THEY RUN OUT OF EVERYTHING so this usually includes and is not limited to (every weekend) ice, multiple flavors, bags, and even cups. I love the yogurt but seriously it's ridiculous that every weekend and most Monday's I've been here, inventory is completely shot. The only time you'll get what you want is during the weekdays in my experience. This is coming from someone who goes every week, and it's getting annoying. I feel really bad for the servers. They are so nice and you can see they feel bad for being out of everything. You can also tell the manager can't do inventory. I work late and i really enjoy a treat on my way home but it's really irritating when i go in 10 min before closing and they had already put away all the topping and was told that i couldn't have any toppings. And then also emptied all the flavors expect original (gross) and strawberry. So needless to say what a waste of my birthday reward when all i got was the last of the strawberry froyo. If the sign says open til 10pm then i expect to get the same service as everyone else. Pinkberry, Pinkberry, I love you! You would never guess by the taste, that Pinkberry is a healthy alternative to ice cream! I LOVE trying their seasonal flavors and I LOVE all of their fresh toppings. October's flavor is HOT CHOCOLATE. Yum! Service can be slow sometimes because they take their time with each order, which all makes sense when it's your turn. Looking forward to the Pumpkin flavor in November and the Peppermint in December! It's a bummer because they no longer honor the frequent buyer cards. That doesn't discourage me from visiting though. Seriously...what is all the hype about?! I just don't get it!!! If the hype is about the original flavor yogurt, then I kinda, almost, but not really get it. Sure, it's not icy. The texture is more smooth. But it taste like vanilla yogurt. Is that what its suppose to taste like??? I thought original was suppose to have a tart flavor. Whatever! I still don't get it. They don't tax you if you eat it outside of the Pinkberry establishment??? I really enjoy the sweet and tartness of frozen yogurt (froyo). I like to think that it has less fat and calories than ice cream. :) This was my first time at Pinkberry in Norcal; I have tried Pinkberry in Long Beach, and had loved it since. I must admit, the first time I heard of froyo was on Lauren Conrad's show, The Hills. Anyways, I went into this Pinkberry not knowing how to order, but the staffs were courteous and helpful. 1) Try/choose 1-2 froyo flavor [original, pome, chocolate, mango, etc] 2)Choose the size 3) Any toppings you want! Come here pretty much every other week. Bring the kids here for a Friday treat. Also if you download the app once you reach the 10th one you get a small yogurt and toppings for free. Recently been coming here a lot this summer, so I guess it's time for a review! (I thought I reviewed this location already but guess not lol) I'm SO freakin' happy they brought back green tea!!! I've been here like twice this week because of that. I LOVE GREEN TEA SO MUCH. I wish they always had green tea on the menu, just like the original flavor. My friend doesn't like green tea...but hey he sampled it and loved it! Haha so go for it! I've noticed they give pretty big samples here, like it overfills the top of the sample cup :) plus the employees always have great customer service here! They will answer any question(s) you have and give suggestions on what toppings will go best with whatever yogurt flavor you have. I guess some people would rather get the yogurt themselves and put the toppings on, etc...but honestly, I make the most hideous swirls and I never decorate my froyo cutely so I'm glad for Pinkberry! They make beautiful freakin' swirls, especially if you get two flavors hehe. I think you can choose to swirl the flavors together or side by side. I have never gotten candy with my froyo haha so can't really say anything about that. I always get fruit and granola! Sometimes shredded coconut flakes. Their fruits are not always the best, that's the down side...but I mean, fruits aren't always gonna taste the sweetest but at least they're cut fresh here :) Definitely get the parfait/cup sometimes! It's only a few more cents than a small froyo cup. And kinda seems like you get more too! (kinda hate how expensive Pinkberry got or maybe I'm just cheap) They're always switching out flavors so sometimes it's a bummer because your fave flavor might not be here next time :( but Pinkberry's my fave froyo place just because of their tartness! It's not overly sweet like other frozen yogurt spots. Some people may not like it because it's tart, haha like I have a friend who thinks it's "sour", but there's a dairy free mango flavor here that tastes like a sorbet and it's not tart at all. I would have to say that my experience was A-OK. I was expecting it to be a very good experience. The place was very posh and modern. The products were very high grade quality and very tasty and good. The only thing I didnt like was that the LINE is always long. The seating areas were not maintained, so it was very dirty to me. I really liked the original and pomegranate combo, and I appreciated that the employee accommodated my request to have original on bottom and pomegranate on top, rather than the two flavors mixed. I also liked how she "dropped" the container on the counter to "settle" the froyo. My froyo lasted longer than I expected before melting and getting too liquidy. I wonder if it's because of the settling or because Pinkberry keeps their froyo at colder temps. I have to give this place 5 stars for their superb customer service. After eating at Chevys, my BF and I decided to walk over to Pinkberry for some yogurt. There's a line and we waited for a while, but not too long. I tried the watermelon and mango flavor and decided to go with the small mango and waffle cookie just because it looked pretty and added raspberries and blueberries. BF didn't want any but got a small mango with no toppings and small watermelon with cucumber and watermelon and what looked like watermelon puree for his nephew and sister. He got lids for them and placed those in a bag to take home. So then I decided I'll just take mine to go too so that we can both leave together and asked for a lid. We walked back to our car and being the gentleman that he is, the BF is holding all the yogurts and tries to close the door for me after I get into my car and drops my mango yogurt. It splattered to the ground. I think we both said "oh