Just had an early lunch here today and I was incredibly disappointed. I ordered the toston burger with a side of tostones. The amount of salt and pepper on all my food could be lethal for anyone suffering from blood pressure problems or a heart condition. I had to use 3 napkins to dust off all food items. I took pictures because you have to see it to believe it. The salt and pepper on the floor is from the top toston on my burger - just one toston! The salt/pepper mix on the paper plate is from 3 tostones as my fiancé dusted off the fourth on his own plate. I couldn't truly enjoy the food because it was still salty after my attempts. I left with a tingle on my tongue and lips from the excessive salt and pepper. I've eaten at this location around 6 times and this has happened the last 2 times. And I had asked the order taker to have them put very little salt on my food since it happened on my prior visit 2 months earlier. My fiancé refused to let me complain and request a replacement because he thinks they would tamper with my food. He simply said we would not return. We were served quickly but the restaurant floors are very slippery and I could not find a single trash can anywhere. I won't eat here again. read more

Ive eaten at another pincho factory before and loved it so I'm gonna give them the benefit of the doubt and say I just had one bad experience. I ordered the chicken toston burger (?). I was here about a week ago for the first time. I've always wanted to try the tostone burger. I finally tried it and was not disappointed. It was delicious and their fries are great also! The staff was extremely friendly. I was there alone and they offered to refill my drink so I wouldn't have to get up and brought me extra napkins as well. I thought that was nice of them. I had a great experience. I'll definitely go back to try some other items from their menu. read more

Absolute incompetence. I try to make an ubereats order and in the time I'm putting my order in they paused it. I call to confirm if the uber is turned on and and some guy says yes, it's on, I ask him to please check it because it's not taking orders, he hangs up. I call back, and the next person tells me ubereats is on. Once again, it's not. I call back a 3rd time and speak to the manager (Sharon, I believe) and she tells me her co workers don't know how to operate ubereats. Then who does it?! I'm not stupid, I work at a restaurant and deal with ubereats all day. Of course you know if it's on or you paused it. How do they even run this place? I always order the same thing...the Toston Burger or Toston Chicken Burger...yum. :) For an extra (fattening, but satisfying) experience, add the fried cheese! Great place for a cheat meal. Everything tasted very fresh and it was obvious that they use high quality ingredients. But what will definitely bring me back again is the service - everyone was incredibly warm, friendly and helpful. I tried the quesadilla burger which was the May special. It was so good that I hope they'll consider adding it to the regular menu. A different, meltier cheese would be nice in the quesadilla, but otherwise it was spot on. I also tried my husband's fresco hot dog. I'm not big into hot dogs but this one was top notch! We shared an order of bacon ranch fries ... good, but next time we'll get them plain because the sauce was a little overpowering and the fries would have been delicious without them. read more

Restaurant is in an ideal location and has definitely added life to the shopping center... There was quite a line during our visit, getting a table was a bit of a task but manageable... Food came out cold, some of the meat plates ordered were a bit overdone... The staff can't keep up with the traffic, tables take a long time to get cleaned... Very surprised and disappointed with our visit to this Pincho location. Dropped in for a late lunch yesterday and was told that they were currently cash only. Not our preferred method of payment but that's okay. Then my husband ordered a beer and we were both horrified by the amount of fruit flies that swarmed out of the drip tray when the counter attendant began pouring beer. We quickly told her no, thank you. She seemed unconcerned by our disgust at the lack of cleanliness of their tap system. We decided to risk it and just get food, which was good. Burger was cooked perfectly and the salad was perfectly coated in dressing. Their fountain drink system was not very clean and seemed to not be functioning properly. I can understand being understaffed, but the overall lack of care or concern for cleanliness (the tables and floors were sticky) was very offputting. Hoping they're able to address the cleaning issues because their food has always been delicious. read more

I got my salad to go and it had NO cheese inside,barely any greens, or almonds or raisins, I do pay $10 for a salad it better be a good one. and the time before that the chicken was so salty I couldn't eat it. The food is very flavorful. The beer is on point but why you waste so much at initial tap astounds me. Bring back the Cesar. That was the best salad on the menu. Cesar steak pita ruled! The time has FINALLY come! Pincho Factory has made its long-awaited launch in Kendall! I think I've been waiting for this moment since 2010 when I first discovered Pincho Factory on Bird Rd and fell in love. I really wanted to join the 4/20 launch date, but when once I saw that line.. I thought, "De madree!!!!" I came back the following Sunday extremely hungry to yet another line :(. Totally ok though, the hype is real (and it will be for a while)! I ordered the rice bowl with steak and my boyfriend ordered the bacon + blue burger with bacon cheddar ranch fries. First of all, this place was EXTREMELY packed. The line was always consistently almost out the door and all tables were taken. It's great to see this place popping like this though! Seeing this, I suspected we'd wait a while for our food. We ended up waiting a lot longer than expected, but once we did get our food it was that much yummier. My bowl was delicious and did not disappoint and my boyfriend's burger was awesome too! I wasn't impressed by the fries, though. They tasted like they had been sitting out for a very long time and the cheese was this weird gooey transparent substance that looked like egg whites. I had to trick my mind into thinking it was really cheddar cheese to keep eating it, but then I realized it wasn't working. So the fries weren't all that awesome, but everything else was and the service was fantastic for being so crazy in there! I can't wait to go back and try the Fritanga burger for a quick heart attack when the Pincho Factory craze in Kendall has blown over a bit. :) Definitely, check this place out when you get a chance! read more

Long line took forever. The girl who took our order, Jasmine, looked like she would have rather been anywhere in the world than working. I don't expect employees to kiss my butt when at a restaurant. But at least try not to look like you hate your life. I had to clean my own table since all the empty tables were dirty. I ordered a veggie burger. There was no indication in the menu board that cheese was served on that burger. (Or else call it a veggie cheeseburger!) I'm vegan so I had to scrape off he surprise layer of melted cheese. I also ordered tostones. They tasted like cardboard coated in a thick layer of salt and pepper. Overall I was really underwhelmed by the food and service here. It seemed that they were keeping the thermostat very high or the AC was not on at all. I ordered the Fritanga burger. This was terrible. The burger had no taste. I felt I was eating cardboard. The reason I only gave them 2 stars is because they charge you almost $7.00 more to add another protein on top of the $2 they already charge if you want steak, if you order a bowl. If you just get it as it comes they literally jip you on the meat. Now, the bowl tastes great but when you're feeding more than one person the total quickly adds up. For 3 bowls I was going to end up paying $60. That's just ridiculous. For that I can settle for chicken kitchen and get a large bowl for just $8 and they dont charge a crazy amount for extra sauces or chicken. Really disappointed with thier prices. read more
