I've been coming to Pincho for years but the place has been declining in quality. I felt like they were understaffed trying their best. They had no napkins, they said they ran out. No hand sanitizer anywhere. They were all empty. So I got the clever idea of going to the bathroom to get paper since they said they had none. Luckily I got some in the bathroom but that one ran out too. The food was ok. I got the tremendo burger and it looks like they squirted the little last bit of sauce because it barely had any. Typically come here every other week and do a pickup. Have never had an issue with the quality of the food or the timeliness of picking up my order. The food is always piping hot, order is accurate and everybody is friendly. I enjoy checking out what the monthly special of the month and daily specials are whenever I get hungry. Location is spacious and clean if you decide to dine here. Would recommend it to anybody and I've brought people who visit me from out of town to check it out and they've enjoyed the food and the location. read more

I remember when pincho opened while I was in college. I went to their grand opening on 40th street. The fritanga burger was such a hit back then and still is! I'm happy to see them still thriving and I love that fact there's a location so close to my home now. Although I typically get a pincho bowl with both chicken and steak and LOTS of sauce I believe they have some of the best burgers I've ever had. Good bread, great Patty, and creative flavor combos. I always get stuff to go because I've been pretty disappointed that they took away the beer and wine option at the Kendall location. I appreciate how they always have different specials and additions. My new fave is the vaca frita pincho, which I didn't even know could be made in to a pincho lol. I must admit their tostones aren't what they used to be, they seem smaller and stiffer. It's not the fastest service but it's good and I rather them take their time to craft my meal! I love the mobile app, it has plenty of daily/monthly deals and makes ordering a breeze. I reccomend everyone gets it as it collects points with every order. It's always a nice surprise when I order and find a BOGO promotion or points reward. Makes me wanna splurge more forsure. The burgers at pincho factory live up to the hype. I had a veggie burger with a toston bun, and it was fantastic. They also have local beers on tap, which complements the saltiness of the toston very well. My criticisms are that service is fairly slow and the place was a bit of a mess. The table was kind of wet, the floors were slippery, and it seems to be the custom in the kitchen to just throw papers on the ground, as the open kitchen floor was covered in trash while we were there. read more

A long time ago I came here and tried a burger and I really wasn't wowed. But a friend of mine told me they have good healthy food and that I should give it a try. I tried it again and this time ordered a chicken pincho with my sides both as salads and then I got a extra side of fries (hey, being healthy is about balance right?!) I have to say, the chicken pincho was delicious! The chicken was seasoned nicely and was juicy and overall just what I was in the mood for. You may not think the plate is filling but it really is. For anyone, especially locals, who have waited this long to try Pincho Factory the way that I did - procrastinate no further! I came to the Kendall location on a whim cause the guy I was dating at the time insisted that I needed to try it. I'm happy to share with you that if I took anything good away from that date it was the foodie experience I had here at Pincho Factory. I ordered the Chicken Toston with queso frito. Let me just tell you, the chicken was surprisingly juicy and seasoned to perfection. The combination of the crunchy toston with the salty queso frito and the juicy, plump chicken results in an explosion of flavor and delectable texture. My mouth is literally watering as I type this. So that guy I was dating ordered the Cajun Fries cause he swore they were the best this place had to offer but, no way, you need to order the cheesy bacon fries. Holy. Yum. They're quite possibly the best cheesy/bacon fries I've had in a loooooong time. All in all, my first time at Pincho Factory will not be my last. I plan on visiting this location the next time I'm in the area which will more than likely be really soon. I definitely recommend this place to everyone. read more

Been reading all good things about Pinchó Factory and being in Kendall area today , but being in Kendall area today decided to try something different. Upon arrival this location seemed pretty big and since we arrived at a late time it was pretty empty, but was greeted by a very helpful and friendly girl at register ready to take order. Looking at menu realized this isn't your ordinary fast food restaurant. Just about everything had a latin twist to it and also saw many items we haven't had since our youth like the Fritanga. There was also the new pastelitos hamburger, croqueta burger and vaca frita burger that all looked good. I ordered the great burger and Erika went for the vaca frita bowl and both items were delicious. We also ordered the queso frito and tostones With guacamole that was also good, but way too much food. Place was very clean and service from staff was very good. Had a very enjoyable meal and happy we finally got to try the Pinchó Factory. read more

I love this veggie burger because it's not a processed patty of imitation beef like most places that offer "veggie" burgers. They make it in house from black beans and sweet potatoes . We came here because it has outdoor seating and I can bring my dog. But, I think I should of gone inside sprouts (next door) purchased a bag of spring mix and called it a day. By the way, this took about 20 min to come out of the kitchen. I came here on a Friday night with my pops and uncle. It was pretty packed, but the person who attended us was magnificent. The guy asked my pops what his favorite type of beer was and went the extra mile by letting him try the different beers until he came to the conclusion of which one he preferred. The line got pretty long behind us, but the guy was still patient and kept attending us with great enthusiasm. I ordered a create-your own salad with steak and bacon. It was amazing! The steak was so tender and crisp at the same time. There wasn't too much bacon but bacon is bacon. We sat outside and they brought the food right to us. There are a lot of positive things to be said about this location. The service was outstanding. From entering being greeted as we walked in. The guy at the register gave his two cents in his favorite thing on the menu to the multitude of employees that walked by to ask us how everything was and if we needed anything. The service here was top notch. I was going to give it a four but because everyone was so awesome I had to bump it up. So let's get on with the food! The burger was good. Decent size and it tasted good. I felt like burgerfis patty was tastier. However that being said pincho factory opens you up to a lot more options. You can literally allow the imagination to go wild in this place. You have an array of options for buns and you can add things to the burger. My review alone is from the regular burger with nothing added. My hubby however had the special vaca frita burger on a pita bread which he ate in two seconds. We also had a size of the bacon cheese fries which were yummy and crispy. Their fries are skinny fast food fries (my fave) which I'm always down for. Pincho factory also has bowls you can create but I know they are known mostly for their burgers so I had to go for that. As a fan of Pincho Factory I'm glad one has opened near me! Well, they have actually popped up in so many locations by now, it's not very surprising. What is surprising is that with all the expansion, they managed to maintain the quality of food, and the excellent service. However, on our first visit, I'm not sure if we shouldn't have ordered the cartel dog and the blue burger and the bacon cheese fries together. They all have bacon and maybe that's why I find the food rather salty. The first few bites are delicious, but then the salt builds up to an unpleasant level. Also, somehow the cheese in the fries congeals so fast, halfway through the meal, I try to pull a few sticks of fries, and they are cemented in the cheese like Mafia victims in movies.
