The tikka masala fries were okay, the sauce made the fries soggy so in retrospect, getting the fries as is would've been better. Overall a solid meal in Tomball and we can see why they are fairly busy.

I also thought the French toast portion was surprisingly small for the price. Overall, Sizzle & Brew is a comfortable local spot with a welcoming atmosphere and consistently great service. The rosemary potatoes were perfectly seasoned with an incredibly velvety texture, and dipping them into their signature Victory Sauce was absolute perfection. The breakfast sandwich was outstanding, with thick, meaty, flavorful bacon on a buttery croissant that tasted like it had just come out of the oven. We paired everything with a caramel hazelnut iced coffee that was perfectly balanced, and the cinnamon roll had just the right amount of sweetness without being overwhelming. What really stood out was the quality. Everything is made from scratch with fresh, high-quality ingredients, and you can absolutely taste the difference. On our way out, we could not resist taking home two pies and the cutest strawberry Pop-Tart covered in patriotic sprinkles. They looked almost too pretty to eat.
