**Horrible** experience. The worst part? This was for a bridal shower I planned for my soon-to-be step mom. So, not only did I have to deal with the terrible service, so did the other 8 women I brought with me. Long story short, don't waste your time or money here. The full story: I made our reservation several weeks in advance, talked to both the manager & other staff members during a follow-up call I made to confirm our appointment about a week early, and even talked to them the day before confirming we were coming. Each time I talked to Pink and White nails on the phone leading up to our appointment (3 times) I confirmed that we would be doing basic pedicures and the price was going to be $25 each. We arrived & the salon was packed - each pedicure chair was full. Why in the world would you promise an appointment for a large group and then not have room to provide the service? There were at least 12 nail tech's doing pedicures when we arrived, so it wasn't a matter of being short staffed or not having enough chairs. 3 chairs opened up after about 5 minutes, which left the rest of us waiting while they finished the other customer's pedicures. After a while they had room for 2 more girls, leaving the rest of our bridal party...still waiting. After another 10-15 minutes goes by, they sat 2 more girls, which left me being the only one left waiting for a chair. After waiting for 30 plus minutes, I finally asked if I could simply just *sit* with my party at a chair that just opened up. Hang tight, it gets worse. I'm sitting in the chair, and no one has come to help me after FORTY minutes of waiting past our appointment time, and then I see a brand new girl, who just walked in getting sat and helped at another chair. I had to say something to get someone to even start the water for my pedicure. Finally, someone came over 45 minutes late to begin my pedicure. She was abrasive and rude. At this point most of the bridal party was done & sitting on the other side of the salon allowing their toes to dry. **Did I mentioned that the nail tech cleaned off the dead skin-covered tool IN THE WATER MY FEET WERE STILL IN? She periodically set the tool on the dirty floor in between using it on my feet. That is not only disgusting, but probably not safe or compliant to health code.** To add to everything that was already going poorly, my "nail tech" barely spent any time prepping my nails & then didn't even take the time to do an even coat. I came here to get my nails done better than I can do at home, and I could have done a WAY better job myself. When my pedicure was finally done, the rest of my party had already been done, waiting in the crowded seating area for 20+ minutes. I just wanted to pay & leave at this point. I finally go to the front to pay & confirm that we had 8 pedicures at $25 each (Grandma didn't get one). She agrees and charges my card. I'm so ready to leave at this point, THEN it gets worse.... We are getting ready to leave & one of the ladies approaches me loudly (in front of other customers & my bridal party) and claims that I still owe them money because apparently two of the girls got nicer pedicures (that we did not ask for). I reminded her that we were the bridal party and we all should have gotten $25 pedicures. She interrupts me to then suggest that I didn't pay for everyone & people still need to pay. At this point I was clearly upset and told her that everyone was paid for. THEN she starts pointing and counting out loud everyone sitting in the lobby, *including Grandma & people I DIDN'T EVEN KNOW*. Thankfully one of the other girls came over after almost 5 minutes of lady #1 arguing with me to explain that we were okay. BUT that didn't change the fact that she embarrassed me in front of basically the whole salon and my family/friends. Thanks for wasting 2 hours of our time & over $250 in poorly-done pedicures. While I'm generally accommodating and trying to be particularly understanding and flexible during the COVID pandemic, the runaround I got at Pink & White was ridiculous. My girlfriend scheduled a pedicure appointment for the both of us a week in advance. When we showed up, I was told there was only space for one of us and that I would need to wait a few minutes until space opened up. Fine. 15 minutes later, I was then told to get up and wait outside because there were more than 10 people in the building. It's 87 degrees outside and there are 4 other people standing around. After 25min past my appointment time I gave up. Scheduling is not difficult. Poorly run business and ruined the experience for my girlfriend. Get your shit together Pink & White. read more

I've always had a good experience here, I get a dip manicure and they last 6 weeks every time with NO chipping! I recently saw Dani, who did the best job ever and something no one has ever done before - she didn't completely remove my previous dip. She buffed it down but said removing it all the way is what can ruin your nails. She then shaped them perfectly, nailed the design, and left me with the thinnest dip manicure in I've ever had. TLDR- 5 stars for pedicure but 2 stars for customer service; great pedicure but very crappy customer service experience. Got a gel pedicure; it was great. However, during my service, water somehow shot from the spigot directly into my lap, absolutely soaking me (and my phone). I was literally dripping wet (I had to cancel the plans I had for after my appointment because there was no way I could go anywhere but home). Apologies were very briefly offered but no effort to make me more comfortable was made, no discount was offered, nothing. The cherry on top, and the reason I wrote this review, was that after I paid and left, the person who had done my service showed my friend my receipt (I tipped, but not as well as I normally would have) and badgered her into tipping extra for her service to make up for the fact I had not left a satisfactory tip. I get that accidents happen and I was not sprayed intentionally. However, I'm not going to give a 20% tip when I spent the entirety of my service uncomfortable, left uncomfortable, and had to change the course of my evening because of an issue caused by the salon. It was completely unprofessional and rude that the technician then complained about her tip to another customer and pushed her into tipping more because she was not happy with her tip. If you mess up and make a customer uncomfortable, you need to accept that you're probably not getting a great tip. read more

I love it here! It is my local spot and I've found to he the best for the price in the area. They are thorough in their cleaning process which always makes me feel more comfortable as well. I've done the dip, shellac and mani here and they all stay as long as the standard time. One thing to note, it is worth calling as they sometimes can have a lot of people waiting and will save you a wait, but they are always timely when you make a reservation. If you are in a rush, you can tell them and they'll go a bit faster, but I have had people with varying speeds (sometimes gel mani and pedi in 45 and sometimes closer to 1:30). I wanted to do a body scrub pedicure which I was given a regular one and she told me it wasn't possible to do gel on my nails even though i've done it before so I just did shellac. As you can see in the pictures the base of my nails (by the cuticle) was poorly done which made them crack sooner than the typical two weeks. Also, the length and shape of all my nails was uneven. I asked the lady to do a little more work and I'm not sure if she didn't understand my ask or if she pretended not to understand. I've been relatively happy going here until today. The pedicure was great, but the manicure was terrible. He sat me down and started on my nails quickly asking what color I wanted, but no one gave me the color samples as an option. He quickly set down one ring of colors. When I asked if they had more he said no that was it. Then he found two other rings of colors when I asked for OPI. The gal doing another clients nails behind me then added a stack of 5 more, rather rudely and aggressively. When I asked if a certain red was OPI Big Apple Red he confirmed it was. After actually paying attention half way through I noticed it was an entirely different brand. I wasn't about to have him start over, but was not happy with the level of service by this time. I did the dips and he didn't even have me wash my hands off. I left with dip powder all over my hands and a pinkish red, not at what I wanted, or had in past visits. I asked for sharp tips multiple times and they're still completely dull on the tops, not to mention the mess that was made on my fingertips even after she was done.
