I have a '18 Chevy Volt, with an EGR service code reading from an OBD reader. Dave was kind, direct, honest, said it's a common issue with Volts, was confident and gave a reasonable diagnostic quote $150. While I was recommended to him for a 2nd opinion on a pricey job, I ultimately will stick with my auto guy in NoHo purely because of distance.
