I have been to Cheesecake Factory before, but I visited this location for the first time on a Friday night. My partner and I made reservations for date night. We were seated inside, towards the right past the kitchen, and it was very tight. The tables next to us were almost uncomfortably close. The restaurant felt a bit more fancy with dim lighting, but it would get quiet where it would be awkward to speak because everyone could hear what you were saying. We did not love the vibe of this location. After we were seated, we were greeted by our waiter. My partner started with the Strawberry Margarita, but the waiter commented negatively and recommended against it. Regardless, my partner really wanted it and proceeded to order it. The waiter's comments seem a bit uncalled for, and it tasted fine. The waiter also didn't offer bread, so we asked for wheat. Unfortunately, it was on the tougher side & not the usual soft and warm bread we love. Eventually, we ordered our food and I chose Fish and Chips. Our food took a very long time to come out, about 45mins-1hr, with little communication from the waiter. Several tables that ordered after us got their food first and some even left by the time we got ours. We believe the waiter forgot to place our order because he asked to "reconfirm" our order after we already waited a while. I understand that it can get busy and wait times can be long especially on weekends, but I think some things could have been avoided or done better. We did not love the service here. The table next to us complained about the same waiter to a manager as well. I will say the food was good and the portion sizes were fantastic. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this location. I work in the Triangle and have been coming here for years. I understand that lunchtime can get busy, but I've never experienced service at this level before. When I walked in, there was no one to greet nor seat me, the restaurant wasn't busy yet. Getting the wrong order when you're hungry is especially disappointing. My server was nowhere to be found, so the manager stepped in to take my order , and she got it wrong. Writing things down really does help sometimes. I ordered the herb-crusted salmon but received a plain, unseasoned grilled salmon instead. It was bland and very underwhelming. I've always enjoyed this spot, which made this visit even more disappointing. I hope the service and attention to detail improve. read more

Beverly Hills Cheesecake Factory is located on the busy Beverly Blvd. Some street-metered parking is available, but it's best to park at one of the parking structures nearby. When I walked in, there was nobody at the front to greet or welcome me in. Fortunately, I did not have to wait too long before a staff came to seat me. Our waiter was kind and food came out relatively quickly despite the size of our party. 1. Table Bread It's always a bonus to have these table breads provided in-house. Comes with 1 loaf of Sourdough and 1 loaf of wheat bread. The sourdough was was a bit hard to eat as the outside was a bit hard and the inside has a chewy-tough consistency. The wheat bread, on the other hand, was a very enjoyable - it was light, airy, easy to bite into and has a pleasant wheat aroma to it. 2. Cheeseburger Egg Rolls (5/5) What an interesting concept to turn a cheeseburger into an egg roll style. They use Angus beef and grilled onions rolled into a crispy egg roll wrapper then fry it. It is served with a side of melted cheese and a thousand-island like dressing, but it's not quite thousand-island. I think it's their own version of "burger thousand-island/aioli sauce." It gives it a tangy, creamy, onion-y flavor. When you actually add the melted cheese and their version of the burger sauce on the egg roll, it legit tastes like a cheeseburger that's just in an egg roll form. The name of this dish is misleading because it says "spring roll," which normally implies the Vietnamese spring rolls that has the clear rice wrap on the outside and fresh veggies in the inside. It's literally the same concept as the Tex-mex & avocado egg rolls and those are called "egg-rolls." 3. Thai Chicken Salad (5/5) The presentation of this dish really wow'd us. Each ingredient (Satay Chicken Strips, Carrots, Rice Noodles, Cucumbers, Bean Sprouts) was placed in its own respective lettuce cup. Of course, you also have a pile of lettuce cups on its own for you to make your individual lettuce wraps. It comes with 3 different dressings that you can dazzle your lettuce cup creation in ... 1- Cilantro dressing, 2- Peanut dressing, 3 - sesame seed Thai Vinaigrette. I like the peanut and sesame seed vinaigrette the best as they were robust in flavor. The Cilantro dressing is lighter in flavor, but is more light and refreshing for those who don't want something too heavy or sweet. 4. Cajun Jambalaya Pasta (4/5) The cajun flavor was pleasant and not too spicy, but I did feel it was slightly too salty and this is coming from someone who usually loves salty things. The shrimp was perfectly cooked and was fresh, snappy in texture. The chicken was also cooked well and was not too dry. It's also served with sautéed tomatoes, onions and peppers. This is all served on top of a bed of regular mixed with spinach linguini pasta. The pasta was cooked well, but I personally prefer Cajun Jambalaya over rice instead. 5. The Original Cheesecake (4.5/5) Of course when at Cheesecake Factory, one must get their well-known, Famous, ORIGINAL Cheesecake. Of the American Cheesecakes, I do give credit to Cheesecake Factory's original cheesecake. The ratio of cheesecake to the Graham Cracker Crust is spot on. A lot of other cheesecakes are skimpy in their cheesecake ratio and have more crusting than cheesecake part. It is topped off with a thin layer of sour cream, which gives it a slight tartness to balance out the sweetness. Overall, the cheesecake is surprisingly "not too sweet." We didn't get that "burning throat" sensation when eating this, so that's a good thing. read more

