I have pictures and them saying the panel was installed by them. Then they blamed the issue on solar panels being installed after the pool was completed. The panel they installed had a loose hot wire and that caused a SHORT which back-feed power to the main circuit breaker panel on the side of the house and that caught on fire. Look at all the yelp ratings, most are one star for a reason.

Then, after I left a polite but honest review, their rep told me they would no longer help and that I should call the manufacturer myself, saying they had "other things to do." They blamed their technician, the equipment, and even me -- anyone but themselves. This company clearly doesn't stand behind their work or care about customers once the sale is done. We are glad that we did because after almost a full year one of the large jets in the spa broke and pieces appeared in the bottom of our spa. I took the pieces to the store and the owners' son, Ryan Crotty immediately contacted the manufacturer for replacement parts. Unfortunately for me, the parts were back ordered. I waited for over a month. The parts finally came in and this family owned business promptly sent one of their other sons, Marshall, who was also a service technician to fix our spa. Marshall who came over to fix our spa is an expert who took less than 30 minutes to fix our jet. He inspected the other jets as well and said another one other jet needed replacing and promptly replaced it too at no cost to us. There are many spa stores you can buy from. It's not what brand spa you buy, ITS WHO YOU BUY IT FROM THAT MATTERS. We would strongly recommend Hallmark pool and spa for all you pool and spa needs.

Ibiza Pool attempted a resurface of our pool but the finish was not done in a professional manner…read more Some specific problems: 1. significant defects and divots; 2. corners were not well formed; 3. there are clumps of white concrete left on the blue finish; 4. the quartz was not properly finished up to the tile; 5. diamond step spotters were partially covered with quartz/cement (so they appear misshapen/not square); 6. finish on the steps is very rough; 7. tiles were installed with cut/sharp edges facing out. In addition, Ibiza's work crew was careless - they mixed chemicals on a corded off new driveway, broke sprinkler heads, left cement foot prints all over the pool deck and only cleaned up when we called them back to do so. An Ibiza rep subsequently inspected the work and indicated that they would completely redo the finish properly at no cost to us, but that was more than 2 months ago and despite a subsequent discussion, Ibiza hasn't made any good-faith effort to replace the finish as promised. Finally, despite our multiple, significant concerns, we haven't heard a single word during this process from Ibiza's CEO & Florida Licensed Pool Contractor, Mr. Attila Adam. We have been hoping that he would want to make this right, but have been disappointed thus far by his lack of involvement with our concerns.

We had kind of trouble ,because he was behind with the previous job so starting my job need it to delay, not much but time was important for me because we need it to return home to our job and our life and the delay was jeopardise the plan. I entered in a panic mode even when he told me not to worry the pool will be done in time to my departure. Do you think I could sleep till I had the team start working on the pool? Noooo. They start almost 3 days later and as soon as they started ,they keep working till the pool was done. He cancelled the day he was supposed to come (Monday) and said he couldn't come out until Friday - when we would no longer own the house. Luckily our realtor's admin was able to get us a different Pinch a Penny location to send a tech the following day. I called the original location to check the installation date for the electric heat pump and they told me but also said they don't service that unit. The techs at the house said all Pinch a Pennys service that equipment. The original location (Sand Lake) was the one that installed the unit and never mentioned this. I still recommend John for normal service, but if you need to purchase or service heating equipment, don't use this location.

If they don't have the answer, they will look it up and research it to solve the problem.
