I love the fact that you can get a pizza here and custom the way you want it. The food is yummy as I said you pick what you want on your pizza, salad or calzone. Never coming back. All of the girls who worked there this morning (5/4/24) looked like they hate their jobs and it showed in their terrible customer service. They were rude and looked inconvenienced every time someone needed to place an order. Either hire people who know how to positively represent your business, or give direct feedback and educate staff with a plan for compliance. The pizza's were flavorful and tasted great. The staff were very friendly and projected a positive attitude towards the customers. They demonstrated great patience when some customers were undecided and took longer than usual to order. With that said, the dining area floor was extremely dirty with food and other items scattered about as were some of the tables. Customers want to eat in an area which, is clean and well kept. Often times businesses use staffing shortages as an excuse for not maintaining a clean dinning area. There should always be time to ensure cleanliness remains at the forefront. So freaking mad! This is my third time coming to this Pieology and my second time receiving horrible service. The first time no problems the second time I come in at like 3:30 in the afternoon and they let me stand in line for five minutes before they tell me that they're closed because they're having a meeting and to come back at 4 o'clock, needless to say I did not come back! This time I came in at 12:30 with my granddaughter, we were starving. we had not eaten at all. I ordered her a cheese pizza and crafted my own pizza. We sat down and waited as we were getting our pizza to go .After 20 minutes of watching people who came in after me getting their pizza and leaving I became concerned. my granddaughter was saying grandma I'm gonna faint I'm so hungry. She's eight years old. finally got up and went to the counter and asked the girl what was happening with ticket number 16. She told me that it was in the oven right now so I went and sat back down although I was wondering why was it just now going in the oven after almost 30 minutes. Now remember, I'm watching the girls walk up to people with their boxes of pizza and hand them to them when they're done. At the time I order there were only like two or three people in the whole shop. Now it's starting to get busy because it's almost 1 o'clock. Anyways the girl walks over to me and says. "There's no more pizzas in the oven and that wasn't your order.Maybe they didn't make it "and she acts like she's about to walk away! So I stop her and I say you've got to be kidding me we're starving. We've been sitting here 30 minutes , here's my ticket. She looks at me and says "oh your pizza is over there,I called you and you didn't answer you must've left. I'm like are you kidding me I've been sitting here the whole time! She just repeats "Well, I called you and you didn't answer." I was furious. So furious that I just took my pizza off the rack that she indicated and left because if I stayed in that place one more second it was gonna be a problem. I'm sitting directly in front of the freaking counter. I'm a big girl you cannot miss me , you had to see me sitting there that whole time and at some point if you really did call and nobody answered why wouldn't you walk over to me and say I noticed you've been here a while are you BERNICE by any chance? The "manager" on 10/21 @ 2pm was giving attitude when ordering a pizza , when requested a different person to make a pizza instead when there was another employee to avoid the conflict he refused. He wouldn't let another employee make it and refused to acknowledge his attitude. When asked for info to complain, said he doesn't have to give any. Asked for an email said there wasn't one, to go online and look, went online and looked there's none, called 25 times to be ignored and hung up on all because I asked for the information to complain I was denied that, I had to drive back to the store to get an email in person, when I arrived they said I harassed them, but really I was denied information and they were harrassing me by refusing to give it. Came in for pizza, our boys love pizza we love the beer they offer on draft. Literally no beer available on draft. Well I drink michelob, my husband likes the Kona both had cups on the beer handle so we figured both were unavailable and asked for mango kart which the girl at the register attempted to pour but said it wasn't available. No bottled beer on display. Bummer. The manager asked what kind of crust and proceeded to continue making crust when it was just us in line. The young boy who built our pizza was more concerned with his conversation with the cashier than taking our order. Sad to have to do this, but it has to be done. Came here on a Thursday night to grab a quick dinner with my friend. We both know that Pieology is always solid, so we were excited to get our pizza fix. We went in and there was a line, not a big deal. We start to place our orders and we realized we started to get skimped on toppings. We asked for more toppings because the first serving wasn't enough and the second helping was...a sprinkle. As we paid, we asked to get bbq and pesto sauce on our pizzas. The cashier assured us we'd get our sauces on our pizzas, and we were asked to wait outside until our pizzas were ready. Cool. 10-15mins pass and we get our pizzas. I inspect the pizzas and the bbq sauce was not put on the pizzas, just the pesto. I ask if we could just have bbq sauce on the side so we could put it on ourselves without having to ask the employees to do more for us, and they gave us ONE sauce container to share between us two. To top it off, the one container was only filled to maybe....a quarter of the container? Disappointing. The pizza was still good, but it just wasn't the same.
