Verily, the price was so favorable that I secured a room for myself with a grand king-sized bed, and another room with two queen-sized beds for my dear children. We reveled in our stay, enjoying a splendid night's rest, and on the morrow, we embarked upon our Christmas celebrations with family. I went down to the front desk and asked if house cleaning could change the sheets, or if I could be moved to another clean room. The front desk lady told me they had no house cleaning on staff at that time, and that she did not want to go up to the rooms and make sure the next one I got was clean. She then recommended I go somewhere else to spend the night. Management has refused to provide a refund, even though I did not spend the night and was essentially told to go somewhere else by their own staff. I will be disputing the charge but wanted to warn people of the service they may receive while they are here. I had an absolutely awful experience, am still trying to get my money back, and will never visit this location again.
