Below average location. The bottom of my pizza crust was caked in an unappealing black powder that got all over my hands and under my fingernails. When I asked the staff about it, they said it was totally normal. (My boyfriends pizza did not have nearly this level of black crust, and I've ordered from other locations and have never had this issue... The pizza was quite soggy in the middle and sloppily cut. Bathroom had no toilet paper and no paper towels, and one of the napkins dispensers wears empty. Overall, a disappointing experience -- I won't be returning to this particular location. read more

I've been sad recently as I see small restaurants go out of business, but this place needs to close down. The employee hardly spoke so I could hear her. Barely put any sauce or cheese on the pizza. I asked for mushroom and had a grand total of 5 slices of mushroom (probably amounting to one mushroom). Poor coverage of onions and bell peppers. Asked for basil and got 3 pieces. She actually acted like she was tearing the basil for better coverage, but failed. Only to avoid making a scene, I didn't just walk out right there. $13 later, I left with a pitiful pizza. Some of the supervisors look overworked, and are unable to do a quality check on what the other staff are making. I included a picture, and I'd just like to say this man was kind and went out of his way to get my pizza done fast, while asking how my day was. You just cannot get service like that anymore! Never coming back. All of the girls who worked there this morning (5/4/24) looked like they hate their jobs and it showed in their terrible customer service. The pizza's were flavorful and tasted great. The staff were very friendly and projected a positive attitude towards the customers. They demonstrated great patience when some customers were undecided and took longer than usual to order. With that said, the dining area floor was extremely dirty with food and other items scattered about as were some of the tables. Customers want to eat in an area which, is clean and well kept. Often times businesses use staffing shortages as an excuse for not maintaining a clean dinning area. There should always be time to ensure cleanliness remains at the forefront. So freaking mad! This is my third time coming to this Pieology and my second time receiving horrible service. The first time no problems the second time I come in at like 3:30 in the afternoon and they let me stand in line for five minutes before they tell me that they're closed because they're having a meeting and to come back at 4 o'clock, needless to say I did not come back! She told me that it was in the oven right now so I went and sat back down although I was wondering why was it just now going in the oven after almost 30 minutes. Now remember, I'm watching the girls walk up to people with their boxes of pizza and hand them to them when they're done. At the time I order there were only like two or three people in the whole shop. Now it's starting to get busy because it's almost 1 o'clock. Anyways the girl walks over to me and says. "There's no more pizzas in the oven and that wasn't your order.Maybe they didn't make it "and she acts like she's about to walk away! So I stop her and I say you've got to be kidding me we're starving. We've been sitting here 30 minutes , here's my ticket. She looks at me and says "oh your pizza is over there,I called you and you didn't answer you must've left. I'm like are you kidding me I've been sitting here the whole time! She just repeats "Well, I called you and you didn't answer." I was furious. So furious that I just took my pizza off the rack that she indicated and left because if I stayed in that place one more second it was gonna be a problem. I'm sitting directly in front of the freaking counter. I'm a big girl you cannot miss me , you had to see me sitting there that whole time and at some point if you really did call and nobody answered why wouldn't you walk over to me and say I noticed you've been here a while are you BERNICE by any chance? The round chubby lady here is rude and aggressive. Last week we asked for a pizza from our party to be re-made, it had burnt edges and the bottom was burnt with black powder. The round chubby lady told us she does not re-make pizzas even though it's burnt, we paid for our pizza and even though she is in the wrong she was not apologetic at all. Then she had the audacity to tell us to take our business elsewhere! We definitely will! That sort of attitude is not somewhere we want to be at. I love the chipotle style build your own concept. You're guaranteed to love the pizza you build. They also have all different types of crusts like cauliflower which is considered a premium crust.
