When you spend over a $1000 on a washer it should work more than 12 months, and if it breaks should be repaired quickly.

The installers arrived on time and were somehow able to install both washer and dryer into our tiny "closet" utility room, which previously had a stacker type of washer/dryer from 1985. We have had no trouble at all with either unit - both installed perfectly and running beautifully (every day since purchase!). The installers were professional and personable, and we could tell this work was something they had a lot of experience with. This past week we were helped on the showroom floor by Deb, who advised us on our options replacing our microwave, gave us the pluses and minuses of various models, and we picked the perfect one for us. Again, the installers (different pair of guys) were on time, professional, friendly, and only took a few minutes to install - amazing! Both pairs of installers called beforehand to give us the heads-up, which we really appreciate. We will return for a new fridge and range soon!

When the part finally came in, Mike came out but did not fix the problem. The quick diagnosis that he originally made was inaccurate. So, we waited again and requested a refund. That refund was denied. The second part arrived, and Mike installed it. The ice maker was functioning very slowly compared to baseline. It's not their problem, they said. The third time it broke down, it was out of warranty. Still not their problem, call Samsung. The fourth time it broke down in less than 2 years, Samsung told me I might as well just go buy a new dishwasher. Which I just did, but definitely not from Appliance Smart. We arranged a repair, which we had to do through Frigidaire. They gave us an "8-5" window and DIDN'T SHOW. A week later I called again since the once more did not follow through with an appointment. A visit to Lowes was useless as the store manager told me they would do nothing since the 2 day window of returns had passed. He was a useless creature, but probably a product of the environment he works for, Lowes. We've spent thousands of dollars there recently with also buying flooring, but they've lost our business.
