Popped in here yesterday , were seated right away Our waitress Gabby was really nice and attentive , I noticed her constantly checking in on us without interrupting us while eating or talking, our order came out specifically how we ordered it , and I really appreciated Gabbys service in getting us checked out quickly The food was sooo good and what we have come to love and expect from Cheesecake Factory

Beverly Hills Cheesecake Factory is located on the busy Beverly Blvd. Some street-metered parking is available, but it's best to park at one of the parking structures nearby. When I walked in, there was nobody at the front to greet or welcome me in. Fortunately, I did not have to wait too long before a staff came to seat me. Our waiter was kind and food came out relatively quickly despite the size of our party. 1. Table Bread It's always a bonus to have these table breads provided in-house. Comes with 1 loaf of Sourdough and 1 loaf of wheat bread. The sourdough was was a bit hard to eat as the outside was a bit hard and the inside has a chewy-tough consistency. The wheat bread, on the other hand, was a very enjoyable - it was light, airy, easy to bite into and has a pleasant wheat aroma to it. 2. Cheeseburger Egg Rolls (5/5) What an interesting concept to turn a cheeseburger into an egg roll style. They use Angus beef and grilled onions rolled into a crispy egg roll wrapper then fry it. It is served with a side of melted cheese and a thousand-island like dressing, but it's not quite thousand-island. I think it's their own version of "burger thousand-island/aioli sauce." It gives it a tangy, creamy, onion-y flavor. When you actually add the melted cheese and their version of the burger sauce on the egg roll, it legit tastes like a cheeseburger that's just in an egg roll form. The name of this dish is misleading because it says "spring roll," which normally implies the Vietnamese spring rolls that has the clear rice wrap on the outside and fresh veggies in the inside. It's literally the same concept as the Tex-mex & avocado egg rolls and those are called "egg-rolls." 3. Thai Chicken Salad (5/5) The presentation of this dish really wow'd us. Each ingredient (Satay Chicken Strips, Carrots, Rice Noodles, Cucumbers, Bean Sprouts) was placed in its own respective lettuce cup. Of course, you also have a pile of lettuce cups on its own for you to make your individual lettuce wraps. It comes with 3 different dressings that you can dazzle your lettuce cup creation in ... 1- Cilantro dressing, 2- Peanut dressing, 3 - sesame seed Thai Vinaigrette. I like the peanut and sesame seed vinaigrette the best as they were robust in flavor. The Cilantro dressing is lighter in flavor, but is more light and refreshing for those who don't want something too heavy or sweet. 4. Cajun Jambalaya Pasta (4/5) The cajun flavor was pleasant and not too spicy, but I did feel it was slightly too salty and this is coming from someone who usually loves salty things. The shrimp was perfectly cooked and was fresh, snappy in texture. The chicken was also cooked well and was not too dry. It's also served with sautéed tomatoes, onions and peppers. This is all served on top of a bed of regular mixed with spinach linguini pasta. The pasta was cooked well, but I personally prefer Cajun Jambalaya over rice instead. 5. The Original Cheesecake (4.5/5) Of course when at Cheesecake Factory, one must get their well-known, Famous, ORIGINAL Cheesecake. Of the American Cheesecakes, I do give credit to Cheesecake Factory's original cheesecake. The ratio of cheesecake to the Graham Cracker Crust is spot on. A lot of other cheesecakes are skimpy in their cheesecake ratio and have more crusting than cheesecake part. It is topped off with a thin layer of sour cream, which gives it a slight tartness to balance out the sweetness. Overall, the cheesecake is surprisingly "not too sweet." We didn't get that "burning throat" sensation when eating this, so that's a good thing.

