Came here for their 20th anniversary and ended up getting a free giant spoon, which was a nice surprise. This location stood out because it was actually cheaper than other Yogurtlands nearby, which I didn't expect. The staff was friendly and kept everything clean even during a busy rush. Yogurt flavors were fresh and fully stocked, and the toppings weren't picked over like some other locations. Went in with my daughter for the special buy one get one free special this week. Good flavors. We are a fan of all the tart flavors, particularly plain tart. Noticed new collab flavors with Princess Cruises, a variety of different toppings, and pre-packaged yogurt in containers for purchase. When we first walked in, the person working behind the counter was on their phone, didn't greet us or offer any sample cups like they typically do at other locations. I verified that there was the special and asked for the sample cups. I understand when things are slow, maybe looking at your phone but not when there are customers entering and in the store. We finished our order and paid. Cashier almost forgot to apply the special discount but caught herself. Not sure if this is a widely known promo. I saw it on Instagram. read more

BEST! STAFF! EVER! Seriously. The staff is always friendly, genuine, and super helpful. The frozen yogurt is fantastic and the toppings are consistently plentiful and fresh. They had hair in their yogurt and I've been calling to try to get a refund and they keep saying they can't. I've been calling up there to try to speak to a Manager numerous times and the phone goes straight to voicemail. When I showed them there was hair in my yogurt they took it so fast before I could even take a picture and then said to call the next day when the manager is there. I love all these Yogurtlands. Stopped here a few times before and tried their yogurt spot. Its a good location with outdoor seating. We sat outside eating yougurt, and people watching. WAY OVERPRICED. They just raised their prices, and its to a rediculous amount for what you actually get. Its a shame because we live a block away and used to frequent here often with our 5 year old. This Yogurtland is my grandson's favorite yogurt shop in the City. He knows when we are near the area and immediately starts talking about it. There is no way we can drive passed it without stopping. The Yogurt is great as are all the toppings. Parking can be trying here, but don't give up. The lot is small, but we always find a space and there is some street parking as well. When you walk in the first thing you notice is how clean the place is. They really take good care of it. There are many flavors to choose from and more toppings than you will ever need. You grab a cup and make your own. You pay by the weight and the prices are reasonable. The service here is the best. They will help you with anything you might need and the line moves very fast. There is limited but cute outdoor seating right on La Brea, which is always fun. Have the best time. read more

Had a strange experience. Came the other day with my 2 kids. We asked for a sample cup as my son has an allergy and wanted him to taste the one flavor he could eat before getting a full cup. Staff said no, they don't do samples. As we're leaving and getting in the car, we look inside and see 2 men with sample cups in their hands trying various flavors. The frozen yogurt taste great, but, and it's a big but...the owner changed about a year ago and the management and new owner have terrible attitudes and are extremely cheap. They took away any seating so you have to stand around and try to eat or take it home while it quickly melts. All of this makes it unpleasant and extremely inconvenient to come here, especially with children. With so many other options in LA, go somewhere else for your froyo. read more

I've been here several times, every experience just gets worse and worse but tonight takes the cake. This location doesn't have much variety in flavors, it's small and narrow, and the staff is consistently rude and doesn't want to be here. The staff here gives you cups and tops yogurt for you which clearly does not work. You have to wait to get their attention for the cups. The toppings bars are in an L shape with two counters. The girl working put another customer's topping choices and almonds on my yogurt and I was forced to start over, when I go back to pull more yogurt, the flavor I wanted was empty so I leave empty handed. The girl working didn't even offer to let me keep the mistake. read more

DO NOT GO TO THIS YOGURTLAND LOCATION. I REPEAT, DO NOT GO TO THIS YOGURTLAND LOCATION. In the last week, I've come to this location TWICE at 9:50 PM and 9:10 PM...and the door was locked and the pre-teen employee refused to acknowledge and tell me why you were closed almost 1 hour before 10:00 PM. A word to the management: change your hours to spare customers from driving over only to have your pre-teen staff lock-up early. As I mentioned before, do not come to this Yogurtland location, it's apparently run by new, and clearly inexperienced management. Instead, I drove 10 minutes to the Sunset location that actually is open until 10:00 PM. Better flavors there too. By the way, if you respond to this review..spare me the "sorry for your experience" b.s. Just operate like a business and get better. read more

A wonderful Yogurtland. Great selection of seasonal summer flavors today like strawberry lemonade sorbet and peaches and cream gelato. Clean. Everything very organized and fresh. The attached free small parking lot makes this place really convenient. Outside seating only but the tables are kept shady under the huge umbrellas. Check in on Yelp for 3 free ounces. Alex, behind the desk was super friendly and helpful. Just a pleasant experience all around. Would definitely return. Note to kosher foodies: All Yogurtland yogurt is kosher and most of the toppings are here too except for a few of the sauces. read more

They both complemented each other fabulously since the Daisy Chains flavor has pink frosting and sugar cookies in a vanilla base, whereas the apple cider donuts flavor has a lot of cinnamon and some caramel adorned inside. I also have routinely skipped out on their waffle cones -- a crime because they taste superb and smell even better. It holds a surprisingly generous amount of ice cream and doesn't melt so long as you stay inside or are not in hot weather.

