    Barbecue chicken pizza

We sat outside it was very pretty out there. We got a barbecue chicken pizza and it was very tasty! Service was alright.

Always enjoy coming to Piecasso while visiting Stowe. Leigh was great hostess and very attentive. The atmosphere was a lovely, games and machines for the kiddos! Nice setup. The Beet Salad was so good, my family had a small pizza with spicy sausage, Chicken Parm and side Caesar salad & Lasagna. Everything tastes wonderful but could have been hotter. The food was lukewarm. For dessert we had the raspberry sorbet and Blondie Brownie. We got there before the rush at 5:00pm. When we left the place was packed! Will always come back for a meal here.

Busy place on a Saturday evening; we had a 25 minute wait so we occupied our time with the arcades. There are only three actual arcade games but it's enough to pass time. After being seated, our waitress took our drink order and came back within 10 minutes. Salads are good portions so we split the Greek; it was good and I liked the dressing. We ordered separate pizzas and they were each good.

We're visiting Smugglers Notch Resort and had a wonderful day hiking to Bingham Falls & drove to see three covered bridges. We ended the day at Piecasso, and it was the perfect choice. This spot is super kid-friendly. They loved being able to order their own personal pizzas with sodas, and the pizza itself was fresh, flavorful, and delicious. The truffle fries are a must order. The space feels bright and lively, creating a fun atmosphere for families. A special shout out to our waitress Emily, who was so friendly, attentive, and made our meal even better. Overall, Piecasso is the kind of place where everyone leaves happy. Great food,, great vibes, and something fun for the kids. Highly recommend! (Arcade next to the bathrooms)

We ordered Piecasso from the Alchemist. Overall great experience, they delivered it right to the brewery. The food was good, just not outstanding. The beffalo chicken pizza was as different but I enjoyed it. The Garlic knots had cheese in them and were good. The Brussel sprouts were delicious, just be warned that they have bacon in them.

What a great find. The ambiance is casual and the food exceptional. We ordered the garlic knots as an appetizer. They are the best we have ever had and my husband is Sicilian! We shared the Chicken Parmesan and it's a good thing, the portion was huge. The chicken was so tender I used a fork to cut it. Our server, Jacob, took good care of us too. We highly recommend Piecasso!

Good pizza. Decent service. Nice beer list. Large location, lots of indoor and outdoor seating. Was able to add toppings on preset pizza.

Great pizza joint for families in the neighborhood. Weve been coming here everytime we visit stowe and its a huge hit w the fam. The place is spacious enough to fit large groups and the food is cheap and delicious. We get their pizzas and the dough is chewy and the toppings are generous. We love their bbq chicken pizza because the sauce is smokey sweet qnd savory! If you are craving pizza this is the place to be- the only thing i wish they did was take reservations. It does get crowded during peak lunch times and it would be great to avoid that.

    Charcuterie Board

While visiting Stowe, we stopped in for lunch at Pie*Casso and had a mostly enjoyable experience. The standout for us was the roasted baby carrots--tender, flavorful, and glazed beautifully in a brown sugar balsamic sauce that hit all the right notes. We also tried the twice-fried chicken wings. They were crisped to perfection and had a satisfying crunch, but even with the spicy brown sugar rub, they lacked depth of seasoning and could have used a bit more flavor. The charcuterie board was tasty, especially the accompaniments, but a bit disappointing in portion. At $19, we expected more than just two slices of meat. Finally, we ordered the old school supreme pizza. While it wasn't bad, it didn't wow us either--it was just okay for us. On a positive note, our waitress was very pleasant and attentive, and the restaurant itself was spacious and comfortable, offering a relaxed setting for a casual lunch. Overall, Pie*Casso has some hits and a great atmosphere.

This place is solid. I am a bit of a pizza snob, being from CT and living in NYC, but it is decent pizza. Just be prepared for a long wait (25 min +) for your order on busy day.

Piecasso was awesome. The food was excellent, fresh, and full of flavor. We ordered delivery and it was fast, smooth, and right on time. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout the process. Great pizza and great service. Highly recommend.

