We've done Dave & Busters and Main Event a million times. This was our first visit to PinStack! We had dinner, did the ropes course, rock wall, laser tag, and bumper cars...and had an absolute BLAST! Sage was exceptional with his customer service! His interactions with our family was pleasantly refreshing. He was present at his job. Bria was our waitress. If you want to be treated better than you ever have before come see Lace. We brought over 300 children on a field trip and she made It the most incredibly enjoyable experience we have had. Not only was she a blessing, but you could tell people enjoyed working with her. Not to mention, her staff were extremely attentive and had the best attitudes. THEY SPOILED US! We just finished out team party tonight. Great venue, kids loved it, parents had a great time and did not break the booster clubs budget! From the initial planning with Maeva to the final night with Faith serving us, it was an great evening. More than enough food for the group, always checking up on us to be sure we were good. After bowling, kids had a great time in the arcade. Was great to see all the kids together again celebrating one last time as a team. We will be back after next season! read more

Pinstack is a great place for a party or just some family fun. The food is amazing and fairly priced as well. If you stop by the diner see Luke or Denzel if you need some help. Both of them know what excellent service means and will turn a bad day into a great experience for all. I had an spur of the moment party for 20 and they hooked it up. Heaven is a outstanding employee who constantly went out of her way to serve me I the restaurant. My server was very busy and she noticed I was in need several times and came to help me. I had a Salad and it was great and so has been my experience here. I suggest it to all. read more

Took our kids to PS this evening for an end of the Summer celebration. The Big Ball pickup game was apparently broken (per my daughter playing a game next to it). I kept telling kids it was broken before they slid their cards thru. I missed another Dad until he tried 2x and it didn't work. I walked up to a kid working there and told him. He asked if I needed credit - I said "no" but took him to the Dad who did. Then saw staff filling up the game with even more balls. Still broken - yet no one shut it down. Apparently PinStack just wants to eat up the points on your card. How many people swiped then walked away? Shane on you. read more

The staff here is amazing. Looking for something to do we decided to come here and bowl. We got here at around 10:30 and we were told it was a 35 minute wait to bowl so we decide eat in the mean time. The restraunt area was closed, so we ate in the seating behind the bowling lanes. We ordered pizza and a few drinks. The food was alright ,but the service was great. Our servers Walter and Jordan were very friendly and helpful. They would come by often to check up on us and they were more than happy to answer our questions. When we asked for recommendations on beer, Walter offered to take us to the bar to sample a few different beers. I don't remeber the names of the bartenders ,but they were also super nice and friendly. I've been to this location a few different times and I've always had a good experience here. I was disappointed with my experiences with my experiences at main event after my husband complained that the food was greasy and the oil patterns were inconsistent, but after we switched to pinstack we a waiter we liked named Connor i think who recommended us the Texas smokehouse burger with was amazing, and also treated the special needs employee who was working with a lot of respect and love. read more

Lots of games but terrible service. They had us on a lane that didn't work. Had to transfer lanes. One member of our party lost her turn and they could bring it back. Boring, waiting for service and lanes that worked. read more

Ari was great! OMG Ari was so great, I loved that journey for me. Ari was a very enthusiastic waitress and was very nice and helpful.

For what it is, a slightly more upscale version of Dave and Buster's (with a bowling alley that's fancy enough for fancy adults), it's great. We spent our first visit bowling with friends. It's not cheap, but it's a good time for sure. This time we came with kids. Turned their little butts loose in the arcade room and they blew through $60 in game cards in about an hour. They loved the laser tag and had a good time playing the games. The adults had some drinks and when they were through playing we ordered food. All was good! The ambiance was a little of the frenetic "arcade" feeling, but the kids and adults were all well behaved. I felt safe here, and felt safe to let the boys play in the arcade. Much safer than I've felt at D&B. The bathrooms are really nice and everyone I encountered was super nice. The bartenders were great and they took great care of us. Overall, Pinstack is on the "good" list and we'll be back! read more

