Everything tasted fresh and balanced, and the truffled cream and pistachios added just enough richness without overpowering the prosciutto and burrata. We decided to try Lorenzo since we'd heard so much about their sandwiches too, but it just didn't hit the spot for us the way Mamie did. We found ourselves comparing it back to the Di Parma the entire time. Mamie has definitely become our go-to when we're craving a really good Italian sandwich.
