This Starbucks is located in BH, with parking lot behind the establishment. Free 20 minutes parking with validation, and it's convenient for takeout. Service was fast, although the drink caramel macchiato was mediocre watery tasty.

My wife wanted, her fav, an egg nog they had prominently displayed right above the cash register as seen in the photo attached. They told us it wasn't available. Being Beverly Hills I assumed that they would be on this. And then we had to buy something after they didn't have what we wanted to order to use the bathroom I purchased a three dollar little water.

20min free validation parking in Beverly Hills for the win. It's a very clean Starbucks with a lot of seating too, can't complain.

Love this Starbucks location. They have free 20 minute parking close by if you can't find street parking and the establishment itself is awesome. They have outdoor seating on Santa Monica Blvd and their team here is all so sweet and helpful! Love the LGBTQ flags in the window and the entire vibe of this place.

If I could give zero stars I would. Definitely not kid friendly. And I saw rats in the bathroom

Last Sunday the line was a little bit shorter, and I was craving coffee so I decided to try it for the first time. I was thinking to myself, I hope this coffee is not super good so I don't have to ever come back again lol, hahahaha. However, the coffee turns out to be great. The matcha also fantastic , so I guess I'll be back. On the sidenote, the lime look long that's because the store is very small, so if you see like 10 people lining up your way, my only be 10-15 minutes, no worse than Starbucks during rush hour!

But after taking my first sip... I completely understood the hype. The Matcha einspanner is absolutely heavenly. It's rich, creamy, perfectly sweet, and one of the best matcha drinks I've ever had. We also ordered the pistachio bread and the sliders for breakfast, and both were delicious. The pistachio bread was soft and flavorful, and the sliders made for a satisfying breakfast. Yes, you'll probably have to wait, but in my opinion, it's worth experiencing at least once. If you're a matcha lover, this place definitely deserves a spot on your list.

Going to afternoon tea has been on my list of bougie things to do once I'm back in LA!! The…read moreLivining Room at the Peninsula hotel did not disappoint! I went Sunday, and saw a bottleneck at Valet so I found plenty of parking a block south and on the side street. Valet was only $18 for the 2 hours we were there so not awful at all. This hotel is super elegant and walking into The Living Room was like that, walking into a living room. It was right there past the receptionist and with a glass back drop of the garden. We opted for the 2nd tier, Premium. It doesn't change the tea choice ( you only get 1) or the food, it's just whatever champagne or bubbles you prefer. And oh my god! That rose was fantastic! I am not a rose fan, but I see why this one was considered Premium. I choose the coconut creme tea, thinking it might he herbal, but I didn't ask. I was planning on my jacked on caffeine and sugar before the day was over. All the finger sandwiches were fabulous, I ate them all. My favorite was the salmon, chicken and egg salad. Although I also enjoyed the egg plant. I can't tell you all the desserts that I ate. I ate all of that too. I literally only left half of a scone and the scones were fabulous as well. They were soft and they were fresh and I don't think i've ever had a fresh scone before so game changer! The service was perfect! Someone is coming by to pour you more tea. Everyone was very nice and attentive. We had a lovely time! I highly recommend this place for afternoon tea with the gals!

I came here on a Sunday with my mom and the presentation is beautiful…read more They offer valet parking. You walk straight past the lobby and run into the restaurant. They seated us right away for our reservation. My mom and I love high tea. We try a new place about twice a year. This place is stunning. The food is okay. I appreciated that my mom and I each had our own stand since most places do two of everything and place on one stand. The tea was good. It is a bit pricey - $135 per person for afternoon tea, an additional $65 per person for unlimited champagne. My mom & I both had the afternoon tea, she treated herself with the unlimited champagne and a $24 caviar bite which was so small, I would consider it half a bite. It was still worth a cute picture and my mom said it was delicious. The tip was included in our bill and was a little over $400. The servers are attentive and checked up on us often. I will say there is limited seating and although it is comfortable, it is a bit awkward. I would come back here for the aesthetics and look however as for food and traditional high tea, most likely not.
