We stopped for a quick sweet treat after a day at the beach. We bought a guava and cheese pastelito and grabbed pineapple cake and tres leches cheesecake to take with us to go. They were all great!

The cutest gem!! Come try a homemade pastry at this place. It won't disappoint. The selection of desserts is endless. I'd go back any day.

Key Largo Pinecrest Bakery is a good place to pop in for delicious Cuban savories and sweets -- if you have time to wait. They need some more employees! Servers were very sweet, but it took a loooooooong time to get a few chicken croquettes and gauva pastatillos. Very delicious, nice plus that they have a drive thru, but it's definitely not a quick stop.

Food is excellent. Everything on menu was explained to us very patiently & recommendations spot on!! Cafe con leche is amazing! Staff friendly warm and inviting. Great way to start our day!

Great spot for a "cafe con leche" and a pastry. Good selection of pastries to choose from.

I thought this place was terrific. It's a Cuban bakery with outstanding coffee and pastries. Their English isn't the greatest but neither is my Spanish so we made it work. Your coffee might be served in tiny drinking vessel. Relax. This isn't Starbucks. There's a lot of caffeine in this stuff, plus it's delicious. Highly recommended for authentic Cuban coffee and baked goods.

Whoa big disappointment, not with the food because we never got that far, there were a few customers sitting at the tables inside tapping their feet waiting on their orders, the outside completely empty and a car parked in the drive-through for who knows how long. After browsing the pastry case for longer than I wanted to, I was ready to ask a few questions and place an order but the employees were pre-occupied and most of the pastries weren't labeled. After making it obvious I was ready to get the ordering process underway, I couldn't make the connection tick tock 5 minutes, 10 minutes and still absolutely no acknowledgement that I exist. Well it quickly became apparent I wasn't going to taste any of their desserts today and likely ever so I split empty handed without even a thank you for stopping by...

Very sweet and welcoming ladies. Was a last minute thing and definitely glad we came in. Colda was delicious and so many amazing desserts the make your mouth water. Small inside dining area but plenty room outside. And can't go wrong with great Latin music in the background. Great place to find a salty or sweet snack! Yummy

I arrived there at 8:30 pm and they said it was closed. But in the Google shows they close at 9 pm.

For veg people there is hardly anything good to eat. In sweets Tiramisu also tasted very different (not in a good way)

Excellent service and food. I really would like for them to be open later at night since in the keys everything close early.

I frequent the ones in Miami and this one has a serious quality control issue. Hope it gets better.

I walked in and was greeted warmly, and within minutes I was reminded why I remembered this place so well. It's authentic. No gimmicks. No trying too hard. Just good Cuban food. Since breakfast is clearly one of their superpowers, I went with the breakfast burrito loaded with eggs, cheese and potatoes. Wow. "Delicious" doesn't really do it justice. The eggs were perfectly seasoned, the potatoes had that beautiful crispness, and then they brought out their jalapeño hot sauce. I put some on the burrito and immediately asked, "Do you bottle this?" Yeah. It was that good. We also had the steak and eggs, and they nailed that too. Perfectly runny eggs next to a juicy, flavorful flank steak. Exactly what breakfast is supposed to be. A year later, the verdict hasn't changed. Yeah, this is the real deal. I still maintain that Denny's Latin Cafe serves the best Cuban food north of Havana. Five stars. And if somebody knows where I can get a bottle of that jalapeño sauce, we need to talk.

It's become one of our annual traditions. The restaurant is a great size with plenty of seating. You can grab a seat at the bar if you want to enjoy breakfast there, or choose from one of the many tables throughout the restaurant. During our three mornings in the Keys, we never actually sat down to eat. Instead, we stopped in each morning for a café con leche and a few pastries to take back to the villa where we were staying. Everything was fresh, delicious, and the perfect way to start the day. The service is always friendly, the atmosphere is welcoming, and it's one of those places we genuinely look forward to visiting every year. If you're looking for a great breakfast stop in the Keys, this place is definitely worth the extra drive.
