This place is perfect for a quick bite and a delicious lunch! My sister and I came here a few weeks ago and I ordered the Fritanga Burger. TO DIE FOR. I love coming here and the food is always great. I would eat out here about 2 times a week and I loved it so much that I was given a pincho factory gift card from a coworker as a gift. Today I order my food and went to use my gift card and was told that the machine can't read the gift card. I was asked if the gift card was good and I said yes it was. Again I was informed that the machine can't read the gift card and I was asked if I had cash to pay for my order. Yes I had cash on me but that's not the point, I had a gift card to pay for my food and that was how I had planned on paying. Pincho Factory is a reliable family favorite. They use such quality meat and fresh accompaniments to make their burgers top notch. It is hard to recall another local favorite that is so consistent. It doesn't hurt that the Cajun Fries are delicious! Their cool modern farmhouse decor sets the mood for an old fashioned good time. Another plus in Pincho's favor is their incredible staff. They are always accommodating, attentive, and available. In particular, I want to highlight and praise Sebastian at the Pinecrest location. He has gone above and beyond in providing exceptional service. On an occasion when I had to call a locksmith, he gave me HIS phone! Disappointing visit. We paid with LevelUp and our order was lost. I came to the front counter 3 times to alert them that my order wasn't coming out, we waited for over an hour for our food. After those visits to the front counter the very helpful young table server finally realized our order was not being made. Went to this location in Pinecrest yesterday and first, the inside temperature (mind you it was 8pm) was very hot and muggy, definitely not a inviting or pleasant room to dine in. We ordered tostone burger well done and it arrived medium rare, then the new vaca Frits sandwich didn't really look like the picture that's posted all over face book or IG but it was ok, and lastly the wait time was excessive in my opinion. New location that is so fresh and cute! The food is amazing, I've stopped by on consecutive days and the cashiers/staff are quite lovely every time I go in. However, my first visit there was a manager who was slightly off-putting and was on top of our table (I get it, new place you want to get reviews of what you're doing well on and what you're not) however there are ways to do this without coming off a little to harshly? Also, I never knew this would be a bad thing but consistently being on your table every minute is a little too much. I've been a waitress I know how it works, but someone was always on our table and I'd be mid bite and they'll be there and I'd finish said bite and they'll be back. There needs to be a little bit more room for us, customers, to eat freely without having to feel like we're constantly being watched. Because the place itself is pretty chill and nice and the staff needs to do the same, and I don't mean don't ever check on your table but don't check on them every minute (literally every minute they did it for me). DEFINITELY, going to be back for the food but if the staff continues to be like that I'll just take my food takeout and eat it at peace in my home. read more

We placed our order and sat at the table, the waitress that brought our food was very sweet and attentive. Just wanted to give a shout out to great food and even better customer service. I placed an order togo and went to pick it up. When I got to the restaurant a customer who happened to have the same name had also ordered a meal to go, and due to a mixup walked away with both of our orders. The manager, James, quickly addressed the situation and asked the kitchen to expedite a replacement of everything I had ordered.
