He came over with his equipment was very careful with our property. He clearly knew what he was doing. He did a great job cleaning the carpets and worked really hard on some stubborn spots that we had -- likely tar or asphalt from driveway paving, very difficult to get out, but he did. The carpets look like new. He explained how long it would take to dry (4-5 hours) but said that we could walk on it. You know your carpet is clean when you can walk on it with white socks while it's still damp and not see anything on your socks. That required screwing and unscrewing multiple times with patience. I am completely satisfied with the job.
