Polly always does an amazing job. She's been helping me grow and shape my nails properly so that I can get nice-looking coffin nails without having to use acrylics. We've been using dip and I've actually noticed my nails getting stronger when we take off the old dip. Her attention to detail is unmatched and she's always checking to make sure I'm happy with what she's doing along the way during each nail appointment. Customer service here in general is great. I've came here three times so far, and each time I come to get the same exact service, the price goes up. 3 weeks ago, I came for a full new set and gel pedicure and they charged me $90. Today I came for a fill and gel pedicure, and they charged me $88. I asked him, how does it make sense that it's $2 cheaper for a fill?? And the girl kept telling me it's because of my length and shape... which didn't make any sense when all they did was add a little bit of powder to the cuticle part and cleaned up my shape. I called this morning at 11 am. They had me make an appointment for 3 pm because they were short staffed. My son and I arrived at 3 pm. One lady was there waiting. She was getting a fill / gel. My son was seated at 3:20 pm. I did not get helped until 3:50 pm. The lady that walked in for gel and fill was helped before us. I am not sure if she had an appointment. I need to stop going to nail salons all together because I drove so far out of the way for this place thinking it would be worth it and it wasn't. My nails are thin, my middle finger cuticle is cut and I have another small cut, my cuticles weren't even tended too and my nail beds look bad, my ring finger nail is super crooked, I got glitter and it's piled up and painted ugly on multiple nails, the gel looks like it's so thick and painted poorly that it's going to peel soon and my nail beds just look bad. The paint job is uneven, and my pedicure my big toe is filed slanted. I hate when nail salons do both your pedicure and your nails at the same time, they never come out clean and it's stressful trying to keep up with both stylists and trying to correct them both if they aren't being careful. Also they didn't finish cutting the cuticles off of my toe nails. I'm so frustrated I have to wear these nails. Only thing right is my acrylics were shaped well. It was clean and they were ready for me and my daughter at appointment time. We got fills and gel polish. The shape and quality of each individual nail was great, with the exception of my thumbs; which for some reason was slanted. That was forgivable, but left and right were not symmetrical. Left hand nails were clearly 2 mm longer than the right. I expect my cut down to be symmetrical on both sides. If I ever return, I guess I'll have to examine closely before having them apply polish, but they're supposed to be the experts, not me. read more

I was charged 97 for basic pedicure and FILLS. Instead of charging the 30 dollars, they charged me 70 all bc they decided to soak of my previous set entirely when they could've drilled it off. I'm bleeding in multiple places, and had to constantly remind the tech to cover the entire nail in paint, make the lengths correct etc. I genuinely can't believe how awful this "service" was. Even the pedicure came out awful and I'm having to redo it at home. I'm incredibly pissed. I will not be coming back I'm sick of shit nail places taking advantage of customers. WOW! None of what you said is true in your response. I booked a GEL FILL WITH EXPRESS PEDICURE WITH A WHITE WEB ON THE RING FINGER. So many designs!!!!! Not once did you EVER go over price. I said FILL not once but EIGHT TIMES. I even mentally noted that it was ridiculous I had to repeat that so many times. I took my grandparents here and they were treated with the utmost of care. My grandparents have diabetes and it affects their nail and foot health. This place boasts sterile tools and a relaxing environment. My grandparents loved the way they were pampered here. It was worth driving across the valley just to have them well taken care of. Unlike a lot of nail places we've been to, they were very thorough and gentle the entire time, making sure to get every nook and cranny. My grandfather got the treatment pedicure, which was $29 at the time of this post. My grandmother got the regular pedicure ($22) and a regular manicure ($15). I decided to do a soak off at home and after soaking for an hour my acrylics weren't coming off!!! I've read that MMA takes a long time to soak off, if it ever does, and usually has to be pried off or drilled down to get removed... ZERO Stars. Been here 2-3 times. Very inconsistent. The last time I came here I knew it would be my last time. To be fair, each time I came here I tried to forget the past. This place is convenient for me! I want to go to a place down the street from my house! But it looks like I won't. There are plenty other nail shops I would drive to. So-- I came here when nail salons can open inside. I usually pick a color out of the books or the painted nail samples. When the lady with the shoulder length brown hair (Asian) asked me what I wanted I told her I needed a pedicure. I grabbed a book to look for a color and she said do you want gel polish? I said no. Then she said "no book" pick color from the wall. She was mean and bitchy. Every place I've got my nails done let me pick from the book or samples. Thankfully I had brought my own nail polish (I wasn't sure if I wanted my color) btw... she didn't work on me, another lady did. THEN.... when it was time to paint my nails, neither the lady who worked on me or I could open my nail polish. It was stuck! Lol! The worker automatically grabbed a book and said pick a color! Lmao!!!! The place had one customer every time I came there. Basically no business. AND that lady, manager, owner -- whoever she was, was rude to me like that. HA! Maybe that's why no customers.