I LOVED TCBY when they opened many years ago. They were great and was hoping for something like that - only even better cause you get to self serve. Plus you can add the toppings the way you like them. It's got that creepy hospital corporate feel to it, but hey, if the yogurt is as good as I hope, then so what. I was excited to try a new treat shop! Thank you so much for a free sample. I tried a few, couldn't finish them, but I always feel like if they give you a free sample you should buy something. Well, then next one I had to spit out - and wipe it off my tongue. I thought, "I'm done." It was so disgusting chemically tasting and reminded me of a bad wizard air freshen gel things they used to have in the 70's. The kind people put in the bathrooms, so you smell, bleach, Lysol, various body odors, and bad fakey vanilla - not something I ever wanted in an 'ice cream' flavor. I saw people eating and wanted to scream like the movie Sollant Green - "What the h#$@ are you tasting?" I don't get it. I've had one friend tell me how good it is, but I couldn't stand it. Plus, they promote all this 'fat free' stuff. Didn't we learn many years ago that it's bad for you? Raises insulin spikes, inflammation and causes the liver to produce extra cholesterol. (Perhaps I should stick and Eveready Battery on my shoulder and see if anyone dares to knock it off?" Yogurtland is fun like a carnival is fun. You wait in line, then you get to go wild, then you kind of feel like you maybe didn't quite get your money's worth, but you had fun anyway. There are a lot of flavors, and many of them are pretty good. Quite a few are unusual and some are even random. Some are kind of icy. Most of them melt by the time you pay and get to eat if you go when there is a big line. And there is often a big line. Great that they are open late, but everybody else in LA thinks so too! Fruit toppings are quite nice, but by the time you add all of the wacky flavors to your big cup, it's hard to find somehting that jives. I mean, rootbeer float just doesn't go well with lychee. Ever. But you kind of want to try it... It is like being a kid chef-- all good ingredients don't go well together. And EW to the people that are nasty. Re-using their tasting cups and leaving their germs all over the nozzles. Just commit already. Yuck. Parking can be a pain. The tiny lot blows, so just park on the street and save your car from the moron brigade. (I thought they'd re-do the lot when they re-did that little parking center, but I guess they didn't think that was improtant. I used to go to the pet store there and it was scary to park there then. Yogurtland! UMMM, the name says it all. This is the best thing that could of ever happen to human beings. There are 16 flavors out every day, about 32 different toppings to choose from, and thes best thing it is extremely clean compared to other places. Yogurtland has the best flavors out and many more to choose from compare to Pinkberries and other desert shops. YOGURTLAND ROCKS MY WORLD!!!!! wow!!! this place is amazingly cheap...i feel like i'm a kid here. I feel like a kid going to a candy store. i love the variety of toppings and yogurt they carry. i'm feeling the pinch in my pocket book these days, but at 30 cents an ounce i can still afford it. the creation i made while here was peanut butter and chocolate with capt n'crunch and brownies (around $3 spent on a good amount of yogurt and toppings). i'll definitley be coming back to this place. read more

Will try chocolate toppings and walnuts and whip cream, yummy :-) this place is the best the only inconvenience is the parking, it gets so full of people on the weekend! I usually get the original tart and pomegranate when they have it... with gummy bear and mochi for my topping. Parking can be a bit of a problem when you go when it's busy but they so have a small private parking lot. read more

Pretty goo yogurt the price and amount. I love their chocolate and coconut flavors with kiwi, strawberries and chocolate chips. Toppings taste fresh and they make sure to give you plenty. For some reason i always find difference between this location and their other locations, this one always tastes much better i do not know if it is me or it just tastes different. Was crazy in love with this place until I found out that their yogurt is all about high fructose corn syrup, which is linked to obesity. It was like telling a kid that there's no Santa Claus. I just researched it and found that Pinkberry does not have high fructose corn syrup in their yogurt so will have to switch. read more

I tried Kiwi Berry, Fruitlove and Cherry on Top... but Yogurtland is way better than those places. They got more flavors and its cheaper. The taste is better too! They got a lot of toppings too. It created a very uncomfortable feeling, as though we were being rushed out even though we had already placed our order and were simply waiting for our Acai Bowls. I worked in customer service for many years, so I understand how important it is to be mindful of the customer experience from the moment someone walks in until the moment they receive their order and leave. Closing time may be approaching, but that shouldn't make customers feel like an inconvenience. I hope management can take this as constructive feedback. A little more awareness and consideration toward customers who are still waiting would have made a big difference.
