Seems as if she took the money and ran. Nothing we discussed or wrote down for them was ever followed. When I called and texted her to complain about everything 6 times total I've gotten no response no care no concern. Then her father brought back my key and my garage door opener when I asked him what the hell he said I have a heart condition and walked away. Every entry door to our home was unlocked! Two of my dogs are on medication which I know they did not receive and I know this because we had to take them to an emergency visit to the vet early this morning. If it take me to the end of my life I'm going to let everyone know never ever without a doubt NEVER!!!! use this service she and her people are untrustworthy unreliable ridiculous. As all of that doesn't seem bad enough it seems as though they had some sort of a party while we were gone! I promise I will get ALL my money back and then some!

Like, in terms of toys and treats, most pet places are fine and great, but in terms of self-grooming or baths, it's always a toss up it feels like. But Dogma was immediately welcoming and amazing. Our dog is a rescue and a little reactive, but the staff always know how to calm him and are patient and understanding. We feel a little bad about the fur (he's a husky/Akita mix) and always attempt to clean up our own mess, but every time we're stopped by the staff. Not in a "no, don't do that" sort of way, but always in a "oh, you guys already did all of that work bathing him. It's our turn now" sort of way. Every time they're always so amazing and you can tell they actually care. We've been coming to Dogma ever since and our scared little boy has never been so calm during a bath. 10/10

I took my miniature poodle here for the first time to get a full groom about a month ago and I'm…read moreonly leaving a review to warn poodle owners to AVOID this place at all costs. The groomers here are not qualified to groom a poodle whatsoever. And before the shop tries to leave a comment saying my dog was matted, he was NOT. I brush and bath my dog at home with salon-quality Chris Christensen products and thoroughly brushed/combed him the day before his groom. They gave my poodle the most sloppy, choppy, and unprofessional groom I have ever seen in my life. He looked he had been air or caged dry, both of which are NOT supposed to be done at all since it causes more matting for poodles. His coat was also not brushed at all, which is a huge red flag. I also suspect they are not using salon grade shampoo and conditioner. Additionally, they gave him these weird bald spots on his chest like they trimmed him way too short due to improper shearing techniques. Lastly, they had him for 3.5 hours which is unheard of for a professional groom. Normally, grooming sessions take 2 hours for a mini poodle. When I got home, I had to give him a bath, hand dry him, and brush him because his coat was in such horrible condition. For anybody thinking of taking their poodle here, DO NOT. For any existing customers with a poodle, they are hacking your poodle's coat and there are much better groomers out there. The responsible thing for a groomer to do is it to turn away dogs they are unable or unqualified to groom.