Came here on a Friday evening for dinner and although it was busy, it didn't feel overly packed or hard to get a table. We found a nice spot outside where we could enjoy the scenery and people watching. The service here was great, everyone had such great customer service from the hostess to the waiters and busboys. There were some particularly rude customers behind us that were very pushy and unkind to the staff but the staff handled it with such professionalism and that spoke volumes to us. Coworkers should maybe be a bit more proactive or the host to check on folks when it's like that instead of cutting up with the bartender *hint hint lol* Watching our weight and knowing how big of portion CCF is, we took a gamble on their "Skinnylicious" menu -- trying their avocado tacos (which is made the same as the regular menu listing. It's just three versus four - which we actually got the 4 item hehe) and the Shrimp Taco plate. The taco plate (3x taco on tortilla) comes with this delicious pickled veggie salad too! The shrimp itself was lacking in flavor, even with the sauce, so prob wouldn't be in a rush to get again but not hating and solid meal. Perfect to share for late light lunch with a little indulgence! Very well mixed Arnold Palmer too! I like when you can see it layered and it was perfect 50/50 ratio of tea and lemonade. Once food was in me, happy camper. Still the only original location for this well-loved Southern California chain staple, The Cheesecake Factory, is an institution at this point. With an extensive menu that is designed to provide something for everyone, they are the one and only place for bigger parties or groups with discerning tastes. The food menu has changed throughout the years, with some items remaining and new updates keeping things fresh as tastes change. The biggest disappointment I have constantly is the changes to my favorite dish, the Cajun Jambalaya Pasta. In years past, it was more greasy, littered with big shrimps, and far more spicy. This was honestly the worst experience I've ever had at a Cheesecake Factory. For context, I've never ordered takeout from them before. I usually dine in and have always had good experiences. I called in an order for fried zucchini with extra ranch and a slice of cheesecake to go. When I arrived to pick it up, I noticed my cheesecake had been sitting out the entire time since the order was placed. Considering I had to drive a good distance home, I asked if I could have a fresh slice since cheesecake really should stay refrigerated. I thought it was common sense that a dessert like that would be boxed up fresh upon pickup, not left sitting out. Still, I didn't make a big deal about it and took my food. After working a full shift as a nurse and being absolutely starving, I was looking forward to this meal. I opened my takeout box and right away noticed the zucchini batter was very garlic forward. Personally, that's not my favorite flavor for fried zucchini. I prefer a more plain or classic batter without the strong garlic taste. On top of that, the zucchini pieces themselves were really thin and wimpy, with no real girth to them. They didn't have that hearty, satisfying bite you expect from fried zucchini, which made the whole thing even more disappointing. But hey maybe my garbage of a fried zucchini experience could be someone else's fried zucchini treasure of an experience, But what really made this a horrible experience was what I found in the ranch. Towards the end of my meal, as I was dipping and eating, I noticed something floating in the sauce. It was a broken piece of French fry that looked like it had already been bitten. I was completely mortified. That means the ranch I was served may have already been used by someone else. I can't even describe how disgusting and unsettling that is. I truly hope I didn't ingest someone else's contaminated food. I've always loved Cheesecake Factory, and when I realized there was one near my home in the West Hollywood and Beverly Hills area, I was genuinely excited to order from them. Unfortunately, this experience was not only disappointing, it was unsanitary and unacceptable. This establishment has gone downhill. Given that it is located in Beverly Hills, it should be on par with the city's world-class reputation. I've been to this restaurant many times because it's close to where I work, but my experiences have been inconsistent and disappointing. The first time I had lunch here, my coworker ordered chicken that was warm but extremely hard, as if it had been sitting under a warmer for too long. I ordered spaghetti, which was overly salty--so salty that it was difficult to eat. I considered sending it back, but since we were on a limited lunch break, I ended up just eating the street corn I ordered and the complimentary bread. My most recent visit was on Christmas Eve for dinner with a party of seven. Unfortunately, the experience was not much better. The food was lukewarm rather than hot. I ordered the spaghetti again, as did my 8-year-old niece. While it wasn't overly salty this time, it was lacking in meat and overall substance. Additionally, the restroom was in very poor condition. It appeared as though it hadn't been cleaned for hours--there was toilet paper all over the floor, and the toilets themselves were plainly filthy. While I understand it was Christmas Eve, the restaurant wasn't even full, so it didn't seem like the staff was overwhelmed. My boyfriend and I have lived in the bay area for many years, so we are used to our local couple of Cheesecake locations being busy book maintaining great service. We came in on a Monday evening and this location is slightly smaller than the usual mall locations. However, the server looked so frantic, and it was hard to get ahold of him. Forgot about the bread before bringing appetizers, ice cold frozen butter, and unsalted shrimp scampi that we've had several times. It didn't seem crazy busy, so I am unsure why the server looked intensely scrambled. Service was below average, overall not a great location to come to. read more

