This place over health fresh food all the time. The "Fresco" chicken pite with cilantro sauce is mind blowing. They also serve great beers. Over (7) craft beers on tap. Several other beer selections in bottles and cans. read more

They took my order as a carry out, when it was a dine in. And that was fine. When I went to ask where my order was and why I didn't get a number for my table the guy told me it was coming up. After waiting AN HOUR I went back and asked. They talked amongst themselves and told me my order was given to someone else. They took my order again and told me it would be out soon. RIDICULOUS I asked for my money back. This will be the last time going to poncho factory and even more since they changed their menu. read more

First time eating at Pincho Factory. Really wanted to try the to tostone burger. The food was awesome, but the friendly service was even better. Review is mostly based on the wait. Don't go on a weekend night if you are looking for a fast meal! The line barely moved. It took 40 minutes just to place the order and another 50 minutes to get our food. Seemed like Uber eats and phone orders were being fulfilled much faster. Old faithful! I have been a pincho patreon since inception and while I loved the creativity before franchising. This place is really good for being a franchise. The fritanga burger is a favorite of mine with fried cheese and coleslaw along with their short rib blended patty and they started to include guava cheesecake from cao bakery. read more

We ordered from this particular pincho factory on a Friday night. I asked for a Latin bowl with no cucumbers or cilantro since I'm highly allergic. We ordered a bunch of stuff. Took forever. The food was all wrong- the bowl was wrong, had tons of cilantro and cucumber which could kill me. I called them. Got the rudest manager "javar" to answer the phone. Basically told me they were busy, he just got in 20 minutes ago and it's not really his problem. Obviously that wasn't what I expected. Then he said he guesses he could give us new food if we drive there. We live an hour away. He was so dismissive and didn't care so I hung up. Never again. read more

Slow staff, no communication even when waiting inside the restaurant. Food was already cold when received, fries were soggy to a mush, bread bun was soaked from the sauces. Waited on a table by the pickup counter, no communication whatsoever. Waste of time, waste of food. read more

If I could give it a zero I would. Terrible food for the price. I ordered a steak salteado and brought 7 tiny pieces of steaks. Very expensive and poor quality of food. My daughter ordered a kids chicken bowl and it came with 4 pieces. Again, I could have gone to the Argentinan restaurant for that price. I just want to say this store is officially my favorite spot. I work across the street. Now with that being said their online website was not working so I decided to call the store. Samantha was the one who answered and she was so kind and patient with my ordering. She personally made my day 1,000 times better from simply giving great customer service. When I came to the store to pick up my order, Santiago and Samantha acknowledge my presence with a hello and a smile. Now I work for customer service and kids now these days never acknowledge you. They were both so attentive with my order making sure everything was right. This is the best experience I've had with any restaurant. Please recognize them, they deserve it. I have been enjoying this restaurant since it started up on bird road. They definitely use fresh ingredients and are creative on the menu side. I am a salad eater and enjoy their salad. When you want to eat something fast but not fast food (McDonnalds, Wendys, etc) you should try this place, the burgers are so good, I personally add queso frito to everything in here, and their rice bowls are delish. I've had a couple bowls with different proteins and they've been awesome except the last one (Mediterranean)....if I would've had this bowl the first time I ate here I probably wouldn't have come back! The only flavor I got was from the charred beef. Way too dry and flavorless, May I make a suggestion?....this flavor choice needs a sauce! Like Tzaziki! Then you have a winner, but luckily I've had other items so I know they have good fresh food. The Mediterranean just needs a little help! Cajun Fries are the bomb!! Great place, go check it out, little on the pricy side especially if you're going for lunch, average meal with a drink is $12-18....they can work on that, maybe lighten the portion a little for the lunch crowd, but overall a good experience. read more

Alright now, lets start a journey on my Pincho Factory overall experience. First off, i understand that this time I went it was the grand opening. Everything might not be 100% so I'm stating now, that I would go again. I ordered the Fritanga Burger with sweet potato tots, and my wife is a basic chick so she happened to order a cheeseburger and classic fries. The presentation of the burger was mouth watering. The bread, the coleslaw, fried cheese and crema mixed together was an amazing idea and it did all together taste pretty good. I know they specialize in making Pinchos but they also have a long list of speciality burgers on their menu. So, the MAIN PROBLEM I HAD WAS THE QUALITY/TASTE OF THE BEEF PATTY. It stated on the menu that they were "all natural". But, when I bit into it, I was unsure of what I was actually eating. The burger meat seemed to me, and as well as my wife(so I'm not going crazy) to taste like hog dogs. Either it was cooked on the grill near the hot dogs, a highly processed beef quality, or they ran out of meat and had to replace it with something else. Furthermore, from what I gather there are 8 locations. This place is pretty spacious with seating. The staff were extremely friendly and quick to ask us how we are doing. But what I don't understand is why when you find out the owner is sitting down with his friends, he isn't going around and doing a good job in greeting his customers and hearing their feedback. I will probably go back to try something else but when I knew them way back, was for their great burgers. read more

Always a pleasure going to pinch factory. If you are more on the healthy side, when I tried the pinchos they were EXTREMELY salty (at least the chicken one). I have stuck to ordering burgers since they are extremely delicious! One thing I could say is their a little too small for the price of the burger! Not sure what happen to this place but very disappointed today. Ordered a chimichurri chicken rice bowl and fries to go. Literally to 35 minutes to get this when the restaurant wasn't that full. It wasn't until I realized people that ordered behind me came and left. When I complained they told me some people were in training and offered me fries.... fries??? I ordered fries. The icing on the cake... got home and the meal is missing the black beans, the thing I looked forward to the most in the meal!!! Used to be so good. Not sure what's happening here. read more

My husband and I both got a chicken sandwich, my husband had to return his because it was really chewy, we got a second one and it was still chewy. The line was really long, almost 30 minutes on a Friday night. The servers were very attentive and the place was nicely decorated, but that's about it. read more
