Upon walking in, I noticed how spacious this place was. Did not expect that! Looks like a great place to dine in. We stopped by just for coffee after taking my little one to the dentist next door, but I'd love to come back and try the food sometime. Service was friendly, and the staff made sure our drinks were prepared and served quickly. I've heard good things about this place, but unfortunately, the drinks didn't live up to the hype. The mocha frappe was overly sweet, and the sweet matcha tasted like iced sweet milk with a hint of green. It lacked the distinct flavor and color of real matcha. Matcha lovers, save your $6, this one's a HARD pass. I might return and check out more reviews to see what dishes or drinks are actually recommended. read more

Read the reviews and visited today for a late lunch. Tucked away in the Northpointe community just south of SH 249 in Tomball, the cafe is located in a strip center. Wasn't too busy; our orders were taken and food delivered promptly. Waffle with Berries and Whipped Cream, Breakfast Burrito wrapped in a waffle toast, and Waffle Ham and Cheese Sandwich with Chops and Pickle; coffee, Signature Latte, and Cappucino. Food and coffees were plentiful and tasty and prices reasonable. Coffees could be stronger though. Service is practically self-serve and bus - so, not sure what the tipping was for. When I was in town visiting my sister, she lives around the corner from here and takes her son to tae kwon do next-door. We decided to try out this place and the staff super welcoming. They have a lot of choices to pick from a lot of breakfast and lunch options which were great lotta seating and even a kids play area. We went during the week in the morning and wasn't super busy. Still a lot of seating available we tried our breakfast tacos, which were really good and had their coffee and the coffee I got was the white chocolate tiramisu and it was delicious their cups are huge, which I love as a coffee drinker. Overall, the place was really awesome. I enjoyed it a lot. Definitely will be back and visiting my sister. read more

I ordered a warmed slice of banana bread with coffee, and one of the workers just forgot about the banana bread. She heated it up in the microwave and just left it there for about 7+ minutes. Went in on a Sunday morning to try this place for the first time. The inside was very calm and inviting and the staff were very nice. They had so many great options on the food and beverage menus, so it was hard to choose! We both thoroughly enjoyed our food (except for the eggs), coffees, and time spent inside here. This is a fantastic place that we were able to walk to from my cousin's house!! The cups are huge, and the mocha was delicious! When we first arrived, there was plenty of seating but as the morning wore on, the place was packed. I was enjoying a good read and was relaxing in the comfy chairs. This coffee shop is a little off the main shopping areas but is close to schools and gyms. Parking should not be a problem. There is a lot of space inside, a nice conference room and outdoor seating. I loved this place until today.... I frequent this establishment for their great toffee coffee and for what they say they represent - love. But today I got absolutely NO LOVE. The drive thru intercom is not great. It's ok, I deal with it. We have worse issues in this world. So if I have to repeat myself a few times, I am fine with it. Today I was asked to repeat my self twice. After repeating myself twice, the lady exclaimed, "You don't have to yell at me." Of course I was taken aback by this response. When I drove around I asked the young lady at the window if she was who I was speaking to over @the intercom, she said no and asked why. Her voice sounding familiar, by the way. When I explained she looked around pretending to be perplexed, before asking me to hold as she closed the drive thru window. A few minutes later the owner appeared in the window greeting me with, "Did we make you mad today?" No hello, just this odd question. My response, "Why would I be mad, only dogs get mad?@" He then asks what happened. I explained. His response was, "Oh she didn't mean it like that." Well, I don't know how else she meant it. The intercom is shoddy, she could not hear me, I repeated my order twice at her request each time speaking a little louder and she says, "I don't need to yell at her." His response again, "She didn't mean it that way, she's one of my best employees and we are taking care of your coffee today." I told him I wasn't interested in freebies, I was interested in great customer service and an apology. He continued to push the free coffee toward my car window to appease me, I suppose@. I declined again. He then says, "Well you have a reward today, do you want to take advantage of it?" I declined a third time. I don't need anything free. I'm a loyal customer who tries to support local, family-owned businesses and this was the treatment I received. I will not be back. Keep your free coffee. Keep your rewards. Keep your excuses. We can all appreciate a veteran-owned-and-operated cafe, and I'm glad this place exists. Unfortunately, I feel you are more making a decision to financially support this place than making a decision to have a good breakfast. $20.02 (with $2 tip) for a breakfast burrito, a ramekin of salsa, and an iced coffee. And in full transparency, it would have been $2 more if the cashier gal didn't comp the milk/syrup, as it would have been $9+ just for my coffee. Everything is clearly hot and made to order; unfortunately, nothing you'll eat or drink here will be particularly extraordinary - I've had miles better breakfast burritos that were wrapped in foil, dropped into a paper bag, and thrown at me. This is the type of joint you'll visit once a year to meet up with your estranged mother or have a reunion with a friend from High School you don't necessarily not like but you definitely have rediscovered the reason you grew apart. The perfect atmosphere for some strained conversation over some rectangle plates and not-quite-enough food. The staff here seem sweet but this definitely won't become a part of my repertoire. I'd been here before for coffee and liked it but tried it for lunch for the first time yesterday and had a tremendous experience. Ordered some sandwiches and they were very good. There was one hiccough, we'd ordered one of them with an extra add-on and it got missed. The manager there checked the receipt; it was simply missed on the order and we'd not been charged any extra for it, so it was merely a minor administrative slip-up. Still, he offered to have a new item made per the original request, let us keep the already provided one, and threw in a couple complimentary coffees. The sandwiches were tasty and I like how they grill the bread with a waffle pattern, giving them a light crunch on the outside, and there's even the store logo branded into the toasted pattern. While what another reviewer said is true, that you'll be paying 'artisan' prices (although even the lowest common denominator corporate chains aren't cheap either), you're also getting a sandwich that's got some nice quirks like this, and more importantly, you'll be getting (and supporting) excellent local service. That's what stood out in this visit; the management here didn't get defensive about the missed order detail. On the contrary, they were as kind as could be, took good care of us, and didn't accept when I offered to pay for the replacement item. The store is comfortable and it seems to have gotten bigger since I last visited; there's a play area for children, and a room for events. read more

