I called and was told it would be $50 for 1 hour of bowling, seems like a fair price. When I arrived to bowl they told me that the cost would be $100. This place is really bad...I usually don't post reviews like this. If you're coming to hang out at the bar on the first floor, then I think it's a fine. Read below if you are planning to bowl. 1. Had to wait 20 min for our reserved lanes even though there were several empty lanes when we got up there 2. We were told there weren't enough shoes and it was self service?? The shoes were stacked in cubbies and you couldn't tell which ones were clean. 3. No one came to get us more water so we ended up getting it ourselves. 4. The bowling lanes are extremely narrow and the floors aren't glossed like a regular alley so the balls catch a lot of traction 5. Food was okay and expensive for what you get Had a lot of hopes for this place, but it was totally disappointing and won't be returning. read more

Good food unfortunately the service was not up to par. When I handed the waitress my card to pay the tab not only did I wait 20 minutes for my card to be returned but I learned my card was given to a completely different table. Aside from that I was charged the tab of the other table. My total was $67 and change but ended up being charged $120 and change. My partner went to talk to the waitress who then took the card and fixed the issue but then walked over to me to give me my card and correct tab, completely ignoring my partner who walked up to the bar waiting for her. I had a work group that had a reservation at 5:30 for a Monday evening. When the group arrived they said they didn't have a reservation listed for them. I spent over 20 minutes on the phone with a staff member getting the reservation set for dinner weeks prior, along with Bocce. Several times she said she had to confirm it with the manager. After multiple times on hold she said an email was to go out to the person whose name was on the reservation to accept in order to hold the time slot. This person did accept and approve the email for the reservation as instructed and it still wasn't set when they arrived. I tried calling to speak to someone for over 15 minutes to find out what the problem was during business hours and not a single person answered the phone. I never was able to talk to someone to make sure they had a reservation for Bocce after dinner. read more

The ambience at Pinstripes isn't bad, but that's about the only positive thing I can say. Charging $90 for one hour of bowling is absolutely outrageous, especially when there's nothing special about the lanes, the shoes, or the bowling balls. For that price, I'd expect state-of-the-art equipment or at least some kind of premium experience--but nope, it's just standard bowling at luxury pricing. At these rates, I can't imagine this place staying in business for long. There are plenty of other bowling alleys that offer the same experience (or better) at a fraction of the cost. Today April 20 2025 me and a group of family & friends sat at two different tables and I don't know if the staff was new they we're definitely short hand and the whole service was horrible now we have been on several occasions before no problem but I must give them a low rating on Easter they actually charged more for the buffet and the not one different item on the menu which is strange to me. Food was cold and tasted stale at the brunch buffet no one knew the cost of bottomless and what was included. They asked me to look at the menu and it's not on the menu...got a parfait and the granola was soft and stale the glasses had food on them and one of the knife had lettuce baked into it. The fries are cold and taste like McDonalds fries the next day if they have been sitting out of the bag and not reheated. The Brussels are good tho! And the salads weren't bad. I really love the brunch! Been here twice now. So many choices and all very very good food and the price is very reasonable. It's too bad the service absolutely sucks!! I had to get up and ask a wait staff if I could have coffee and another bottle of water. Never got a refill. They came to my table to grab a couple plates and to hand me the check!!! No communication with guests. Just with each other. I will come back because the food is so good but they need to train their staff to be more attentive with the guests! Yes this is a new establishment and yes every new establishment needs work. The bowling aspect of things! We had reservations at 6:15 and this was honored. Our reservation was for an hour and at the hour mark they turned off the bowling for the next booking apparently l, however, that booking never showed up and we were still waiting for some of the food we had ordered. Basically I know their was no other booking and if their was the previous party should be able to finish their game prior to the other party attending. $100 an hour should allow one to finish their game. Shoes were limited as well. With all this being said let's talk about Kimberly who was a bar back. Aside from her attending to our big party we had one other gal come by twice in the 3 hours we were there. However; Kimberley was incredible. She was attentive, sweet, fast, and totally on it. We were informed she was in training. Respectfully speaking she was perfect to our entire group and everyone else needed a little bit of attentive work. Thank you for a good time and please raise Kimberley to a higher role. Based on this evening and how she took care of 12 people she is more than qualified. The service was very bad. I came in at 6:00 pm and the restaurant was not busy at all. We sat at the high top and after waiting for 20 minutes I had to go to the front counter to ask for a server. A server finally arrived at my table after waiting another 15 minutes. We ordered calimari which arrived icold. After finishing the calimari, we waited for our server to return so we can order dinner. Well again we waited another 25 minutes and I had to walk to the bar and ask the bartender if we could place our dinner order. The bartender didn't seem too happy but took our order anyway. The food arrived after 10 minutes. I ordered their "Famous prime rib dip" The sandwich was the size of a slider and the dipping sauce had a greasy aftertaste. Needless to say it was not good at all. Whether you bring your own ball or use a house ball, these lanes are mediocre and not to standard. Jake, Nate, and Brian are wonderful managers who have created an environment where kids can have a great time, and adults can enjoy themselves. Went in for a Friday late lunch, more employees than customers, and yet it took 10 minutes while sitting at the bar before I decided to get up and ask anyone was there bar service, or would I be better served sitting as one at a table. I had two light beers and six wings and it cost $36. Wings were overcooked and sauces were meah. I'm wondering if this operation is a cover for some other operation as there was no focus on food service, quality or customer satisfaction. Don't waste your time and money for the attitude.
