Lots of opportunity for improvement. Recently ate here and was dying for a margherita pizza. We were told they had no basil but would allow us to add another topping for free. Wow! Proceeded to order a margarita and was told they didn't have enough tequila. Then we asked for a salad and were told there were no salads because the refrigerator was broken. My friend ordered a beer on tap (forget what kind) and was told they only had cans. We finally got our mediocre pizza and asked for a couple of plates and forks. Plates came but they only had one clean fork. The kid working the dining room delivered another fork about ten minutes later and told us he had to wash it first. I am not one to leave reviews, but I have started a 3 strike rule and your out. I have ordered the same pie 3 times in the last month, which was the Powder Hound Shredded mozzarella, Parmesan, ricotta, fresh chopped basil on garlic infused olive oil base 12″........$23 / 18″.....$30... I have asked at each order for heavy toppings because they always skimp on them or just don't put on the Toppings that come with the pie. So as of today (3rd Strike) they seem to not want to put the Ricotta,Parmesan and the Basil on anymore, as the last 3 orders have had none of the toppings that are supposed to be on the Pie. So basically they are charging me $23-$30 for a Cheese Pizza. The only reason there are 12 Black Olives is because I added them as a additional topping. Lol. We ordered 7 large pizzas and they delivered with great execution!! I called ahead of time to have 7 large pizzas ready by 8pm on a Friday. At first I could not reach them by phone but for some reason on the 3rd or 4th time I called it went through. The service over the phone was really great. Mediocre pizza, at best. Crust has decent taste and texture, but had big bubbles, which meant lots of random sections had no sauce or cheese. They were out of Italian sausage, so ended up getting a margherita and a bbq pizza. Margherita not terrible, not good, but not terrible. The pork on the bbq tasted gross, like pigs smell. Also, annoyed they charged us 20% gratuity because our bill was over $100, but we had to order at counter, get our own drinks, and even get our own plates... what was I charged 20% for? All the groups coming in and ordering separately, not charged, just my family. I will never be back. Other better pizza places in Big Sky that actually provide service for their 20%. read more

I probably shouldn't review this spot yet, but I went in to grab a slice of pizza earlier today. I literally stood there for 8 minutes, wasn't acknowledged at all. It was super dead, a guy was at the register trying to figure something out and walked away. Came back, still doing something unknown to me and never even seemed to notice I was there. I ended up just leaving. May try again to see how their food is. Looks like a cool place to grab food. I'm always looking for places I can take my 1.5 and 3.5 year old to. So finally they decided for sushi, but I was not in the mood, so we split and I came to this pizza place. Very wise decision on my part. Got a Margherita pizza + bacon. Not the best pizza I ever had, but a very satisfying one. I can't quite describe the crust, not the typical crust you find around here in the US, but not an Italian style pizza either. We were craving pizza and new to town, so we happened upon this place. It was crowded with a lot of people waiting around, and so my boyfriend went in to get a table. The guy behind the bar said "you're looking at it", motioned to the full tables and walked away. It's a seat-yourself and order-at-the-bar kinda place, which is totally fine but we were a bit taken aback by the abruptness and lack of welcome by the first staff member. However, I definitely want to call out the gal with the small dreads who was busting her butt on the floor that night. She was very attentive to people's needs, delivering pizzas, clearing tables, getting boxes, etc. No one was helping her. She was awesome! So, we waited for a table to come free. Two did, but neither were cleaned until we asked. And meanwhile, people are coming and going to pick up to-go orders and order drinks, no masks. Masks and social distancing was not being enforced by staff, unfortunately. The pizza was ok. Crust was bland and a bit overdone. The cheese blend they use is good. The house marinara was so-so. The pizza took exceptionally long to come out and we were provided with a flimsy paper plate each. Grease soaked through after just a few bites. We had to go ask for a fork (plastic), and then again for knives. Halfway through our meal we heard them say they were bringing out dine-in pizzas in to-go boxes because they ran out of clean pizza trays. It made me cringe to think how wasteful that is.