We came to this cafe when we were running errands in the area and were catching up with friends. I enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere of this cafe. There were high and low tables, a couch, and another area with tables in a separate room for more privacy. Board games, like Scrabble, were piled high near the condiments section. Of note, I appreciated that they had condiments other than ketchup; I think they had Chalula, Tabasco, and sriracha too. We've ordered a few of their food items here. The womelette was ok. It was kind of dry and needed more vegetables inside. The caprese sandwich was ok as well. Their chicken quesadillas were actually tasty because their chicken was moist and well seasoned. This came with a side of their freshly made guacamole. We also enjoyed their dirty chai latte, which had just the right amount of spices in it. Next time, I'll get an extra espresso shot in it. First time visiting a local coffee shop and getting our drinks in a REAL mug - I'll give them props for that, as it really elevates the experience. Medium decaf latte, made with heavy cream and no foam (a flat white, in essence) and hubs grabbed a slice of the banana bread. It is hot, smooth, almost silky. The coffee flavor is gentle and consistent. THIS is an excellent cup of coffee! And no up-charge for the heavy cream? We'll be back! Unfortunately, it was pretty much just a flavorless egg concoction. I don't like writing negative reviews for local businesses, but I can't say I really enjoyed this at all. I also didn't love the selection of coffee beans. They all had hints of fruit, citrus or something else weird. I'm very partial to basic chocolate, caramel, hazelnut or other notes of that nature. We were in need of beans, but I settled for ordering some familiar bags online. Best coffee in Cypress! They have a great breakfast too. The service is always friendly and helpful. Our family uses the drive-thru mostly, but they also have comfortable seating and wifi. I meet with people for business here monthly. Pro tip: If you want to meet for business, be sure you've wrapped things up before school lets out. After 3pm it gets loud with kids. It's always nice to support another veteran and it's even better when I really enjoy what they have to offer. My wife has been going here for a couple years and now I know why. Both the coffee and the food are excellent. The customer service is first rate and this location does a lot for the local community, as well. It's nice that they offer the pour over, which is my favorite coffee and isn't offered just anywhere. My wife likes all the lattes and all the things with a hint of coffee flavor here. The house black coffee with nothing added is very good here. I had some of the avocado toast, which is not usually my thing, but my Dr. says it needs to be, and it was actually excellent. I have to update my review from the last time I came here... I came here 3 times just in the last week! Their avocado toast is SO GOOD! Love the seasoning and feta they add on top. Also, I'm not a coffee fan at all. In fact, anytime I order coffee I find myself throwing it away after a few sips (with the exception being Starbucks Frap). I tried the Cha Cha here without the amaretto and it is AMAZING!!!! Yes this place is pricy, but the quality of their coffee and food items is worth it. A neighborhood staple. A Diamond in the desert. The club sandwich is outstanding and a local classic - no reason to go anywhere else. The interior is put together in a way that is perfect for the needs of the neighborhood - got kids? No worries, they're welcome here. Trying to cram for a test? Pull up a chair. Where do I begin?!? I wanted to try this place for sometime and finally had the opportunity since I was nearby. Me and my youngest came for breakfast. Around 9 AM. I asked the barista her recommendations for coffee and or food. She recommended the white chocolate tiramisu in for me. I had to have it with oat milk. It was AMAZING! My son got the strawberry mango refresher. It tasted just like a Capri Sun. Absolutely refreshing...Lol They also recommended a bunch of different waffles and the breakfast sandwich. It was egg and sausage and cheese melted in with a Waffle and it came with a side of gravy. It was delicious. I got my son the Flyin' Pig it was egg, bacon, sausage, and she's mixed in with waffle. He chose syrup, and it was so good. The staff is extremely polite and helpful. The music is low-key. And there are several different seating options. Many people on zoom calls/working.
