When my wife came to pick up, she was thrilled to find that Eric (the owner) had not only completed the work quickly, but also solved a curious situation that we had been dealing with: when making left hand turns, the van would alert us that the sliding door was not closed, even though it clearly was. As it turned out, the little rubber boot that covered the sensor/switch for that door had become worn enough to keep it from being pressed completely which caused the car to think that the door was open.
