Oysters, shrimp, and wings got the hot and teriyaki wings

You walk in and you can relax grab a drink at the bar and order some food this is what pinchers is to me when I walk in there. I go to the bar in time for happy hour order my 2 for 1 drinks and get the happy hour oysters, shrimp, and wings. Feels like paradise with this combo and the fishing theme inside to help me feel the island vibes and the look through bar to the outside seating. Jonathan is a great bartender btw always a pleasure having his serve me.

Bucket of cocktails was so fun. We then had a bucket to get shells on the beach. Recommend this. We had oysters , shrimp and tacos. As a snack before sunset. It was a nice venue. The food had good flavor I do not recommend the up grade to black grouper. Not sure I would have noticed the difference. Was good though. Waitress was friendly and patient with us not knowing what to get. We did have the bogo beer that's a good deal. Cute location and fun times

Great lunch local resturant location. Excellent service with a traditional local seas food market vibe. Fried clams with fresh cut fries were very good

We stopped in at Pinchers again while visiting Marco recently. It was just Wifey and I on vacation this time and we wanted a non-fancy meal for our first night out. Our waitress was over in a flash and got our drink orders (Strawberry-Basil margarita and a Premium Margarita). The drinks were great...even a little strong. For our entrees I ordered the crab cake sandwich and Wifey had the Fried grouper sandwich. Both sandwiches were filling and really tasty. The fries were a little underdone, but still tasted good. I also ordered a cup of the corn and crab chowder and it was FANTASTIC! This place can get a little loud and it's almost always packed, but the food and service have been great. Would definitely come back.

Dear Mother, I'm writing to tell you that I am in love. With this restaurant Pincher's! The atmosphere was totally fun! A big shark was trolling overhead. There was live music (not too loud) and fun servers! The children had free kids meals which they loved. We had some local Black Grouper, blackened as tacos and dinner. The children tried everything and loved it. Boom boom shrimp was spectac. Blackened Mahi sandwich and Corn Crab Chowder !!!!! So good!! Def get the hush puppies they are FIRE! Key lime pie's Dexter worthy. Will be back! Send money Mom! Love, Your Son

If you love seafood and you're in Marco Island, you absolutely should go to Pinchers!!! Everything was excellent -- the food, service, specials and live music all fantastic!! I had the Alaskan Snow Crab meal which was delicious and very filling! Crab was fresh and not overcooked! Everyone else had Grouper and all said it was fresh, flaky and perfectly seasoned. We were lucky to be seated quickly, but I highly recommend reservations. This place is super popular for good reason. Highly recommend checking this place out if you are in the area!

There was no wait on a random Sunday and we decided to give this place a try. There was a live singer which was a fun add on. The food was excellent and tasted fresh. It took a bit of time for the food to come out but it was worth the wait. The drinks were strong and they were running a buy one get one, which is unheard of and ended up being $10 for the two. The oysters and mussels were fresh. The crab cake was alright, but the snow crab legs were delish! The food is pricier given its seafood, but I was happy with everything there!

Amazing Seafood, wonderful service and a delightful ambiance. I had the grouper sandwich with green beans and it was delicious.

We really enjoyed pinchers on our recent vacation to marco island! This place is NOT FANCY, but it is a little expensive! I mean its seafood, so I don't want it to be cheap. I do think the ambiance and presentation at Snook Inn is more worth it at the same exact price point. But our seafood was honestly really really yummy and tasted fresh, we had good service, and they do have good drink specials and a nice happy hour for the peel and eat shrimp. The cold peel and eat shrimp were our favorite thing we got! The blue crab claws were also very good and we enjoyed the crab and corn chowder. We would definitely go back considering its within walking distance of the marriot vacation club, good price point for the freshness of the seafood, and club owners get 10% off!

The hubs and I love Pinchers! The staff are super friendly. The drinks are amazing (the Bahama Mama Drama is my fav!) and the food is always fresh and tasty. It's a little loud which doesn't bother us. It's a blast enjoying the artwork, decorations and great quotes all over the walls. Don't leave Pinchers without a T-shirt or a hoodie!

