been a while since I've had this good service. I decided to get an appetizer, a pizza, and a dessert as recommended by the people who actually work here. The appetizer I was recommended was the fondue. It comes with this ridiculously good rosemary bread puff that's seasoned just right. I wasn't too fond of the fondue and jam at first, but they're meant to be paired together. It's weird, I know - but it works so well that I actually ordered a second puff! I couldn't even finish my pizza! Speaking of, I was recommended the mushroom at first. However, I can't eat a whole lot of egg, so I got the salami. I ordered the peppers on the side because peppers are very hit or miss with me, but they complement the pizza really well. If you enjoy a lot of meat on your pizza, this is what I would get. I will say I prefer the pepperoni by itself, but that's a personal preference. Finally, I closed with the donuts with the chocolate sauce. The only real complaint I have is that the sugar doesn't adhere to the donut that well. Otherwise, I really like the sauce. The best part, however, is the service. So, the name seriously confuses me. Am still trying to understand why they call themselves a "workshop." To me, "workshop" implies they're just another walk in, go through the line / fast, custom pizza place. Was super excited this was not the case, but just can't figure out the workshop angle. I was skeptical, since the menu says the dough has only 4 ingredients. Also, I hold extremely high pizza standards. Quickly I realized this pizza was DELICIOUS. Cooked to perfection. The sauce to cheese ratio? Dead on. Fancy red pepper shaker. Note: grated parmesan on pizza is NOT usually for me, because like, packets and shakers? But when the waiter came over and showed us a wedge of fresh parmigiano reggiano and a grater, I realized it was the real deal. We only got a very little bit, but it was the perfect addition. I had an enjoyable experience here. Our waitress, Maddie, was so pleasant and extremely helpful with suggestions since this was our first time visiting. The inside was so cute and trendy. The back patio was just as cute, although the ground did have a good amount of trash. The mister fans were much needed for a hot day, so I really appreciated that! The Frosé and Margs were so tasty and very cheap, only $5! The chicken meatballs were also tasty, they reminded me of my granny's meatloaf! The only downside is that it only comes with three meatballs, so this is less than an appetizer to me. There were only two of us but I wouldn't recommend those for a shareable app, esp for the price. The pizza was delicious! It is unfortunate that there is not an option for a "create your own" pizza, and the pizza options are kind of limited in comparison to other similar restaurants. I had some really fantastic gluten free pizza here the other night and it is very rare that I come across any that I think is even edible. The dipping sauces and drinks were also very good with the goat cheese dipping sauce being my favorite! The pizza here was the best pizza I've ever tasted. To start, I had the simple salad which was so fresh and delicious with some knots and the cheese whip thingy that it came with was so good.
