WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Do not go to this dentist!! She's horrible!! I recently moved to Oceanside & this was one of the many offices my insurance recommended. After X-rays, the doctor, who wasn't very friendly at all, said I needed a deep cleaning which caught me by surprise because, that's never been a recommendation. My teeth are in great condition & my hygiene is excellent. I've never had anything major done besides a crown due to a crack from clenching. I take care of my teeth very well!! but I had skipped a previous cleaning so I thought it was necessary. I had never had a deep cleaning so I didn't know what to expect. After my insurance approved this, I went back in. Nothing was explained to me, all I knew was that she was going to have to numb one side is my face. I didn't know it was she was going to administer 3 shots in my cheek to numb. It felt as though , she was going to extract teeth she numbed me so much. During one of the injections i could feel pain. Once I was numb which was almost immediate, she started the cleaning which wasn't anything more or different than previous cleanings with my previous dentist. The cleaning lasted no more than 15-20 mins. After the cleaning ,When I getting ready to leave, i stopped at the bathroom to look at my face as it didn't feel right. I could not believe the swelling!!! My cheek was extremely swollen. I asked the girl at the front desk if this was normal & she said yes. When I got home, the swelling increased & I had extreme pain in my cheek. My teeth & gums were fine, no bleeding or anything. I happen to see my primary doctor a few days later & asked for her opinion. She could feel a lump in my cheek & said perhaps the dentist struck a nerve or salivary gland. By this time, five days later, my cheek was still very swollen & very bruised. My doctor told me to call the dentist & go back. I called the dentist & they got me in immediately. When the doctor saw me, she took no responsibility at all!! She said that perhaps there was a previous infection, or that maybe I did something to cause the swelling & bruising!! !! She requested to have X-rays taken & after seeing NOTHING wrong with my teeth, she said that I should go to an endodontist!! She prescribed antibiotics (which I knew there was no infection) & ibuprofen & gave me a referral to a specialist!! I've been going to dentist all my life & have NEVER had an experience like this. I truly think she just wanted to bill my insurance for a procedure I didn't really need.

The office ladies were very expedient & the billing & money was EASY with my insurance. Most of all, I was afraid/nervous about expecting that surprise dental pain that may come during drilling...it never happened. Dr. Finn injected painlessly; she waited for the stuff to sink in/spread out; she did a quick, PAINLESS root canal! Thanks, Doc! I think I'll be back in a few months for another crown that's going bad after forty-something years.

I walked over from my dentist, they were able to get me in the very next day. I was treated so kindly. They did everything to make me comfortable, gave me the best neck pillow, one for my knees and also had great music playing. Dr. Finn is very kind, gentle and funny. She did a fantastic job numbing me up, made sure I was comfortable as my nerve was on fire. I didn't feel a thing. They gave me a little rest break and I was in and out of there in no time. My first experience was very complicated as the last dentist left a little piece of the tool in my canal. I told Dr. Finn I really wanted to save the tooth. She wasn't sure she would be able to retrieve the instrument but she did and I have never had an issue again with that tooth. So in summary, if you ever need a root canal, please don't be afraid and go see Dr. Finn. Thank you to everyone on staff

Instead of automatically pushing the more expensive route, he focused on saving my tooth and doing what actually made sense -- which also saved me a lot of money. That level of integrity and care is rare and very appreciated. Donna, his dental assistant, was amazing as well. She clearly takes so much pride in her work and it shows. She was incredibly friendly, accommodating, and had some of the best customer service I've experienced in a medical office. She made me feel comfortable and at ease the entire time. Dr. Greiner and Donna together made what could have been a stressful visit a really positive experience. They were both kind, helpful, and genuinely cared. I would absolutely recommend this office to anyone looking for an endodontist who is honest, thorough, and truly patient-focused.

I needed an emergency appointment on Friday and was able to see Dr. Galdiano on Saturday morning. First, I will say that everyone I met was extremely nice and seemed very comfortable and happy working for Dr. Galdiano. There were other patients in the waiting room that gave off long time patient vibes that made me very comfortable while waiting - and my wait was only a few minutes. Second, for the first time in my life, I had a doctor acknowledge the genetic link between red-haired individuals and lowered efficacy of anesthesia. I didn't even have to bring it up, which impacted my experience so much that I physically felt my body's relief when she asked for this to be noted in my chart. I cannot stress what an enormous impact this is to mine and others experiences. Third, I found many new patient specials on their Facebook page, in addition to a special for emergency visits. During my visit, Dr. Galdiano actually recommended a different special that offered a better value for the needs of my initial visit. They also offer a wellness plan for uninsured patients that offers 2 exams with X-rays per year, 2 cleanings, and a 10% discount off future services. The wellness plan pays for itself, but if you are someone who needs to get a lot of work done, the discount will likely go a long way. Fourth, I could tell that Dr. Galdiano had a lot of respect from her team and worked well with them. It was immediately obvious to me that this also resulted in me getting better care. Dr. Galdiano was very genuine and took time to explain the issues and detail a comprehensive plan. She never made me feel guilty or hopeless and really seems to have your best interest in mind. I only had one visit so far, but if you are trying to find a dentist and not sure, I would go see Dr. Galdiano. If you are looking for a second opinion, Dr. Galdiano's office is a good option thanks to many new patient specials and how thorough her team is during the x-rays and exam.

Like most people, a root canal isn't a procedure most look forward to. I went to the office and was greeted by the office staff who were very courteous. I was handed a lot of papers to fill out. After waiting a few more minutes, the dental tech came and we exchanged small chit chat. She then escorted me to the exam room. Dr. Le then came in and asked what the problem was. After I shared with him about my sore tooth, he asked if I wanted the root canal right then. I was very surprised and said "yes." He took x-rays and proceeded with the root canal. Well, my experience with Dr. Le and his technician were most favorable. The two of them worked like professionals. There was very little or no conversation and each knew their role. Dr. Le had my kind of music playing (60s and 70s) and every once in a while, Dr. Le would sing along. As I stated before, a root canal isn't the most pleasant of procedures, but Dr. Le made sure that I was comfortable and in a way...I guess I was. I had plenty of "numbing" shots and didn't feel a thing. The day after the root canal, Dr Le himself called me to see how I was doing. I was doing well. No pain. Usually an office staff person calls. I really liked that. I recommend Dr. Le. His office is in the TruCare building.
