It is super clean and very kid friendly. My daughter actually loved being there. The staff is great and Dr. Pham made us feel really welcome. The whole process took about 30 minutes. They use a numbing agent, so it wasn't very painful. My daughter said it just felt like a little pinch. Dr. Pham took the time to measure and make sure both sides were even, which not all places do. He also made sure I was completely happy before starting. We are both really happy with how it turned out. The service includes everything you need: the piercing itself, numbing, aftercare instructions, cleaning wipes, extra earring backings, and even a follow-up visit, which I think is incredibly helpful. You can also upgrade the earrings depending on what style you choose. If you are looking for peace of mind and quality care, I would definitely recommend this place to everyone.

The last time I was waxed was many months ago, and I hated the idea of going back because the provider I went to (not Waxxed) was not gentle and really hurt me. I have thick, coarse hair and that provider went over the area five times. At one point, she got the wax stuck down there. She was ripping and pulling. I left bleeding and swollen. My follicles also become infected and inflamed. So as you might guess, I was nervous about going to Waxxed. I'm glad that I did. Jackie was amazing. She calmed my nerves, talked to me, and made the experience quick and not as painful. My bikini area looks great. It feels great. My partner loved it. I'm looking forward to going back.
