Dubai cake with no pistachio butter inside no katafi and just some kind of cookie?
    Ray C.

Stay away from this location at all cost, the employees and the owner himself are some of the most disgustingly rude people I've ever come across. I went in on Sunday close to closing time, I spent 40 DOLLARS on a Dubai cake that looked absolutely NOTHING like the other Dubai cakes I've purchased at other baskin robins locations and I told them I had pictures and receipt to prove it. I called Monday I told the lady I spoke with I have the cake and receipt she told me to call back the next day when a manager was in. I spoke to a manager a sales rep today and both treating me like I'm trying to steal something from THEIR wallet, I never call to complain about food I usually just let it go but it's 40$ and even if I couldn't get my money back or replacement because of their policy I would be ok but because I've never been treated this way I decided to let customers know, when I asked the manager for the owners number he was hesitant and when I finally got it the owner was even worse!! I text him explaining to him how I was treated I send him pictures and when he called me he literally just started aggressively getting his points across on how I can't return the cake even though he didn't know I still had the receipt, he was like "if you don't have receipt there is nothing we can do for you" and when I tried to explain to him I still had the receipt he was just talking over me every single time I tried to talk, when I finally got a second to talk I told him I have the receipt sir mind you the whole time I spoke to all 3 I was calm and just wanted to see what we can do or what are my options so then when I told him I had a receipt then he changed it on me and was like if you don't bring the cake I will not give you refund tarararara just not letting me talk, he was so freaking rude I'm not one to post like this but I've never been treated this bad by any customer service location I'm so chill, as if I was trying to steal from them or something idk it seems like they put a little pistacho cream on top and then get away with calling it a Dubai cake which it isn't at all, save your money or go else where these people don't deserve your money they are just bad hateful people. Look at the pictures does that look like the cake baskin robins promotes? Not even close, this place adds some kind of cookie and call it a day just horrible

THE BEST ICE CREAM IN LA! I probably eat ice cream 5-8 times a week. Believe it or not, I just lost 45 pounds! My friends and family and doctor think something is wrong with me but I just work out a lot! I called ahead to see if there was a line but they informed me they haven't had a line in several years so I stopped by. It's beautiful inside, this doesn't feel like a normal Baskin. This place feels special. I was given a tour of the flavors and then the creaming process. I was then asked if I'd like to cream myself? Since I hadn't yet that day, I accepted. After setting my batch in the freezer to cool, I ordered the Vanilla. I was transported. I couldn't feel my body, I had to stop licking because I almost collapsed. Then the clerk, I assume some Stanford PhD in Scoopology moonlighting as an ice cream scooper, asked me if I wanted an extra scoop on the house. But that second scoop, it's what made everything click. For the first time in my life I felt free. I was free from my crapy life, from not accomplishing my dreams, from Benghazi. I was melting like the ice cream in front of me. I knew what to do to stop it but I didn't. When I licked that second scoop, I saw the truth: Baskin Robbins in Koreatown has been covering the Epstein files for the Trump Administration this entire time. They use the workers and the creaming process as a ploy to get you to sign documents saying you don't care that Trump maybe was on the island a bunch of times. If you can stomach that, I'm willing to call this location the BEST ice cream in LA! Pro tip: DON'T give the employee your social. They have to ask but just say no. 5/5

Got the classic banana split and the wild n reckless sherbet just because I wanted to try something new. I used to love the rainbow sherbet growing up so was expecting it to taste similar. It actually didn't taste similar but it wasn't bad...had like a sour taste instead of that refreshing tartness. Classic banana split with all the toppings was definitely the evil dessert with sugar overload. I would say that was good portion for 4 servings! I ended up getting brain freeze and unfortunately couldn't finish it. It is definitely decadent dessert and something you order when treating oneself. The staff are hardworking and I love that the one working today was checking in with me during my indecisive behavior lol

All Baskin-Robbins serve great ice cream. What sets some apart is the service. The staff at this one is ever so nice. Parking is easy and the place can get a little crowded, but you will be fine. They are pretty fast. There is a few seats there if you want to stay. Most people get their ice cream to go. They have an amazing selection of ice cream and they change up the flavors ever few months so there is always something new to try. I stay with what I love, their World Class Chocolate and I am a happy camper. They make great cakes. They always have some you can just buy there or you can order whatever you want ahead of time for a special occasion. They are super. Enjoy.

Whoever created my son's cake is horrible! I ordered the grillmaster cake but got something that does not look close to the picture! We can't even read "happy birthday Nolan" because it looks like smudge!!!! My son can make a better cake than this crap!

Wow, I know that Baskin robbins is a big chain and they don't really care about customer service, quality & design but man I was so disappointed at their cakes. I tried to order a cake online but their system was down. Which is fine, it happens. I ended up walking into the store and putting the order. Their card system again wasn't working. Pick up day- i was in a rush and when I saw the cake I was horrified at how different it was from what I wanted. See pictures for reference. I asked the worker what happened and he said " I don't know why the lady made it like that" i know its not his fault but still annoying. 2 stars for the female employee that took my order she tried her beat.

Worst customer service ever. My banana split was placed vertically instead of horizontally melting in my paper bag. Never going back.

They told her it was a joke and they're not actually giving them anything. I even apologized to them and said i'm sorry that happened to you guys because I assumed it was just someone being crappy to workers as usual. Night time is the best time to go because service is usually more attentive. The server had time to share their top picks with us when we went, which were the Sweetie, the Dear Chocolate and Honey Affogato. Our group got all three to try. Honey Affogato: 4/5 I usually go for items with caffeine and I wanted to like it more than I actually did. It was cold and refreshing at first but the coffee tasted a little too bitter towards the bottom of the cup. Dear Chocolate: 5/5 No notes other than, it was perfection. My friend mixed the chocolate well with the soft serve, and she liked the consistency and texture. It wasn't too sweet for her either. She also did not add the sea salt Sweetie: 5/5 The honeycomb "chunk" is chewy and had a more natural taste to it, if that is what you're into! Combined with the lightness of the soft serve, the Sweetie is a solid choice for the people who are looking for sweets that are not too sweet. Overall, this is a great spot for a sweet treat. The area did get a slight upgrade from what I heard - they have a photo booth and the walls look like they've been painted over for a more vibrant yellow. They also sell merch of Honeymee tumblrs, mugs, and of course, local honey jars! Parking is challenging because this location is smack dab in the heart of Little Tokyo Village! Prices are a little bit on the higher side for the small cup they provide, but the quality of the honey does make up for it.

This is a premium ice cream shop with milk/cream imported from a Korean dairy farm, as I was told by the gentleman who served me. Service was fantastic and informative. They offer about 6 flavors at a time and you can taste before choosing. All are delicious so it's difficult to choose. The texture is very silky and creamy, not too airy. You can't go wrong with the milk flavor which is pure and clean. I absolutely loved both the Korean Coffee (strong coffee flavor) and the strawberries and cream which is one of the better strawberry versions I've had. You can get it in a cup or cone, with many enhanced cone styles, and an included topping of crushed oreos, fruity pebbles or sprinkles. The outer walls are pink, just asking for a colorful photo with your ice cream.