My wife is a big burger fan (FYI: she raved about her burger, too), so I decided to try the place out, since we were in the area. Bit hard to locate, but parking was fine. Since the weather was good, we ate outside. There is both open air & tent-covered seating options. Speaking of seating - you must memorize your table # BEFORE going inside to order as meals are delivered to your table. I ordered the "Big Daddy M": 6oz beef, medium-cooked, with Bayley Hazen blue cheese, caramelized onions, bacon bits, garlic aioli, bibb lettuce and red onions. What a heavenly, savory combination. Each bite was full of flavor. And the French Fries? Well, super tasty as well - I ate every potato fried crumb. At other places, fries are usually bland, but not here. The order service inside was pleasant and quick; be sure to note the chalk board with a list of food options (e.g. my Wife ordered a custom burger, just the way she wanted). After ordering we went back outside to our #'d table - wait for the food was relatively quick. When done eating, just leave your baskets, etc. on the table (there is a sign stating this practice). Note: while I did not have kids here, there were plenty of families with young kids & toddlers. I definitely want to try this place a 2nd time.

I ended up getting the side salad which was also really delicious - baby lettuce with cucumbers, pumpkin seeds, cranberries with a vinaigrette dressing. On the positive side, they were cooked properly. The meat tasted fresh and was hot and juicy with a crisp crust. The fries were crisp and well-seasoned. My spouse had a quesadilla that was fresh, hot, and tasty. For beverages, I had iced tea that tasted freshly made. My spouse had a smoked lager that he tells me was the best beer he'd had in Vermont. It was dark, smoky, and slightly sweet. The place seemed a bit understaffed, but the guy who seated us and took our orders was pleasant and helpful. The wait for food wasn't bad at all. As for ambiance, the place is a rustic bar in a strip center. There's a pool room and video arcade attached. There's outdoor seating available.

I really enjoyed the historic ski pictures and decorations on the wall. Stowe Cider on tap was great and $8, while the Rimrock burger was decently priced as well. Also, the owner was super nice and our service frequently checked in on us. Great staff and establishment and I will definitely be back in the future! I do have to add that my Rimrock burger has some toppings taken off so it is not everything that is included!

I went with my motorcycle group for like 20 or five of us or whatever for lunch on our run back in. We had a vacation trip up north and we took one of the guys who let a group over to there did some stops on the way we got there. I'm glad I got there before everybody else close by the time they got there I've been waiting a while but by the time I got there, there was no tables available so if I hadn't held the tables we had we wouldn't have been able to get seated together or sit down and eat. All the food was top-notch oh my goodness it was so fresh and tasty. The service was amazing. They had drink specials that day. We tried one of them something with bourbon. I don't know what it was. I think it was a mule. But so delicious some of us got pizza some sandwiches, some good fish. It was a wide variety across the board of things that people ordered. Everything was just delicious and it came out so quick and all on time like altogether we had like four tables and everybody ate within five minutes of each other. It was amazing because usually if it was a tape of service type of that big of people and we go out like sometimes the last people are still eating when the first group is done and leaving so this was kind of better that we all got to eat together like a big family. But I thought it was just a really cool place and it ran right along the bike path and the river and it was beautiful. It had mostly it was in a big building so it was mostly outside, but it was open for meant to end and it was just cool and comfortable and nobody was hurried or rushed and I felt that was a big important thing to me because I hate being rushed when I'm eating and stuff but it wasn't. Two Brothers was the choice from the desk so we went with it and so glad we did. Place looked pretty busy, bar was full, we were seated pretty much right away. The menu is smaller (perfect amount of items , hate too many choices) but done well. We love doing shareable so we can try a bunch of different things. The mussels were the absolute show stopper here, different than most. Tequila, spicy, little bits of sausage, (i would have drank the broth or made this a soup it was so good) The Poutine was different than I was used to, it was our least favorite but still ok. This is just a personal preference but I'm used to being smothered in gravy, it was almost non existent. It's like the ere was a ladle on the bottom and fries on top so didn't get a lot of it. The street corn dip was really good, much different than others I've had as well but in a really good way. It was hearty with lots of corn, had some nice spice to it. We also had (not pictured) French onion soup, loved it, nice peppery, piping hot. The cheddar ale soup, best I've had, literally you can taste all the components of this, rich, thick, creamy, sharp cheddar with a hint of the ale in the background. For dessert we took the donut holes to go, the colors dip was amazing, the chocolate looked like it was seized up a bit, we also ate this a little later so it could have been us and not from then. This looks like a super fun place to belly up at the bar, it has the hometown feel , we are already planning a stop on our drive back later this week!
