I used to come here often but lately I haven't been able to. I'm disappointed my first visit in a while turned out awful! The lady with glasses was so rude to us. She kept saying "I'm not in the mood to argue with you" when all we did was ask if this location was offering the BOGO froyo promotion. We didn't even want to argue with her and didn't say anything but she kept assuming we were going to argue. She kept cutting me off and was very rude. She didn't give attitude to other customers when they asked about the promotion. And when I asked for certain toppings that they didn't have anymore she was flat out disrespectful. Like how was I supposed to know that they didn't have them GEESH and towards everyone else she was SO nice and patient. Not even a thank you for proper manners. She also asked every single customer after me if they had a PinkCard but didn't even ask me. I wanted to use my PinkCard but she rejected it. How rude. This is discrimination. Amongst all the froyo pop-ups lately, I'm still a Pinkberry fan. Parking can get cramped with the addition of Five Guys next door. You may have to park closer to Costco. It's not a far walk, but just a head's up. For me, what sets Pinkberry apart from the other frozen yogurt chains is the creamy dairy consistency. Yogurtland, and Tutti Frutti's recipes are so watered down. I don't mind paying the higher price for the quality ingredients. Their fruits are hit or miss. Sometimes they're perfectly ripe, and other times, they're so under ripe that it's too bitter. I like banana as a topping, but sometimes it looks like the banana slices have been sitting there all day long. This location is fairly clean. Lines have been out the door, especially during warm evenings. The reason for the long wait is their lack of efficiency. The same server, preparing your frozen yogurt, must be the same server ringing you out. It would be more efficient to have 2 of the 3 servers, preparing the treats, while the 3rd rings people out. I'm all about efficiency, why wait in long lines if we don't have to. read more

Very friendly employees are what makes this place . It's like the Starbucks of frozen yogurt ... I like that . And since they're basically the only yogurt place around that is not self serve, and the most expensive out of the chains, I can appreciate that . Some of the toppings here are creative and fancier than what you will find at say Yogurtland or Menchie's, and the flavor of the yogurts tend to have a golden touch a little different than the others. I know most frozen yogurt tastes similar but I do find Pinkberry's to be a little smoother and appealing in texture and flavor. I am new to the area and fairly new to frozen yogurt. I am a really big fan since Pinkberry! The staff here is GREAT! My first visit was very fun. The staff helped me pick out flavors and toppings. The girl suggested that I try the lychee with lime......OMG it was amazing! This brings me to my latest venture out for frozen yogurt. I drove from Encino to this store for the amazing "lychee and lime". The staff explained that they no longer offered this flavor :( I was deeply sadden and explained to them that I had tried several other frozen yogurt stores in the area and so far they were the ONLY place with lychee and the only ones creative enough to bring in the lime (green limes she instructed). A server helped me pick out another delicious creation with their current caramel promotion and it soothed my frozen yogurt need for the time being. Just when I thought life could not get any better than this a girl from the back presented me with a to go package of lychee frozen yogurt for all my trouble and the drive out :) My visit was well worth the trip and I know now that I can ensure a stellar experience when I come to this location. read more

It's not bad. Just most of the flavors have sour after taste. Kinda like sour milk... The chocolate is amazing though! Anything that taste like a fudgecicle is AOK in my book. Also the pomegranate was good too. Throw some dark chocolate bits on it and I'm set for the day. The customer service wasn't really there. They seemed to kind of forget about me after a minute. i visited this pinkberry for many years with my family and by the past 2 years the service is just getting worse ‍The employees have been getting so rude and making fun of the customers they are also short on supply. Pinkberry, oh how I love your pink aprons and green tea frozen yogurt. I came here after all the hype and long lines outside of this establishment because I thought I would be blown away. Instead, I left with overpriced frozen yo, cereal, and a feeling of meh. Its really not all that its cracked up to be. I can put cereal on my ice cream at home and I happen to strongly feel that McDonalds has better ice cream which I would love to smother in my Cap'n Crunch. Service was also meh. We ordered two cups and they totally forgot to make one and when we finally inquired about our missing yo it took them a while to re-put our order in so we ended up waiting a good amount of time. Its more of a 3.5 stars. The yogurt is awesome, the service is always friendly. Main reason they're missing 1.5 stars is the prices are so damn highhh! I love how crisp their original flavor is, but its not enough to keep me coming back (too often anyway). I usually go to tutti frutti or yogurtland, both almost on par, but at half the price. All in all, if you don't mind paying the high prices (or just can afford it) and are looking for a comparison of pinkberry locations, this one is pretty cool. I'm in love with Pinkberry! I didn't think I would like it because I don't really like "yogurty" taste (I prefer ice cream) but for some reason, this stuff is awesome! I usually get the original.... but I tried pomegranate and it was pretty darn tasty (especially with the berry toppings). Went in there last week on a Friday after noon about 2:30ish , Carlos the employee was working there that day we didn't get greeted when walking in his face looked like he hated his job , the original yogurt tasted tart and when we asked if we can get new ones he look so annoyed FYI there's a sign in the store that if a customer is unpleasant with their yogurt we can get a new one i spent over $50 dollars that day i was not about to leave with tart yogurt , it's the first time i've ever seen that guy there every visit i have at pinkberry is very pleasant with all the other employees he just wasn't in the mood to work , when i asked for his name he started yelling at me "ITS CARLOS BY THE WAY ITS CARLOS" like okay ? , overall i hated my experience with this guy , hopefully you guys can get better employees!!!! read more

I love the peppermint with mango. Very good combo and the yogurt guy was really helpful and let me try the flavors both at once instead of finding out later after I paid full price. I chose not to put the nuts at the bottom to allow for more froyo goodness. Bad side started to leak on the bottom :/ but stil was worth it :D read more
