Best. Decision. Ever. From the very beginning, their customer service was top-tier. They responded quickly, patiently answered all of my questions about services and pricing, and even helped me juggle two different appointment dates until we found one that worked. I ended up booking a 9:30 a.m. appointment with Tammy. The location was super easy to find, and bonus points for private parking--because circling for parking before a nail appointment is not exactly self-care. Walking inside immediately felt like stepping into the cutest little beauty lounge. The vibe? Clean, cozy, trendy... very cutesy, very demure, very girls' girl. Check-in was a breeze--just enter your phone number, email, answer a few questions, sign a quick first-time waiver, and you're all set. I barely had time to sit before Tammy welcomed me over. She took the time to ask exactly what I wanted, went over my inspiration, confirmed the pricing before we started (which I genuinely appreciated), and got right to work. Tammy was incredibly efficient without ever making me feel rushed. She checked in throughout the appointment to make sure I loved everything, helped me compare colors, and even created two different cat-eye designs so I could choose my favorite. I asked for a specific nail design for the World Cup, and Tullia totally delivered. She is so sweet and detail oriented. She obviously takes pride in what she does because she was so meticulous in her work and the result exceeded my expectations. I showed her a photo of what I wanted and told her it didn't have to be exact, but she made sure it came out just like the photo and checked with me every step of the way to make sure I was happy with the progress. I don't do nails too often, usually because the choices are overwhelming sometimes, but she made the process so easy and comfortable. Salon is clean, comfortable, with free parking. Other ladies are super nice too, Jenny helped me with my pedicure. Price seemed really fair, she spent close to 2 hours on my nails, and for that much time and effort, I think it was very affordable. However to find out the price was $37 was very odd for a gel polish change, no manicure... For the pedicure I had 2 different ladies that worked on it (switched midway through) and she ended up doing an additional coat of funny bunny and the color was outside the nail bed so she ended up using the drill to remove the access... pretty painful (,: Will I still come back? Probably. Would I rate them 0/10? No I'm not that entitled lol Pros: great hours, decent quality and lasts long Cons: not great quality, thin out the nail bed with the drill too often, inconsistent prices