Marco Prime has always been our go to Valentine's Day spot for ambiance, great service, and excellent food. This year was very different. For Valentine's, we were given a fixed menu that eliminated longtime favorites, including the 10 oz filet and their New York-style cheesecake. We settled for steak frites at $140 per person. The steaks were gristly and underwhelming, and their usually exquisite beef carpaccio looked and tasted more like a chopped salad in a retirement home. When a manager checked on us and I calmly explained our disappointment, his response was, "But sir, our beef carpaccio is Wagyu," which did nothing to address the real issue. A co owner then came by, was empathetic, and asked, "How can I make this right?" In a lighthearted way I said a slice of their award winning cheesecake would be wonderful. He promised, "I'll make that happen." We pushed aside our half eaten steaks and waited. Ten minutes later, our (excellent!) server informed us there was no cheesecake that night after all. For a bill north of $500 (which included our customary 25% tip) on a special occasion, that combination of poor food, tone deaf management, and unfulfilled promises made the evening a real disappointment. For contrast, the other Marco Walk Plaza restaurants we visited that week--Oyster Society, DaVinci's, Nacho Mama's, and The Salty Dog--were all excellent. Sadly, Marco Prime has lost our business. A celebrity cruise meal at Viking cruise prices. As a postscript, our son lives in Naples, and his dog Murphy ultimately enjoyed our leftover steak frites without complaint. Unfortunately, "Murphy loved it" is not the standard we use when deciding where to enjoy a special Valentine's dinner.

The seafood selection on the menu felt limited. I expected more variety for a coastal restaurant. Appetizers were decent but did not stand out. The salmon carpaccio looked nice and tasted as expected, but the flavor was fairly simple. The frutti de mar had good flavor and the seafood was cooked properly. The sauce worked well and did not overpower the dish. The portion was disappointing for the price. The dish cost $52 dollars and only included three scallops and three shrimp. The rest of the seafood was mostly clams and mussels. I substituted angel hair instead of linguine which helped keep the dish lighter. The chicken Madeira looked great but the flavor was mild. With a stronger sauce or seasoning it could easily be an excellent dish. The kids meals were a win. The chicken tenders and pasta kept them happy and the portions were solid. Overall experience was good mainly because of the service and presentation. Some dishes need stronger flavor and the seafood portions could match the price better. Still a pleasant dinner spot on Marco Island.

We were seated on the outside patio that overlooks water and yachts and regular boats. The day was beautiful and the ambiance of the restaurant added to our enjoyment. The daily special menu drew us in and we ordered from it. I had the tacos of the day, a mild white fish that I forget the name, and they were very good. A bargain at $10 for 2. I also had the volcano shrimp which was very good. They were fried and slightly spicy. The diced mango on top was a good addition. I enjoyed my dishes very much. The wife had shrimp tacos and liked them very much. Her two tacos came with a lot of fresh shrimp that was cooked perfectly and seasoned just right. Her meal came with slaw and she chose onion rings, which were good. She did not order off the special menu and I think her two tacos were $22. The kid had sliders from the special menu, which included two sliders for $8. She ate 1.5 sliders which is good for her. Our server Stephanie was attentive and friendly. She answered all our questions on the menu and was pleasant. The restaurant is located in a shopping mall-type structure and there is ample free parking. Overall, we had a very nice experience.

The restaurant has inside and outside seating. We sat outside because the weather was nice. Service was friendly and efficient. The reason for 3 stars is the food, which in my opinion was at best mediocre. The kid had pasta and red sauce, which at $12 was overpriced. The pasta was overcooked and the marinara lacked flavor. It came with fries that were crispy and well seasoned. I thought they were good but the wife said she tasted old oil. The wife and I had a house side salad and frankly, it was pathetic. It was not attractive to look at and not well assembled. It looked like someone just threw together some lettuce, a couple of cucumber slices, and some diced tomatoes and called it a salad. The portion was very small. We wanted a wedge salad but were told that they "were out." Whatever that means. We ordered the Caprese pizza, $26, which was overpriced. The crust was not thin but not thick. It completely lacked flavor. Someone forgot the salt when making the dough. The pie was not fully cooked in the middle. The ingredients, which were supposed to resemble a caprese salad, never really came together. The wife did not like it all. I was not as harsh. It was not terrible, but it was not very good. We did not take the leftovers with us. I don't know where the 4 and 5 star reviews come from. Maybe we got them on an off night. Maybe we ordered the wrong food. I don't know. But what I do know is that I would not recommend this restaurant and we will not return.