Food was bomb, but service was the downfall here but only knocking 1 off bc I am PMSing and was mildly hangry. We came around 3:30pm Saturday (yesterday) and it was still pretty busy but a few outside booths and inside tables. Of course the host put my hub and I in the worst spot -- this weird corner / side / triangular table next to where the food comes out and a busing station. After 30 seconds, the clanging of silverware and staff buzzing about was grating, so I immediately asked for us to be moved. No guff was given and went on the other side. It was literal serenity after that brief moment at the other location haha Bread came out promptly but server was busy and took maybe 10-15 min to order drinks - super nice gal though. Coworkers should maybe be a bit more proactive or the host to check on folks when it's like that instead of cutting up with the bartender *hint hint lol* Watching our weight and knowing how big of portion CCF is, we took a gamble on their "Skinnylicious" menu -- trying their avocado tacos (which is made the same as the regular menu listing. It's just three versus four - which we actually got the 4 item hehe) and the Shrimp Taco plate. The taco plate (3x taco on tortilla) comes with this delicious pickled veggie salad too! The shrimp itself was lacking in flavor, even with the sauce, so prob wouldn't be in a rush to get again but not hating and solid meal. Perfect to share for late light lunch with a little indulgence! Very well mixed Arnold Palmer too! I like when you can see it layered and it was perfect 50/50 ratio of tea and lemonade. Once food was in me, happy camper. All in all solid meal but should be a bit better service experience given location. Also maybe a little cleaner was a bit dingy. FYI this location doesn't serve the egg roll sampler platter - not on their menu - and the shrimp bistro pasta was discontinued!! Clearly hadn't come in a while lol

This is a pic of someone else's bitten french fry that I removed from my ranch dressing after almost eating my entire takeout order.

This was honestly the worst experience I've ever had at a Cheesecake Factory. For context, I've never ordered takeout from them before. I usually dine in and have always had good experiences. I called in an order for fried zucchini with extra ranch and a slice of cheesecake to go. When I arrived to pick it up, I noticed my cheesecake had been sitting out the entire time since the order was placed. Considering I had to drive a good distance home, I asked if I could have a fresh slice since cheesecake really should stay refrigerated. I thought it was common sense that a dessert like that would be boxed up fresh upon pickup, not left sitting out. Still, I didn't make a big deal about it and took my food. After working a full shift as a nurse and being absolutely starving, I was looking forward to this meal. I opened my takeout box and right away noticed the zucchini batter was very garlic forward. Personally, that's not my favorite flavor for fried zucchini. I prefer a more plain or classic batter without the strong garlic taste. On top of that, the zucchini pieces themselves were really thin and wimpy, with no real girth to them. They didn't have that hearty, satisfying bite you expect from fried zucchini, which made the whole thing even more disappointing. But hey maybe my garbage of a fried zucchini experience could be someone else's fried zucchini treasure of an experience, But what really made this a horrible experience was what I found in the ranch. Towards the end of my meal, as I was dipping and eating, I noticed something floating in the sauce. It was a broken piece of French fry that looked like it had already been bitten. I was completely mortified. That means the ranch I was served may have already been used by someone else. I can't even describe how disgusting and unsettling that is. I truly hope I didn't ingest someone else's contaminated food. I've always loved Cheesecake Factory, and when I realized there was one near my home in the West Hollywood and Beverly Hills area, I was genuinely excited to order from them. Unfortunately, this experience was not only disappointing, it was unsanitary and unacceptable. Please be cautious if you order takeout here, especially if your order includes condiments or dipping sauces. Check everything carefully before eating. I really expected better from a restaurant like Cheesecake Factory.

Update lol I did not mix it until halfway through, I added a brown sugar cube and noticed there was still cocoa on the bottom and I got a lot more of the espresso taste, made it honestly much better the espresso was still incredibly smooth and the cocoa was a compliment rather than the main taste still. I tried a clump of the cocoa powder and I think it's because it's not bitter at all, and mild sweetness- very good. The Americano was great, normally it tastes like just coffee and water but this was also blended and smooth For the drinks, the Night Rosée (non alcoholic) was great, it has ume, grapefruit, white tea, and soda. I thought the ice cubes looked great but my mom was not a fan of how little drink there actually was, especially since it was non alcoholic. I think that the blend of ingredients was very thoughtful, the grapefruit shows up but not overpowering, and has a sweetness that makes the drink overall satisfying. The service and ambiance are what MUST be talked about. You come in to a garden wall, mirror prism wall, a beautiful wood themed bar, a room with thoughtfully picked pieces, and a seating area outside that has a view of rodeo drive as well as another seating area that has wine glasses, cups, and everything laid out already ready for those who are getting something more than a drink. There is always calm music playing, and everything just looks cohesive together. In terms of the service, everyone is wearing a white collared shirt with navy crewneck/blazer, and it is clear they are all trained, when we first sat down it comes to the little things, we got served 3 different colored glasses which I loved, they were all themed like the green looked like leaves, the blue looked line lines like water, the orange looked like gems. But the glasses are placed and the water is poured the same way, same side and they move for every single person, rather than just getting all the glasses together. They move slowly with intention, same exact thing with the menus, opened for us

