I absolutely love this place! I came without an appointment and with a complete mess on my nails, and everyone was so sweet, welcoming, and helpful! Julie was the one who did my nails, and she did such an amazing job. I'll definitely be coming back 100%! Best nail techs I ever had in my life. They were so patient in getting exactly what I wanted and I don't think I've ever had something replicate what I asked for so well. These are truly talented artists, they have amazing customer service, I had two people working on me to get exactly what I was looking for. Thank you Krystal and I think the other Nail tech name was Rachel or something similar, but she did the best shaping. Their Nail Salon is beautiful and they even offered me champagne . I usually go to the OG location on Sepulveda, but I am so glad they opened another location on PCH. All the nail techs are so good at their jobs and I always feel taken care of. From acrylic nails to gel pedis, I wouldn't go to any other salon because I know the service is going to be great no matter what! I love that they can do any design you can think of and they make sure you're happy no matter what. Making an appointment is so easy, especially with their managerial staff. Thank you for your response. However, I completely disagree with your version of events, which heavily misrepresents what actually occurred during my visit. I am writing to address and correct each of your claims directly. First, you stated that your team immediately offered to have a different technician correct the work and chose not to charge me. The offer to have a different technician wasn't made until I forced the issue with the manager, but at that point the damage was already done and I already was displeased with the attitude of the tech I already had. in addition to that, that tech thought I should still pay anyways and the no charge wasn't verbal offered until the very end of this encounter. In reality, the offer to fix the nails was not made in a helpful or accommodating manner, and the financial resolution was only agreed upon after significant pushback. The solutions were not "declined" out of stubbornness; they were declined because the quality of the work and the environment had already made it clear that a satisfactory outcome would not be achieved there. Why would I trust you guys to resolve an issue when you in so many words said I wasn't placed with your "good tech". So that poses the question of why do you have "good" and "bad" techs working for you? Second, your description of the removal process is highly inaccurate. You claim the technician was "understandably surprised and under pressure" and had to follow salon protocol. There is a vast difference between following protocol and how I was actually treated. The technician's reaction went beyond surprise; it was unprofessional and defensive. Furthermore, the delay in getting a manager involved did not feel like an administrative safety check--it felt like a deliberate attempt to refuse, stall, and pressure me into keeping a set of nails I was completely unhappy with. This also did have underlying tones of racism since this tech displayed several forms of micro aggressions. It was only after I insisted the removal be done that management finally authorized the removal. Third, you claim that your technician checked in with me at each stage and made a genuine effort to adjust the nails. While she may have checked in, my feedback at those stages was either ignored, brushed aside, or poorly executed. Checking in is meaningless if the technician lacks the skill or willingness to actually correct the errors being pointed out. By the time the service was completed, the final result was so far from acceptable that a full removal was the only viable option. Finally, while you claim to respect a customer's right to share their experience and provide "full context," this response feels like an attempt to rewrite the narrative to protect your salon's reputation rather than take genuine responsibility. True responsibility involves acknowledging poor service and unprofessional behavior, not making excuses about salon procedures and technician pressure. I stand firmly by my original feedback. I hope you truly use this experience to improve your customer service and communication, as your current account of the situation is completely defensive and incorrect. read more

I visited this salon for the first time after seeing appealing photos online, and encountered extremely inconsistent and disappointing service. I mentioned upfront I ordered champagne for photos, but was only given a plain disposable plastic cup instead of stem glassware. During my manicure appointment, I sat uncomfortably for the entire service. The technician covered the massage chair remote with a pillow to make space for my nail service, yet she never informed me that the chair had massage functions, even though it was clear I was uncomfortable in my seat. Shortly after, a Caucasian female customer sat down right after me. The technician immediately pointed out the massage feature and she was served champagne in proper glass stemware. On top of this uneven treatment, my manicure was finished with sloppy, careless detailing. I cannot overlook this stark difference in service, and I will never return to this salon again. read more
