I tried a loaf of "sourdough" bread which lacked the crumb, crust and flavor I expected. It ate rather like a brioche; I suspect it was simply mislabeled, so there's no point in being harsh about it. Everything changed when I laid eyes on the crumb-topped peach pie, a creation of singular beauty. Love at first sight, it turns out, is real, and everything the appearance promised was delivered in the first bite. It was transcendent. My family devoured this gift from heaven at room temperature, heated à la mode, and in clandestine fingerfuls stolen greedily from the box. This pie will be part of every summer from now on.

Thankfully, these were not baby scoops, so even though you're paying a lot, at least you'll get a nice bowl of ice cream. If you and a friend or S.O. can agree on your flavor and toppings, it would be way more cost efficient to order a large (3 scoop) bowl and split it. Unfortunately, that's not my life. My love always wants a fruity thing, and I always want a chocolatey thing. Price not considered, the ice cream is ultra premium, very delicious and refreshing. I should have realized if the sample was old and dry the rest of it likely was too. I bought some prepackaged boxes too before I left. All of these items were placed in a white paper bag. It couldn't handle the weight and ripped about a block away. I'm not sure why I wasn't given an adequate bag for the weight. This was a disappointing experience and not the store I remember. I suspect the owners changed. I will not stop again.

And super tasty! One of the ice cream flavors was Ferrero Roche! Beyond ice cream, there are a ton of snacks, like Dorilocos, tamales, and more, so whatever you're craving, they've got it. The place is super clean and has such a fun decor that I can see it becoming a popular hangout. I like that they have various items for many different holidays, whether Halloween, Christmas, Easter, Mother's Day or Valentine's Day.
