My husband and I stopped by Starbucks before heading out to see the city. We walked in and got in line. The Starbucks was clean and bright and the service was friendly. They have several options of coffee drinks and breakfast items to choose from. After checking out what they had I decided to get a plain bagel toasted and a bacon gouda sandwich. When our order was ready they called my husband's name and he grabbed our food. We found a place to sat down and ate our meals. The plain bagel was warm and toasty. The bacon gouda sandwich was filling. The bread was nice and thick, the cheese was hot and melted into the sandwich. The eggs were hot and the bacon was okay. I did enjoy the combined ingredients. Overall this Starbucks was nice and bright. The service was friendly and we didn't have to wait for too long. The breakfast food was enjoyable. Service for our drinks was very friendly and we received them quickly. The reason I am only giving 3 stars is because: 1) It was FREEZING in there! Apparently the employees aren't allowed to touch it. One even said it's locked. 2) The bathroom was gross. In one stall someone didn't flush, the second stall had no toilet paper, and the whole bathroom had toilet paper strewn on the floor. We were there for a while and they were not busy at all. There was plenty of time. Maybe instead of messing with the window blinds, clean the bathroom. 3) I noticed signs that we would have to pay to park if over 20 minutes. Frankly, if you are with friends, that's not enough time. I don't see myself going back to this location. read more

Morning pick me up, fix. This location is always a nice place not only for picking up your drinks but also lounging. Both inside as well as outside. Today, inside was very chilly so I couldn't handle... lol... Staffs are all sweet and friendly. Drinks don't take long to come out. And the music is always good. Like mentioned before, whoever is in charge of the music is doing it well. I normally like to sit on the patio as it's perfect for people watching and it's covered. Service is 5-star in the 90210. It is a busy Starbucks so the wait time is very short for the amount of business in this place. I ordered an apple crisp oat milk macchiato. It was delicious. Pro tip is to drink your Starbucks there, then go to the cashier and ask for either a free drip coffee or hot tea. They charged me an extra $.50 for the larger cup but it was well worth it. I gave it to my companion. The place had lots of cushy seating. It is more of a takeout place so luckily we were able to secure seating. read more

The barista was so friendly and personable at the Starbucks on Beverly Hills Wilshire/Santa Monica. I ordered a drink and forgot to change the Milk to Coconut and they did it no problem since I got there just in time as they were making it. This would be a nice spot to study at for a short time when the pandemic restrictions lessen. Starbucks is generally reliable with the drinks and what to expect at the store, so finding cool people working there tops the experience off. read more

Keep forgetting to review this one although I'm here pretty much every other day. It's a Starbucks, so you know what you're here for. There is a parking lot; an attendant usually shows up around 8a or so, depending on the day of the week. I think they validate for 20 minutes; you have to get your ticket stamped inside. Reason why I'm rating this a little higher is due to the staff that I dealt with on a weekend recently. It was still too early so there was no parking attendant just yet, and a handful of cars were in the lot. A homeless man was yelling at everyone who came there, and I was his newest target. Typical cussing, verbally abusive, the usual. Although this is not the fault of Starbucks by any means, I let the cashier know, and another barista wandered over to listen in. She knew exactly who I was speaking about, and she let me know the cops have been called multiple times since he's bothered the staff as well...and yet nothing is done. I don't know if it's technically not their property he is on since he was on the Santa Monica Blvd. side, yet these girls face this idiot on a more consistent basis, and I'm concerned one of them may get hurt. It's sad to see so many Starbucks locations closing due to the homeless issues; they already have to deal with asshole customers as it is, but this is getting out of hand. Oh What Yum It Is To Sip Here! Popped into this stunning Starbucks Reserve across from the Peninsula Hotel to meet a friend during the holidays. Given the season, I had to try the Toasted White Chocolate Mocha ($5.25). Yum! It was Christmas in a cup! Perfect for sweet tooths, and I didn't need to add sugar. Even the staff was in a merry mood, so the whole experience was festive and fun. Found street parking since Beverly Hills is practically empty during the holidays. I was looking for a place to grab a bite for the kids and a coffee for me. The food was good but the staff was standoffish. I ordered a Nitro cold brew and half way through them preparing my order, the keg needed to be changed. It took two people to change the keg. I totally understand that they ran out and needed to change the keg but they didn't tell me what was going on and it took two people to change it. They should have told me what was going on and tell me it would take 10 minutes. It also would have been nice if they gave me the option to wait or get something else. There is a paid parking lot behind the store. You have 20 minutes validation so make sure to ask for your stamp when you order. The bathroom was messy and looked and smelled like it hadn't been cleaned that day. read more

This location across from the peninsula Hotel is adjacent to one of the most expensive hotels in Beverly Hills plus at times, can be overrun by high school kids. I understand things like staffing shortages, and patrons outnumbering employees, but this place is a mess. The counter covered in debris, straw wrappers, and liquid from drinks plus dirty bathrooms. I came here on a weekend during the evening. The weekday crowd or experience may vary. Good for people visiting Beverly Hills. Across from one of the hotels. Also, if your group can't decide between coffee or tea this location is next to Teavana and you can enter one through the other so your group can get either or both.
