I've gone to multiple dental offices in Irvine, Tustin, Westminster and Costa Mesa and none of those offices compare to Pierce Aesthetics. I have visited the office about 3x...2 of those visits were Yelp check ins. First 2 Visits: I found Pierce Aesthetics after having a traumatizing experience with a dental implant at another dental office in Westminster. At the time, I had HMO, which most dental offices do not accept. Fortunately, Dr. Pierce and his amazing staff allowed me to use my Yelp check-in for a FREE consultation. That is very sweet of them. Dr. Pierce examined my dental implant and assured me that my dental implant was perfectly fine. He was very patient and answered all my worried questions. Even though I was not their original patient, they provided the best care and advice. I even came back a 2nd time after I felt there was something wrong with my implant... a bump started to develop on my implant and rest assured, his office graciously allowed me to yelp-check in (once again)...and again, Dr. Pierce answered all my questions with the upmost care and explained all the options he had in mind. 3rd Visit: After I started my new job, I made sure to switch to dental PPO and now, Pierce Aesthetics will be my forever dental office. I went back for a check-up and bi-annual cleaning today and had a great experience. The dental office is equipped with the latest technology and I've never had such a pleasant experience at a dental office. This dental office is far different from any other office I've been to. My experience with Pierce Aesthetics surpassed any expectations I had before going in. I was referred by a friend who also is a patient there and he told me Dr. Pierce is a really good dentist. But when I walked in I was blown away by the cleanliness and beautiful design of this modern facility. The staff greeted me right away, the were very friendly and welcoming. The technology I used to fill out my forms were easy and fast. I got called in for my cleaning right away after sitting down for what seemed like seconds. The x-ray machine was a new technology I had never seen and it was fast and comfortable. Next, Dana did my cleaning and she was so friendly, informative and precise. Wonderful place!! The staffs are amicable. I removed four wisdom teeth, and I got my first clear braces at Pierce Aesthetics. Dr pierce and Dr. Dang are excellent. They are very patient in answering my questions. Dr pierce explained my treatment thoroughly. In the beginning, I was nervous about wisdom teeth extraction. However, I did not feel too much pain, or I can say it was painless. Four weeks ago, I just started my braces. Dr. Dang gave me her suggestions based on my concerns. She also informed me of the instructions during my orthodontic treatment very detailed. And the clear braces that I am having is almost invisible, which I am so satisfied. Excellent office. The receptionist is professional and precise, the doctor is very professional and is an expert at what he does; so are his dental assistants. I did my bottom two wisdom teeth, and I was completely sedated. I did not feel a thing nor did I wake up during the surgery. The doctor also did some cavities for me during my sedation and I did not feel a thing either. He opened up my gum for the wisdom teeth and sutured them, it was all like a dream. They're that good. All the equipment is state-of-the-art and new, the clinic is modern and very clean. My boyfriend found this place for his son orthodontics, and when we went the place is beautiful, the staff in the front was quick to help and greet us. They offer competitive pricing for services and billing options. They communicate very well and answer all my questions. When I found out they offered general, dentistry, endodontics, and cosmetic services I just had to make the switch. I first met with the endodontic specialist who was really nice, and knowledgeable unfortunately he couldn't save my tooth and referred me to the implant surgeon Dr Pierce. I met with Dr. Pierce and his assistant Joe who explained everything so well. And finally got my implant done with the robotic Yomi which was so much easier than the traditional way, which is how I got my first implant a few years ago. This review is long overdue. I had been having terrible jaw pain that was continuing to get worse by the week. It caused painful headaches, neck and shoulder issues, and made daily life not as enjoyable as it could be. I started researching TMJ, and then treatments for it. I saw that Botox was an option to help stop the jaw from clenching. I knew that I wanted an oral surgeon to do this procedure because of the complexity of the area. I called Pierce Aesthetics to see if they offered this service and how to go about making an appointment. Jeanie (spelling??) helped me get an appointment and was so kind and helpful. For my appointment, I was greeted by the friendly staff and Dr. Pierce. He was incredibly professional, thorough, and very kind during the appointment. He went above and beyond examining my jaw and making sure that he was creating the best treatment plan for me. It was decided that Botox would indeed significantly help reduce the TMJ pain, but also added a night guard to prevent clenching at night when I had most of my issues. I had a mold taken that day as well. A couple weeks later I returned for my night guard and minor adjustments were made so that it was the perfect fit for me. It has been about a month or so now and I'm so happy I went to this office, because my jaw pain is completely gone! I know I will continue to come to this office for any Ortho/dental needs I may have in the future. Again, everyone in the office and Dr. Pierce are extremely friendly, welcoming and professional!