Great place for kids birthday party! We have done two birthday parties here and they were a hit! The party option we selected included an hour of bowling, 30 min in party room followed by free time to play games. They have options like bumper cards, rockwall climbing, lazer tag and tightrope walk. The party host(ess) did an amazing job and took care of us very well. The food was great and the kids had a blast. We frequent Pinstack for family outings, they have a great bar area with fantastic mixed drinks. Their food is good (nothing you'll crave but better than most bowling alleys) and the games are always fun. I love that they seem to have new games quite frequently so the kids never get bored of the place. read more

Came here today for a company paid team building. The food was OK. Chicken was a little dry. They have an indoor wall and bumper cars- nice feature! My coworkers and I had a great time bowling, playing games, and hanging out. I'm not sure about the costs since the company paid for everything. The place was very clean and the service was really good. We had a large group of 60. Im not sure if I would go back solo but I feel for team building it's a great option. read more

First thing; the lane we were assigned was not cleaned up from the previous person. Filthy and Sticky. When we told them about it they said they were understaffed. Not my problem. There were also other open lanes. Server was surly and got things wrong and then argued with us about it . Balls are not in any kind of order. We thought this was a high end bowling alley but I'll go back to strikz or Main Event or even Plano Bowl. Everyone here clearly does not want to be here. We came on a slow day too, my husbands birthday and he's so pissed it's ruined. Also, he was charged $9 for a beer when there was a $3 special the bartender didn't bother telling him about. We will NEVER be back. Very disappointed. read more

Great interior. Very inviting without any odors typical of older bowling alleys that permitted smoking in the past. Employees were friendly and competent. I was with a party of 5. 4 needed to rent shoes. Again, the shoes appeared to be in good condition and clean. I had my own shoes and ball. The others in my party are casual bowlers. Ball selection was very easy due to the color coding and organized storage racks. Now the bad. The approach on the lane we were assign had a deceptively tacky texture. After doing a near face plant, we switched lanes. The second lane was slightly better but still did not permit sliding while releasing the ball. I chose to sit out the two games that my party bowled. I don't know if the grip of the approach surface requires shoes constructed of some special material, but I know that my bowling shoes have a replaceable pad on the left shoe to promote sliding on the final step of the bowler's approach. For me, the lanes were unacceptable and presented a risk to bowlers expecting a traditional surface. read more

The food was OK but the service was really bad and extremely slow. Someone spilled a drink and the staff just walked around it. Tables were full of empty dishes. Doesn't seem to have any supervision. The tables at the bowling lanes were the same. The pin setter wouldn't pick up the 5 pin which made it difficult to pick up any spare. When we told the front desk they said all the machines have issues we just don't fix them. If you want to have a fun time bowling go somewhere else. This place is a dump. read more

Facility is incredibly dirty and unsanitary. Food and trash on the floor. Bowling lanes malfunction and management doesn't care.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Our balls got stuck behind the alley way, and it took over 20 mins for someone to find a tech to fix the system and return our balls. Staff is uneducated. Would be nice if we could get our time added back to the board, but it was wasted while waiting for someone to come and fix the system. Not only was food overpriced, but they didn't have half of the menu stocked so ordering was difficult. Food didn't taste good either. Waste of time, go someone else instead of this place read more

We were there for a birthday party tonight and I dont think we will ever be back there again. First off, the wiats for the games and rides like the bumper car and laser tag were way too long and the kids only had a card for 2 hours worth of unlimited play. Well with those 3 things took up most of the time and some of the staff were unfriendy and had attitudes to some adults trying to help their kids. Then to top it off, we went in the bar area to eat and it took over 35 minutes to get my wife's food ecause their excuse was they gave it to someone else or they gave the wrong order. But the manager kept coming over making excuses and offered us game cards. We just wanted to get our food and get out of there. Very overcrowded. Plus my food came to me luke warm . It was sitting on the counter for a while. I would stay away from here and dont order food from here.They need to either training their staff better or get new management there and run this place better and teach some stuff , working with kids and paretns some manners. read more
