First time here & I have to say I was a bit underwhelmed. Not many flavors to choose from & the customer service is a little lacking almost to the point of it feeling awkward. Very quiet location with plenty of indoor seating. The store itself is well kept. The prices also feel a little steep for what you're getting I got a small bowl that came out to $8. Craving something sweet and yogurt was perfect on this hot day! Others seemed to think so too as the tables inside were full. I appreciate how clean the food station was, no wayward fruits or sweets on the edges. We were warmly greeted by the staff and our order was taken promptly, once we knew what we wanted. The strawberry matcha flavor they had this month was tasty! The only setback is that at 6pmish, the sun is at a blinding angle pointed right at the entrance. I got my yogurt to-go but could hear some patrons bemoaning that there wasnt a shade cover to block the rays. Definitely sounds like a good idea. read more

Our first time here and we love the location since it's close to home and near other stores that we frequent. The store was very clean and had some cute plant arrangements on the tables. There was lots of places to sit and felt very roomy. There are about 6 flavors including original. When you walk up, you choose a size, flavor and what toppings you want. This is incredibly disappointing because I genuinely love Pinkberry. That said, I suppose it worked out since I was spending too much money here anyway. I will no longer support a business where the owners display such poor customer service and believe it is acceptable to speak to customers in a condescending tone, raise their voices, scowl, and repeatedly mumble angry remarks. All of this stemmed from their own inconsistency and complete failure to communicate topping rules between the two older individuals running the store (siblings, from what I understand). I call in and ask for items ahead of time and the elderly gentleman who's there in the mornings most of the week accommodates everything. Just opened in the Golden Valley mall, finally I might add. I ordered a medium Tart, with blueberry, strawberry and granola toppings. The server explained to me that the extra $2 for toppings that you pay, doesn't limit you to any particular toppings. You can put as many as you can pile onto the cup, which after they fill it with the soft serve/yogurt, there's not much room for a lot of toppings so you have to be selective. At any rate, it was delicious. Staff was friendly, clean environment, plenty of parking. I won't be going back. Why? As soon as the cashier handed me the device to run my card, I knew it was coming - the buttons with the 15% - 20% - 25% tip. Since the cashier was watching me, I paid the tip. For a cup of yogurt. The place deserves 5 stars, but for me I'm quite done with tipping, and there's always other places to go nearby that don't hit you with the guilt tip at checkout. read more

This place officially deserves my review of 1 star. Honestly a 0 if I could. My issue is solely customer service. This older male who seems to be there on weekdays is consistently rude, short-tempered, and makes the entire experience uncomfortable. Every visit feels like you're inconveniencing him by simply walking in the door. Customer service is nonexistent, the attitude is hostile, dismissive, and unprofessional, which completely overshadows whatever quality the product might have. Might I add, I am a repeat customer, I understand having a bad day but my experience here has consistently been bad. I have been to this location on weekends and some nights and when I don't see him it's such a relief. There are plenty of other places to get frozen yogurt where you're treated with basic respect. Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else. With the customer service at this location I imagine this Pinkberry will dissipate just like the one in the Valencia mall. read more