The sauce helped bring some juiciness back and balanced it out. The bluefin tuna bibimbap was pretty enjoyable. The tuna tasted fresh and the textures worked well together, but the dish could have used a little more seasoning to make the flavors pop. The perilla was a great touch though. It added a slightly minty flavor that complemented the tuna without taking over the dish. The beef short rib was easily the standout. PERFECTLY cooked, incredibly tender, and seasoned just right. The richness of the meat paired so well with the lettuce wraps that it almost feels like they should automatically come with the dish. Service was good and everything came out smoothly. My mother and I both had the Turkey Reuben -- hers with fries and mine with the apple kale salad. My mom even mentioned to Nick that the sweet potato fries should definitely be added to the menu! My dad ordered breakfast and wanted sausage... no sausage... BACON ONLY! Work on that, The Henry! Thanks to Larissa, we decided to give The Henry another try, and I'm so glad we did. The service, the atmosphere (the music and sunshine were perfect), and the food were all ooooooon point! Sometimes you've got to give people the opportunity to make amends by showing a little grace, and I'm happy we did. This visit completely changed our perspective. We'll definitely be back... promise!

The main entrance is off the courtyard, not right off the street, although if you only want the bar, then there's an entrance off the street that does not lead to the restaurant. Saved you a few steps. It was a very enjoyable experience. Again, it's upscale casual, and the prices reflect it, but they aren't out of control. The signature cocktails were $19. The food was fine, portions on the smaller side, but OK. For an appetizer, we had pretzels and fondue. $18. You get plenty of them, and they were really good! Perfect for sharing. For the main course, I had the seared tuna chopped salad. $27. The dressing was perfectly light. It was a good salad. Again, the portions are not large, but the quality was good. One of my friends had the steak Diane, $61. She gave it 4 out of 5. It was perfectly cooked. She also had a scoop of ice cream. $5. Not bad for that kinda' place. They have a great payment system I've never seen. There's a QR code on the bill, and you can pay for your part of the meal, or pay for whatever you want to. It's really easy and takes the hassle out of splitting the bill, and makes it easier for the server not to have to do separate checks. Great idea! Very enjoyable experience all around.

Every bite had so many flavors, perfectly balanced, and the biscuit itself was insanely buttery and soft easily one of the best I've had in LA in a long time. My husband got the steak & eggs with a side of hashbrowns, and it was just as impressive. The steak was cooked perfectly, everything was well-seasoned, and the whole dish felt really balanced. Definitely a spot worth coming back to.

The restaurant is located at the Beverly Center and does not validate parking. The good news is that parking is relatively affordable at $1 per hour. Since I don't eat meat or chicken, I checked the menu online beforehand and found several options that looked appealing. Unfortunately, once we were seated, we were given a completely different menu. When I asked about it, our server, Lindsey, explained that the menu I had seen online isn't available until after 3 p.m. That was disappointing since I had already planned my meal. We started with the biscuits. They had a strong smoky flavor that honestly made me think they were baked with pork fat or in an oven used for barbecue. Lindsey assured me they weren't made with any meat fats, but the smoky flavor was definitely noticeable. I ordered the salmon with microgreens and a side of mac and cheese. My partner ordered the steak and eggs with hash browns, and we both enjoyed the mint mocktails--they were refreshing and one of the highlights of the meal. The salmon was cooked well and I enjoyed it. The mac and cheese, however, was a huge letdown. It arrived in a cute little cast-iron skillet on a butcher block, so the presentation was great, but the taste didn't match the appearance. It reminded me of boxed mac and cheese made with powdered cheese, topped with Parmesan just to create a crust. It was runny, lacked richness, and there wasn't even a hint of that satisfying cheese pull. Unfortunately, there were service issues as well. My partner specifically ordered his eggs over hard, but they weren't prepared that way. His hash browns never arrived at the table, and on the drive home he realized we had been charged for them. He intended to mention it before leaving but simply forgot. The biggest positive is the restaurant itself. It's beautiful, stylish, and has a great ambiance. Beyond that, though, I found the food to be average for the price. Even by Los Angeles standards, $42 for chicken and waffles feels excessive. Overall, Yardbird looks better than it tastes. While there were a few bright spots, the inconsistent service, menu confusion, and underwhelming food don't justify the price. Unfortunately, I don't see myself returning.