no!" Then he said let's go back I'll get you another one. But I said, it's okay, I don't need Pinkberry that badly. After a nice dinner or long day of work or for whatever reason(s) you may possibly think of, Pinkberry is the way to go for a sweet and refreshing sensation. =) On the second day that it opened, my friend and I came here to check out the new place. I generally get the pomegranate flavor but tonight, I indulged myself with a mini (yes mini) mango flavored frozen yogurt topped with fresh strawberries, mango, and mochi. I would have loved to get a larger size but I was still full from dinner. Anyhow, the mango frozen yogurt went well with the fruits. Each bite was chilly, but the fruits are very tasty, juicy, and fresh. It was a great combination (not because I picked it out). It's just freaking good! So here's how it works.. pick a flavor and size, then the toppings that you want (as many as it can fit comfortably into your cup), and pay. If you don't like your creation, let them know and they'll make you another one. How awesome is that??? Oh, don't be surprised of the long line since it JUST opened. However, there are a lot of people working behind the counter so the line does move swiftly. Finding a place to sit may be a little difficult, but there are places to walk around in the shopping plaza. The staff is always super friendly even when they seem completely swamped by the amount of customers. OK, let me start out by saying that it is sad how obsessed I am with Pinkberry yogurt. I could eat it everyday even if it was snowing outside. I have been to this particular store more times than I will admit, and sometimes more than once a day. (A fact that I will deny if you ever try to call me out on it). I still remember that warm spring day soon after this Pinkberry had opened when I had my first glorious bite. I think my brain may have exploded. With all the hype surrounding this brand I had pretty high expectations for the yogurt. It tasted like rainbows and unicorns having a party in my mouth. The yogurt has a perfect tart taste with an intense flavor. It tastes fresh and like it was made from actual real fruit, not some artificial garbage. Now if I go to any of the other build-your-own yogurt places in the area, they taste terrible. Way too sweet and fake tasting. I like just about every flavor that I have ever tried here but my absolute favorites are the pomegranate and mango flavors. I prefer to get no toppings and just let the flavor of the yogurt itself shine. Some people have mentioned the price being a little too high but I really don't think they are. A medium pomegranate with no toppings will set you back 4.50. Pretty good size. Now I do think the addition of toppings is a bit much, but that is yet another reason why I like mine naked. ;) And if you use the coupons that come in the mail every month it gets even better. Today I used a coupon and got a take home size for only 5 bucks when it would normally be 11. Otherwise I always use the buy one get one free coupons every time I go. I am also giving the customer service here 5 stars. I don't think that I have ever had any of the employees here cause me to have a negative experience. I am always greeted as I walk in the door. The person helping me has always been warm and friendly as they offered me samples. I usually go here mid-afternoon and they are quick and I am usually out the door fast. THE best yogurt ever. First time trying this place as a yogurt place. Good, definitely wish there were more flavors. I like more fruit and tart flavors but that's just a preference thing. The girl at the front was extremely helpful. Many of the ingredients are what you'd expect really so that should be pretty self explanatory. Being able to get a little waffle chip on the side in a ziplock is a nice touch. There is also honeycomb you can add which worked well for a light sweetness along with the granola and nuts that I had in mine. It's good for what it is but if I had a choice I'd more than likely pick another place to get more of the flavors for the frozen yogurt that I like. read more

PINKBERRY = MY FREAKING LOVE I'm sure I've mentioned them in past yogurt reviews, but I was living in SD/OC when the yogurt craze began 4 years ago. I didn't have pinkberry until I finally tried it at the Irvine Spectrum. Did I love it them? Not really... BUT NOW??? I LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!!! I don't understand why it didn't register the first time, but it truly is the best tasting yogurt out there =D Being a yogurt connoisseur, I steer away from any and all flavors and stick to original tart. As a Vietnamese person, this really reminds me of Vietnamese yogurt--seriously. Their other flavors are all FINE, but I get tired of them midway. This location is somewhat hidden because it's in a relatively large shopping plaza, but it's right next to Borders!!! Definitely larger than most pinkberry locations and it has ample seating indoors. I personally like to enjoy my yogurt while browsing around Borders =D Even though Tops Yogurt is 1.5 miles away from my house, I have a feeling I will be driving the extra miles to make it here from now on XD read more

Before visiting this particular Pinkberry location, I slaved to Yogurtland. Yogurtland was my prime froyo establishment when satisfying my froyo craving and sweet tooth. It was until I came here that I fell in love with Pinkberry. I've been to other Pinkberry locations previously -- one in the San Jose area and the other one close to my house at the Stanford shopping center in Palo Alto. Those two locations were disappointing so I stopped visiting this entire establishment, unknowingly thinking that it didn't meet my froyo standards. Nonetheless, Yogurtland was more appetizing to me because it's self-served. A few weeks ago, I visited this location because I had a hankering for some froyo after dinner. I like that Pinkberry offers the froyo to be placed in a cone or cup. I opted for the cone because I think it's tastier. When the employee behind the counter filled the cone, he was very generous with the portion unlike my experience at the Stanford location. I could really taste the quality in the yogurt. One less of a star because I asked for coconut, but he filled the cone with the original tart flavor, but I didn't mind because it was very delicious, by any means. I will just order the coconut flavor next time :) There was an abundance of seats when we arrived. I will definitely return when I'm in the area.
