I have eaten that a few of the Pincho locations, but this one is my favorite. Now that may be because it's the closest to my house, but I have always gotten good service here. I like the not so fast food vibe they try to give off even though it is a counter service restaurant. When you order, they will give you a number if you're eating in to put on your table and they will serve your food to you. The burgers are pretty good and I find some of the specials to be excellent. The kebabs are also good. Prices are excellent for a quick meal or takeout especially on movie night. This is one of my go to. read more

2-Star Review I came back to this Pincho Factory location after not visiting this location for a few years, and unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed with how much the quality has declined. The Tostón Burger used to be one of my favorites, featuring a large, thick, juicy ground-beef patty. What I received this time was a thin, perfectly round patty that looked and tasted more like a processed, pre-formed burger. Even the bacon has changed. What used to be actual strips of bacon has now been reduced to bacon crumbs and bits. They also used to offer a nice selection of craft beers, which was another reason I enjoyed coming here. That selection appears to be gone as well. It's a shame to see what seems to happen so often when a restaurant becomes successful, expands, and franchises--the business gets bigger while the quality that made it successful in the first place starts to disappear. Pincho Factory used to be one of my favorite places to eat, which makes this experience even more disappointing. I went with the Pipo's ChoiceIt came with two smashed patties fried plantain bits, topped with smoked gouda cheese, applewood smoked bacon, grilled onions, papitas, and guava ketchup on a a buttery toasted brioche bun and a side of fries. I really wish we had these places further up north in Florida! I absolutely love their bowls and how flavorful the sauce is. We visited on a Saturday around noon, and it wasn't too busy. Everyone in our group tried a different style of bowl, and we all loved them. The chicken breast tenders were incredibly juicy and hot. My wife and kids don't eat BBQ, so they chose to eat here while I went to Apocalyspe BBQ, a few blocks away. After finding out that BBQ take out would be an hour and a half, I can slithering back to Pinchos. The woman at the counter must have been have a rough day as she looked miserable and flat. The restaurant otherwise looked clean. My vaca frita bowl looked beautiful, covered in a zig-zag of cilantro-ranch dressing. The vaca frita should have been called vaca "fría" -- it was refrigerator-cold, hoping to be warmed up by a bed of hot beans and rice. The maduros looked like a mother bird had regurgitated it for her baby offspring. Mind you, this fit the menu description, but it would be less work to just serve it in chunks like the rest of the world. Aside from the cold beef, the rest just tasted like a mix of beans and rice, ranch dressing, and pico de gallo. For $12.99 it was a pretty cheap meal, so maybe I'm being overly critical. Management needs to enforce proper cleaning and if needed replace the floor cleaning product, replace the mop or use a different mop for kitchen than the restaurant. We got food to go here. I went in to pick up the food and this location is really nice. It is a big space and is very open. The staff were helpful. I have eaten at Pincho in Pembroke Pines but always got some sort of burger. We'll, I decided to try the keto salad. I am not on that diet but the salad just sounded good. Anyway, this salad was pretty good. I was hoping the chicken would have more flavor. It included queso frita. This was ok. I don't eat that too often but this was just ok. My ranch dressing was very good. The tomatoes were tasty which seems to be hard to find. I enjoyed. We split the fries and these were still hot when we ate them. I tried his Latin bowl. I thought it was just ok. The beans lacked flavor. The portion side was pretty good. Ordered a few take out items, the tremendo burger - this is more of queso frito between 2 buns. Don't get me wrong I'm a cheese lover and didn't mind it, but if this is supposed to be a burger perhaps thin out the cheese or beef up the beef. Pretty good deal for Leap day - free fries with purchase. I've been meaning to try the burger winner - Jalapeño Delight. I asked for the meat temp at medium and they delivered. The candied bacon was perfect however the amount sauce and jelly doesn't let you taste or enjoy the meat. It was a mess to eat but the piping hot crispy fries made it all the better. I come to this location at least once a week for the kids cheeseburger with bacon. My 4 yr old absolutely loves it. Even though it's a kids meal, the presentation is always beautiful and they put a decent amount of the crumbled bacon, which my daughter appreciates. The pincho location on Kendall and 127 is awesome! Super incredibly professional and nice servers (even if they don't actually serve you since you pick up your food after ordering). Still, they are so friendly and kind. Great burgers! Great fries! And this location has a nice big and clean restaurant. I highly recommend. There was no speed involved at all. They need to get better at their time management. But the food was good, it was a bit cold, but the Tostone Burger had a really good flavor, it was cooked well, and it was very filling. We also ordered the Veggie Burger and substituted the bread with tostones. The fries DO NOT come with the burgers. You have to order it as a side. Which is a bummer.
