They don't even deserve the 1 star "Eek, Methinks not" but I guess i have to rate them somehow. Disappointed is not even the word I can express with this business. They were totally unprofessional, unaccountable, rude and totally unsympathetic toward how they handled my order. Horrible, Horrible Customer Service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I ordered 25 chairs over the phone on Wed. afternoon (the Wed before Thanksgiving). The lady that took my order took all my info. and told me she had reserved the chairs and they would be open on Thanksgiving day, and didn't mention anything to me about a deposit or store hours. When my husband went to pick up the chairs they rented them out. They showed my husband our order and had proof that we ordered the chairs but said "we weren't sure if you were going to come so we rented them out because a lot of people don't show". The fact that some people don't show has nothing to do with me, and a simple phone call to ask if I was still going to pick up the chairs would've been sufficient. I called the next day and asked to speak to the manager, they were unavailable so I left my number, they never called. It is now Monday and still no call, so I call finally speak to the manager he told me he remembered my husband and yes he rented my chairs out and said "what do you want me to do about it, some people never show on phone orders". I was livid and said, "Well I'm not some people, I showed and you could've called me and asked 'hey are you still coming to pick up the chairs'? he said "we get busy, what do you want me to do and why are you calling me". I went on tell him about the importance of customer service and how customers should be treated especially when he rented my chairs out, causing my guests to eat Thanksgiving dinner on the floor! I told him "What I want, is for you to acknowledge what you did was wrong, apologize, take accountability and fix it". I also told him I throw a lot of parties and could give him a lot of business but the way he's handling my situation is not good business and makes me want to take my business else where. He said "If you don't like it, then go somewhere else". I asked for his name and he was reluctant to give it to me, he finally said "Jamie" and hung up on me but who knows if that was his name. All I wanted was an "I'm sorry we rented your chairs, we should've called you and maybe on your next order we could give you a little discount for your troubles" or something to that effect but nope! I ordered a custom made "Wookie" pinata here a few weeks ago for my husband's 30th birthday party. I was pleasantly surprised to find somewhere nearby that makes custom pinatas, since all of my research had been pointing me to other states with high shipping rates. I just picked up the pinata and I have to say they did a great job! I gave them a picture to work from and they made it look at close as you can being a pinata...and their prices were extremely reasonable! We went here to get a pinata for my nephew's birthday party. This place has a great variety of pinatas. There are all different sizes and types. You can get all different charaters or shapes and they even make pinatas to order. The prices for the goods in the store are a bit high and some of the items appear to have been there for decades, so I might not recommend this place for party supplies. This review is for tables/chairs rental and balloons. Their tables and chairs are priced reasonably are are in good condition. As for the balloons, I purchased some balloons and was quoted to pick them up at a certain time, but they were not ready until about 15-20 mins after. Additionally, a couple of the balloons started deflating by the time I got home (7 min drive) and before my party was over, nearly all the balloons were deflated. This was the most frustrating part of my whole experience. I will never buy balloons from this place again. read more

The water slide was delivered at night so I couldn't see it's condition. in the morning I saw how dirty it was. We had to sweep off tree droppings and wipe stains in the slide section. This place does an amazing job on piñatas, but as for rentals it's not the best. The issue with their rentals is that they don't disclose to you that they do same day pick up on rentals until they come to drop off the stuff. I had to cut my party short because they came to pick everything up at 8pm. They should disclose that when you go or call in to set the reservation, not wait till last minute to tell you that. This was the best place to go to for a pinata! I had been looking all over town for the perfect military themed pinata, and as soon as I came in I was helped right away. I went into this business to purchase a pinata and possibly rent a bouncer and other party supplies. The place is a big mess with lots of clutter. I used my debit card to pay for a pinata and the woman charged me $119 for a $21 dollar bill. I was so upset that I told her to just cancel my debit transaction and I would pay cash. I do not recommend this business. Also, a customer came in to pick up an order and he was being ignored because they couldn't find his order. I purchased 2 pinatas, stick and 2 big bags of candy as well as baggies. The man did not offer to help me carryout any of the items I purchased or even hold the door open. I did try to carry a whole lot to the car to prevent multiple trips. His daughter, who was a little girl had more sense than him and was asking him to help me with my items. She was super cute! However it didn't change his lack of customer service and ignored her and the fact that I could have used a hand. There were no other customers or any thing going on for that matter. I've used this company for the last 4 parties I've had... they were great for the first 2... the 3rd party they got the date wrong... ended up calling morning of after about noon asking for my chairs and jumper... they said party was for the next weekend... told them that was wrong.. so they managed to bring me what I needed.. the last party I called and he took my order then told me he couldn't find my house and kept asking me to send him a google map address... like my address didn't change... anyways it was kind of weird.. wasn't too bad but he did get kind of feisty... then for my next party I plan on having next month, I called today... because life with 3 kids under 4 gets kind of busy and I just wanted to make sure they know my address and have the right date.. he told me I can book two weeks before the party.. This business is located in a busy intersection but its easy to find. There is easy access and plenty of parking. They are in a small local but just like the name of the business tells you, they sell piñatas and they have lots of them. They are priced very reasonably too. I asked them if they really make them there and they said that they make some if they are specially ordered, but the majority of their inventory is imported. The assortment of piñatas was so large that I had a hard time deciding on what to get but they told me to take my time and even made some suggestions, so making my choice was not too hard after all. They have character ones, animal ones and some very funny and unusual ones like the masked luchadores. The piñatas are standing on the floor as well as hanging from the ceiling (which is how they will eventually be DESTROYED). This may give the appearance of the place being somewhat unorganized but hey! It isnt like youre shopping for garments that should be neatly hanged and sorted by color and size, I mean, what can you expect? They have lots of Mexican candies and decorations. The staff was cordial and friendly, and patiently waited for me while I decided on which one to take. They had lots of customer traffic, people picking up tables, jumpers and helium filled balloons. The only thing I did not like was that they charge a small fee for using your ATM but I payed cash anyway so that did not apply to me. There is a much larger party store about a mile south from there with much more party supplies but was there and I had to chase after someone to help me when I wanted to find the cost of the piñatas, and when I asked if they had any more I was told that they did not. Back to the Factory, I decided on the Spiderman piñata because of a little family joke weve got going. I also got 3 huge bags of Mexican candy with the piñata for well under $40. The candy assortment was pretty unusual in that there were chocolate bars, lots of bubble gum flavored chewing gum, chewy lollipops that were citrus flavored but unlike anything that I ever tasted before (they had more than 3 citrus flavors, I mean, who would put in the effort into making something like this?) Some guests didnt like the tangy, spicy, chewy candies that also were in the assortment but if you can handle spicy you will like these candies very much. I must say that everyone liked the piñata experience especially my grown up daughter-in-law, she thought it was the hit of the party! She never had anyone celebrate her birthday in this unusual way, next year I'll get her the luchador.
