WOW!!! Is all I have to say about PINCHO. I have come here many times and every time it's delicious. I usually get the Perfecto burger but this time I wanted to try the new Black Magic burger. This burger was amazing that sauce that they put on it was the best part of the burger. The fries were slightly over cooked but other than that it was a near perfect experience. The service was on point, food came out at the perfect time and the ambience of Pincho is always great. This is definitely one of my favorites when it comes to burgers. read more

I am giving this place three stars because the staff wasn't the best. The food definitely exceeded my expectations for being there the first time I really did enjoy the vaca frita bowl that I had. The ice tea was pretty good also I believe they brew it there. I ate in the establishment which could have been a bit cleaner but it is what it is. I do strongly feel that the staff needs to be either trained better or maybe just act nicer to the customers, definitely not a good experience with that! read more

Last night we were looking for "late dinner options" and came across Pincho Factory. Pincho Factory did not disappoint, great hamburgers, Crunchy French fries and an awesomely fresh and tasty Mediterranean salad. Service al 11.00 pm was excellent. The staff is friendly and they have a great vibe. The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is the chicken pincho was a bit over done. Two big thumbs up for this semi fast food place. I have been going to this restaurant for years now, the food is always great, the tostón burger and the pinchos are our favorites, I was there this past Friday 8/20/23 as always the tables were clean, enough space to sit although I ordered takeout this time, very good service and I had the opportunity to meet Johny the manager, nice guy very attentive and very friendly by my request he took the time to recommend something from the menu! I went to the Pincho in Kendall, the service and ambiance is amazing. The people here are funny and super nice. Hard to find that in Miami! The Burgers have to be one of the best burgers in town, the perfecto burger was really flavor-full. The veggie burger was one of the best veggie burger's I've ever had. Their sauce options are very great too, the bun's have a hint of sweetness. All adding to the burger's being 5 stars and above. My sister wanted to try their toston burger so we had a lunch date today. The locating was close to my home, plenty of parking in the shopping center. The restaurant itself was nice, clean layout. Plenty of seating inside and out. My sister of course opted for the toston burger and I ordered the Mediterranean shrimp Latin style rice bowl for $8.99. You are given a name number to put on your table and they bring the food to you. I was a little disappointed with my bowl, the presentation was nice, the portion was good too; however, I didn't appreciate the lumpy rice :( that was a bummer for me. The rest of the bowl had very good flavor. My sister wished that at the time of ordering her burger they would have ask how she wanted her burger cooked as she doesn't like her meat medium. I've heard really great things about this place but personally I didn't think it was all that great. I had the Latin chicken rice bowl with guac and my boyfriend had the toston burger. The Latin chicken brings black beans, diced tomatoes, cucumbers, cilantro sauce and rice. The Toston Burger brings 2 fried plantains as the "buns", jack cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and cilantro sauce. The Latin chicken was $9.96 plus $1.50 for the guac. The toston burger was $7.99. The toston burger was a little messy because the toston doesn't hold the burger together. The rice bowl was a little bland, it tasted mostly like cucumbers. Next time, I'll try something else on the menu. I didn't hate it but I definitely didn't love it. It was alright. read more

The food, ambiance, and service were all great. The cashier who took our order started us off on the right foot by being extra friendly and courteous. We ordered the steak pincho, Cajun fries, and the fritanga burger. Everything tasted great, especially with the cilantro sauce. The portion sizes are ridiculously tiny for the price you pay. The pincho was pretty disappointing as well as the fries. The burger to me was a good size. But they should really up the portions. As good as it was, I wasn't full when we left. Like everyone else, I saw Pincho Factory on IG while foodie prepping for a trip to Miami. I was taken by those high definition crispy tostones cradling that juicy burger and dripping with sauce. Pincho Factory was our first stop for a quick bite when arriving in Miami. It filled the two criteria: being food and being quick. But it also did more than just that. I love tostones and I love burgers. I think I may love toston burgers even more than that. I wouldn't say it was the best burger I ever had (but in no ways, the worst either), but it definitely has a special flare with the crispy toston "bun". I never write reviews but this was worth writing. I ordered a pincho salad with shrimp and 2 burgers. When I got home I realized they forgot the shrimp. I was annoyed so I called the restaurant and i spoked to the manager. He's response was "I'm so sorry for the inconvenience but if you are willing to wait a few minutes I will go and drop off 2 shrimps pincho sticks" I was shook. Indeed he did not only drop off my shrimps but also delivered a guava cheesecake. If that's not amazing service I don't know what is. I placed a large order via Uber for myself and several coworkers. Once the order arrived I noticed the driver only had a bag marked (2) I asked if everything was in that bag and the driver responded yes that's all I was given. Why oh why did I torture myself suggesting to come here when I'm on my meat free journey. I wish I can give my review based on how my fellow patrons inhaled and drooled over how AHmazing their burgers were....and trust me....I was quite tempted to break my cycle just to appease my absolute weakness for burgers, but I held it in and decided to give their shrimp wrap a try with their Mediterranean toppings. I hate to say it but I was disappointed. The shrimp were cooked well but their Mediterranean toppings with cucumber, pitons, diced lettuce and tomatoes had an overkill of onions and very little lemon pepper dressing to even coat this seemingly dry wrap. My friend, who's also on the meat free movement, chose the Latin style toppings for her shrimp wrap which consist of black beans, diced lettuce, tomatoes and cucumbers with a rich and creamy looking cilantro sauce. I think the Latin would've been a much better option as my wrap did not have enough shrimp for this huge and thick pita. I don't want to kill their rep cause I know for a fact that if I opted for their burgers, which are of course their stars of the show, my experience would've been different. But my wrap made me felt like I was committing a crime for not going to the dark side. I assure you that I will be back and I WILL give in cause my hubby got the tostone burger with their sweet potato tots and he's STILL daydreaming of how it's probably the best burger he's ever had. So after exploring the Miami Boat Show with the wife & our BFF's and dreaming of all those boats my stomach was singing "Feed Me". It didn't take me long to choose which burger was going to be the sacrificial piece of meat to be devoured. The Tostone burger was the choice of the night with a side of Sweet Potato Tots & a fountain drink. After a short wait of about 7-10 minutes the food came to our table and the slaughter began. I swear the first bite of that burger had my taste buds Fighting Each Other to get more. The burger was cooked perfectly (medium) and the grass fed beef was the bomb, I can taste the difference in the meat Yummy!!! The Tostone was perfect, crispy on the out side but soft on the inside which made the perfect bun, it was also sprinkled with seasoning that was the BOMB!!!! The Sweet Potato Tots were pretty damn good as well that didn't last long either. I usually don't drink soda but when I do it's with Pizza or a Burger, that cherry Pepsi and regular Pepsi was like "Crack" I had 4 cups (Bomb). I kept telling my wife "Baby you have no clue what your missing" as I bit into that burger over & over. I'm still thinking about that Tostone burger & can't wait to try the burger of the month (The Hangover). My boy had no trouble destroying that burger at all.
