This is one of the best Pinkberry stores I've been to! I usually get the fruit shaved ice, which comes in a container that is 2x bigger than the large (well, maybe i'm exaggerating a bit but it's huge!) and the employees there always the pack the toppings to my satisfaction. I have had Pinkberry before, but it was always brought to me. This was my first visit to one. I just left having dinner with family in the valley. I wanted to take my fiance and son to one and see how they'd like it. Having follow a great dinner we kinda didn't have enough room for desert. This is what I got from the visit. The place is narrow, because they follow more of a Starbuck's mentality. You tell them everything and they'll put everything you want on it. The quality of the yogurt is one of the best I've tasted. I always stick with original tart, and this tart was a little more tart than others, the fruit was fresh. Now, don't get me wrong the stuff from pinkberry is fresh, delicious, and utterly irresistible, but I think the staff needs an attitude adjustment. I'm sorry, but is a smile so hard to ask for? The interior of the place is adorable, I was entranced by all the cute little things adjacent to the counter. The lights were also awesome. I love pinkberry for obvious reasons. It's DELICIOUS! but of course, it's not "all natural" which most people probably don't know. It's not all that healthy, and there are a lot of additives and artificial coloring/flavors added. For all you guys saying the people at the counter are rude, and don't smile, try being nice to them. I am a kid so I always walk in there with a smile and I am always really kind to them. The staff is great to me. And maybe they're not smiling because that place is SO crowded and it takes a lot of work to serve 3493849835035 people a day, so they are tired. 03/3/19 Very bad customer service. When we first walked in the employee was sitting down talking to a friend. He then saw us and proceeded to tell us they didn't have any pomegranate Flavor yogurt. My fiancé then said I'll take the mango, with an attitude the employee says we're out of that too. He then took my order and I asked for actual mango fruit and still with an attitude he replies that's only seasonal. Which is untrue I order a lot of pinkberry always from the studio city location, and they always have mango fruit. Overall the experience was not good, employee had major attitude and no customer service skills whatsoever. He seemed miserable to be there. I can see why this location was empty on a Sunday night. The manager that runs this location should re-evaluate the people he/she hires and include some basic customer service skills. read more

This place has horrible customer service the employees at Pinkberry act like they have no idea what their doing. They act like they have no experiencer with people and act very stupid. We asked for chocolate and they gave us chivalry hazelnut. And when we asked what Galvez the employee said chocolate then paused and said hazelnut like 10 seconds after so said chocolate hazelnut not even in one word paused in between the words. This place is horrible I recommend Menchies or yougertland instead they are way better and at least have good customer service. Pinkberry is obviously more expensive than other yogurt places such as Yogurtland but the yogurt here is so rich and creamy, I'm always down to spend a little more for it. I love getting the original flavor with mochi, cap'n crunch, and mangos as toppings because the mochi & cap'n crunch is actually a really yummy combination with Pinkberry yogurt. You get a taste of the rich yogurt with the chewy mochi & crunchy cap'n crunch! And the service is always A+ when i go. They even offer an ice pack if you're taking it for to-go! read more

I wish I could give this place no stars at all. I went in with my little brother and the girl with black hair and glasses was very very rude. I work with customers and I would never treat someone like she treated us. I get it's annoying when customers come in late but I went in 40 mins before. My little brother didn't know what he wanted and I did so she gave my little brother attitude and said "I need to know what you want rn". My brother doesn't talk loud so she raised her voice and said "I can't hear you". She was very disrespectful and I hope they acknowledge that their employees aren't very kind to customers. I love Pinkberry! Especially the one in Northridge as they don't disappoint no matter how busy they are. The fruit is always fresh and they seem to be the only location where I can get blackberries when other locations tell me that they're out of season. I always get the Original flavor or swirl it with another flavor they have such as Mango, Pomegranate, Pumpkin, or Blood Orange (too bad most of these are seasonal). Right now I really like swirling Blood Orange with Original as it tastes similar to an Orange Creamsicle and I make sure to get blood orange topping as well. Most importantly, the Northridge staff are very nice and in addition to the Burbank location, both offer the best service. Forget the crappy self-serve fake fro-yo places, go to Pinkberry instead! read more
