Extremely overpriced food in our opinion. It is super convenient for hotel guests and nice Costco credit can be used here though. We never loved our food, but also didn't hate it. If prices were $5-10 cheaper we'd give it better stars. Also, the breakfast buffet is pretty bland in our opinions, but better than most hotel buffets (which I'd hope since it's $37). [[HIGHLIGHT]]Ambiance is clean, light, and energetic/loud.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Liza the waitress and the Omlette Chef always says buenas Dias were the best! They deserve 5/5 rating and a raise

[[HIGHLIGHT]]The sunset views were stunning![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The food was decent, nothing to write home about but passable, maybe better than average. The issue is from start to finish the servers and hosts are non native speaking foreigners. Their accents are almost impossible to decipher. It's horrible. They don't understand orders. You can't understand what they're saying and they speak very loudly in African all around your tables which makes the situation jarring. I'm so sick of the customer in our country. From dining, to call centers, lodging, gas stations and everything in between. Just speak English for Christ sakes.. why do these people constantly get passes..it's sad honestly that we're accepting such garbage for the norm. I just remembered we were also greeted at the gate by a rude black woman covered in tattoos. She was so rude. She was a native English speaking person but we couldn't understand what came out of her ghetto mouth. When we asked her to clarify she as rude and angry

The food is so good! A lot better than what we expected. They have a lunch menu and a dinner menu. Portions are enough and even shareable. You may order from the window by the pool and take it to where you are seated, or you may dine in. If you choose to set on their side deck, do not sit there at night, the massive gnats will surround you. Dudley was great, he was our waiter both times we went. To dine in you must be properly dressed, no swim wear.

This restaurant is located inside the ground floor of the Hilton Marco Island Resort. I was staying at the hotel for the weekend when I dined for both breakfast and a late dinner at the bar. The breakfast is nice, with the exception of all the birds flying around both inside and outside the eating areas. I almost felt like I was eating in a bird aviary. By dinnertime, the birds must have gone to sleep. The breakfast is either by menu or buffet. The buffet price is $30.00 and well worth it. Fresh made to order omelets and other egg choices. Waffles, fresh breads, biscuits with sausage gravy, and then there are fruits and yogurts with some unique toppings. There were cute little gourmet donuts and some cold cuts, but I saw too many flies on them to touch. From the menu, there were some great choices, all ranging between $14-$24, and coffee is an additional $5.00 if you didn't get a self-serve cup from the lobby. After a long day at the beach, an afternoon at the pool, happy hour at a nearby venue, a late nite bite, and a drink at the bar is a perfect convenience. Robert was working the bar, and he was great. He poured a lot of drinks for us and the other patrons with some lite conversation and even put MMA fighting on the TV overhead, which I would have preferred anything else. We ordered some appetizers, which all were good. The softshell crab was tempura battered and was cooked well. The bar was well stocked, and the drinks were refreshing, too. Prices were high, but then again, this is a resort and not the local watering hole.

We got a variety of food from here while we were staying at the Hilton. We got buffalo wings, chicken tenders, salad etc. All the food was good for it being a part of the hilton, but the really good part was the frozen pina coladas! Such a fun treat

Brunch at the Deck@560 was simply amazing. The wait was not long at all for a Sunday lunch. My daughters and I sat outside so we could enjoy the beautiful Waterview. Our server was pleasant, and we enjoyed our meal. My coffee was served cold, but the server was able to remediate and brought me freshly brewed hot coffee. I ventured to try the roasted butternut squash flatbread, which was surprisingly delicious. The parking was a bonus. Overall, it was a great experience

How much is the brunch buffet?

When I went there, I paid for whatever I chose from the menu. It was not a set price.

Is there a children's menu at dinner?

For breakfast, for kids there is a child-size brunch bar, with Silver Dollar Pancakes and a Fruit Platter sized just for them.

Is the restaurant closed for several weeks?

The hotel is doing renovations but the restaurant is open.

People come there to chill out folks! Now that I have that off my chest. I've been here twice and ordered the Salmon grilled without any spices and it was perfect both times. They'll replace your silverware as many times as necessary throughout the meal, making sure everything is spotless and ready for the next course. It's the kind of service that makes you feel genuinely taken care of. The food was outstanding. We started with the carpaccio, which was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The ribeye was cooked perfectly and packed with flavor--easily one of the best steaks I've had. And don't overlook the mashed potatoes. They were rich, creamy, and absolutely to die for. Parking is available throughout the shopping center, and they also offer valet service if you prefer the convenience. If you're looking for an exceptional steakhouse or a special dining experience in Marco Island, Marco Prime should be at the top of your list. One piece of advice: make reservations. Marco Prime has always been our go to Valentine's Day spot for ambiance, great service, and excellent food. This year was very different. For Valentine's, we were given a fixed menu that eliminated longtime favorites, including the 10 oz filet and their New York-style cheesecake. We settled for steak frites at $140 per person. The steaks were gristly and underwhelming, and their usually exquisite beef carpaccio looked and tasted more like a chopped salad in a retirement home. When a manager checked on us and I calmly explained our disappointment, his response was, "But sir, our beef carpaccio is Wagyu," which did nothing to address the real issue. A co owner then came by, was empathetic, and asked, "How can I make this right?" In a lighthearted way I said a slice of their award winning cheesecake would be wonderful. He promised, "I'll make that happen." We pushed aside our half eaten steaks and waited. Ten minutes later, our (excellent!) server informed us there was no cheesecake that night after all. For a bill north of $500 (which included our customary 25% tip) on a special occasion, that combination of poor food, tone deaf management, and unfulfilled promises made the evening a real disappointment. For contrast, the other Marco Walk Plaza restaurants we visited that week--Oyster Society, DaVinci's, Nacho Mama's, and The Salty Dog--were all excellent. Sadly, Marco Prime has lost our business. A celebrity cruise meal at Viking cruise prices. As a postscript, our son lives in Naples, and his dog Murphy ultimately enjoyed our leftover steak frites without complaint. Unfortunately, "Murphy loved it" is not the standard we use when deciding where to enjoy a special Valentine's dinner.

The seafood selection on the menu felt limited. I expected more variety for a coastal restaurant. Appetizers were decent but did not stand out. The salmon carpaccio looked nice and tasted as expected, but the flavor was fairly simple. The frutti de mar had good flavor and the seafood was cooked properly. The sauce worked well and did not overpower the dish. The portion was disappointing for the price. The dish cost $52 dollars and only included three scallops and three shrimp. The rest of the seafood was mostly clams and mussels. I substituted angel hair instead of linguine which helped keep the dish lighter. The chicken Madeira looked great but the flavor was mild. With a stronger sauce or seasoning it could easily be an excellent dish. The kids meals were a win. The chicken tenders and pasta kept them happy and the portions were solid. Overall experience was good mainly because of the service and presentation. Some dishes need stronger flavor and the seafood portions could match the price better. Still a pleasant dinner spot on Marco Island.
