The food here is ok. The food lacks flavor and I expected better considering all the good reviews. The dining room itself was clean and the customer service was great. The only thing was the burger was very dry and bland. It did not have a good taste I could have honestly gotten a better burger at Burger King for cheaper. The patties were not made fresh and you could tell they came straight out of the freezer as they tasted freezer-burnt and they did not look like fresh hamburger meat but pre-made freezer patties. The only thing I liked were the French fries which were cajun flavored and had a decent taste to them. I went with the steak Kebab with brown rice and beans, and a side salad. The steak on the kebab was marinated really well and cooked perfectly. The veggies were fresh and the sauces were plenty flavorful. My wife had the hangover burger, it came with a thick slice of cheese (not sure what type, but it was deep fried i believe). The cheese was overpowering for me but the burger itself was pretty good. I would want to try a different burger next time. read more

Staff was nice, the restaurant is located in a nice plaza and very clean! However, the portions are SUPER small for the price. I thought it was odd that they make you choose between fries OR a drink for the kids meal, not both. My son decided on the fries with his entree and when it came out, it was literally 5 French fries on a cardboard box. I instantly laughed when I seen it, because WHAT?! I should've taken a photo of it to add to this review. I ordered the Saltado bowl and once again, portion was so small. It came with 2 pieces of steak, watery/mushy rice, 2 pieces of tomato and 8 little French fries sprinkled on top. The bowl was $15 and the portion was nowhere near half of the bowl size. A bowl from Chipotle is $8 and could last you 2 days with leftovers. This place could be better if they weren't stingy on the portions OR if they kept the same serving amount, but lowered the prices significantly. Visited my new neighborhood burger vendor Pincho! Be ready for them to hit you in the face with their "Miami" roots - but keep an open mind. I had the Pincho Burger. It hit a lot of the big marks for me: great bun/meat/veg ratio- immediately a balanced bite that gave me all of the flavors- nothing over powered. This is a "go to" burger. Not as huge, messy, or presumptuous/snooty as HopDoddy. This burger isn't a show off, it's a solid statement. Fries were similar in form factor/cut to McDonald's but without all the grease and much more crispy. And several people were very attentive and unpretentious. A great quality for a "regular" neighborhood burger spot. Looking forward to trying a Kebab plate- but I want that burger again. Stuff I didn't like: I'm an audio engineer by trade, and the girl taking the order had such a sweet mousy voice (it was actually nice) - I had to ask her to repeat herself three times every question. The music is so loud and they received really poor acoustics advice from the builder or someone. It's very cavernous sounding (lots of echo) and that Miami beat sounds like when someone is banging on your door. I'd have gone five stars if it wasn't so loud and chaotic. Summary: For a "go to" burger I think I'm a PINCHO Man but I'm taking mine TO GO from now on! Did open in July and this is my first visit. Nice and clean. For being a Friday, and going into the weekend were out of Pincho Kebab Plate (steak). So did settle for a burger with sauce on the side. Didn't get the sauce, so don't know what that taste like. Asked for a diet coke, but was't told that they only had pepsi products. The burger was great and like the added crunch with good fry's. It was okay. I did not really get a good taste of the kebab since it was so small. There were more sides than actual kabob (if you know what I mean). I mean you could come here if you're not that hungry. We were the only ones in the restaurant and it took about 10 minutes to make our food. The atmosphere felt like any other restaurant, nothing different. I think there are better kebab places around, but if you are desperate or want to try something new, go for it. read more

I ordered the chicken kabab plate and my family had stake plates. I was highly disappointed because my food was completely cold! My salad was warm as if had been sitting out i had to take out wilted lettuce! The little handful of salad i had looked unappealing and i actually i had to take the salad out to heat up my food! My chicken was so cold and dry and my brown rice was kind of hard! I would have liked a bigger piece of pita bread! It was a very small piece! I tasted my husband's fries and they were cold as well so basically nothing was hot and fresh and we made this our dinner! I was so disappointed! Considering it was coming out as we were walking in! Piss poor customer service I took my cold food back that was not made correctly and the manager Sharron didn't even attempt to make it right. She tried to justify it and only offered a refund not to remake it. On top of that Sharron didn't even know how to correctly refund the meal she had me stand there for 10 minutes to get refunded while she figured out how to do the refund to the point I told her don't worry about it and she could just keep it. Was excited to try a new restaurant in Cypress but was underwhelmed. The food was only about ok -3 of us who ate had the same option . I had the veggie burger and my kids had the bacon gouda burgers. The veggie burger lacked flavor, needed more sauce and they were out of the fried plantains. My kids said the burger was too thin and lacked quality. You also had to purchase fries separately and for the price of the food that should be included. Presentation of the food was nice looking. Service was very good and I like the fact that it is made to order and they were quick. The inside was nice but nothing special decor wise. It's not bad but it's not good either. My husband heard about Pincho from one of his coworkers and we were looking forward to trying it. Delivery was quick and the presentation of the food was all fine and in tact. To be honest, the food was nice for the most part. I really enjoyed the sweet potato tots and the pincho sauce was tasty as well. I'm having a bit of a struggle with this place because I feel their prices are a bit high. I ordered 1 shrimp kebab and it was a whopping $10.99. I may have most definitely been naive to expect some sort of side (like rice or veg) when ordering it, but yeah that was all I got. The shrimp was good, but not $10.99 for just shrimp good.