From the moment I sat down, his customer service stood out, genuine, friendly, and professional. We had a great conversation, and he even shared that this location was the very first Cheesecake Factory, opened in 1978. I loved that bit of history! This restaurant was a complete joke from start to finish. I clearly asked for my fish to be well done, and it came out raw which is completely unacceptable. What made it worse was that no apology was offered at all when the raw fish was brought to my server's attention. By the time it was corrected, everyone else at my table had already finished eating, which completely ruined the experience. In fact, I started eating their food since I was so hungry. The mashed potatoes were overly peppered and borderline inedible, showing a real lack of care coming out of the kitchen. To make things worse, the bill was incorrect, and if I hadn't been paying close attention, I would have been charged for something I shouldn't have been. I was already short on time, and because I didn't get to eat on time, I ended up with a massive headache. As a result, I wasn't able to speak with a manager on my way out, which I had fully intended to do. I took the remaining food to go and gave it to a homeless person around the block, as I just wanted to leave at that point. Poor execution, poor customer service, and an overall terrible dining experience. Got the remade dish, vegetarian again somewhat warm with undercooked dough. At that point just was not worth mentioning anything as I was late back to work, starving, so I finished the cold bread and asked for the check... but wait, there's more! As I received a phone call waitress handed me the check, I gave her my card and she kept insisting on asking me 'don't you want ti see your bill, don't you, don't you?!?... I looked at her and asked - I ordered one dish, what are you insisting on me checking on?.. she replied with a ok and left. The aftertaste from the visit was actually worse than the taste of the food. Its Cheesecake Factory, you dot. Expect a 5 star service, even though it was in BH, but still disappointing. P.S. I am a Rewards member, have visited the N Beverly location twice in the last three months and the Grove location once in the last three months. Yelp removed this review saying I wasn't a real customer, but I most certainly am. I don't want to take the time to screenshot the receipts but if I have to I will: My opinion is DO NOT sign up for the Rewards Program because it appears to violate data privacy laws. They collect and retain your personal information in a way that makes it impossible for the user to edit. This violates California data privacy laws, it would appear. In 2023 there was a class action lawsuit that claimed The Cheesecake Factory has unlawfully tracked and recorded the online communications of website visitors without consent. This company apparently just can't quit shady business practices! Why not just improve the food and service? You have to resort to these tactics? Be careful. read more

The food, service, and ambiance here are very good. I don't usually do big franchises but this one for its location, ambiance and service is excellent. We attacked taquitos, spicy tuna, chicken Madeira, and strawberry cheese cake. We sat on the outside patio and people watched while enjoying bite after scrumptious bite. Everything was very good, my guests were Brazilian and remarked upon how good the plate was. The appetizers were crunchy goodness that just blew us away too. Haven't been to a cheesecake factory in a while but this one was notably good. We came around 8 on a Thursday and I would of expected there to be a long wait so we wanted to put our name down and surprisingly there was no wait inside. We wanted to come back so we put our name down for an outside table and only waited like 20 mins. When we came back the host Blue instantly took us to our table and we skipped the line that was waiting to be sat which was very nice! Food was absolutely delicious I got the double bacon burger and it was perfectly cooked. Favorite part was the oreo cheesecake I was full from my burger that was a big portion but couldn't leave without trying a cheesecake. A few things to consider as a franchise. Your business is placed on what is considered one of the most expensive streets in LA. The service and food here was GARBAGE! I couldn't believe the Gaul of staff trying to make excuses for the poorly put together 30$ meals you all have spreader across the menu! You don't use sticky rice for jambalaya! This is one of those places I don't know how anyone can really complain here. A lot of seating with patio and indoors, indoors is a little dark I must say. Huge menu and generally everything is decent, easy place to go for big parties and people with different preferences, also in great location. Clearly our waiter did not leave the food to sit. He was the best. We ordered 1 slice banana cream cheesecake to go. I explained to our waiter, that about a week and 1/2 ago my husband and I were really sick so we ordered delivery. The food was delivered except the slice of cheesecake we ordered. The waiter said, I'll talk to my manager about it. The manager came over and said, you need to talk to Door Dash and have them reimburse you. We do not give rain checks. Since I already know the Cheesecake Factory screwed up . When I called them they said they had out the cheesecake in another bag. The doordash driver did nothing wrong. She picked up 1 bag with the complete order on the receipt. The bag was stapled. Nothing said 1 of 2 bags. The reply I got from my Yelp review said as is posted below, Cheesecake needs to do better. Please take a look at our spicy crispy chicken sandwich. It looks like something my kids made at home using a Costco bun and chicken patty. When we told the waiter he said that's how their brioche bun is. Just WOW ... tasteless sandwich is what I call this Let's just say everything we got looked and tasted below average. We normally like the food we get in other locations but this was a total fail.
