Salad from the buffet.
Rabecca D.

I saw no cleaning in between family's leaving and coming to tables. The staff was rude. Drinks stayed warm even with ice (assuming cups). Really bland food. Best thing here was a salad made by me from the salad bar. Which the salad bar and food bar is together one single bar! Oh and within about 30 minutes you will have explosive diarrhea which is terrible when traveling and just passing through. Photo below is the good salad.

Abbey the new waitress, well done

We had the buffet, it was at the end of the lunch buffet, abbey was our waitress. She is new at waitressing but she did a good job serving us and keeping up with our drinks and deserts. The meatloaf had bbq on it, we are used to meatloaf with ketchup, but this was really good, the pie good. We have eatin here a couple times and will be back again

Chicken, catfish and bbq pork

Saw cars and we were hungry. Oh my was that a great decision!! Had a dinner buffet, which is not normal for me. When we walked in the food smelled fantastic and very fresh! Fried chicken was crispy outside and moist inside and NOT greasy. The bbq pork was excellent. The catfish looked amazing but didn't eat any. Although many others were enjoying. The buffet included salad and dessert bar. The cobblers were warm! Had 4 different cakes but didn't try them. $13.99 for all of it. Highly recommend! This place has something for everyone!

Ashley the waitress, she is all smiles

The food is great improvement from when I was last there 8-10 years ago. Service was good and food was hot and well prepared.

I wish the food would have been as great as the staff! I was sad to see that the restaurant has gone down hill in the last several years.

The food was amazing and the server we have was excellent. She was a young lady, and gave the best service I have ever had at a restaurant.

The restaurant has plenty of seating inside, creating a cozy vibe for enjoying your food, plus there are easy to-go options for those on the run. We can't wait to go back for those amazing million-dollar pickles and a bunch of delicious Amish baked goods that are simply unforgettable. The homemade blackberry pie paired perfectly with our homemade ice cream at the lake. On our last visit, we treated ourselves to a freshly made chicken quesadilla that was loaded with flavor and paired perfectly with some zesty salsa. The chicken wrap was just as good, packed with juicy grilled chicken, crunchy veggies, and a tasty sauce, making it a meal we couldn't get enough of. So much better than fast food options and supporting local!

The tenderloin sandwich well executed with a seasoned crispy breading covering a pork loin slice pounded out to 1/4" thickness about twice the size of the bun. That's consistent with the standard in this area, first done by the Smith family of Smith's Restaurant now 5 or 6 miles South on Hwy 13. The fries were absolutely perfect, fries to order, sprinkled with a seasoning that's really very good. Don't skip the fries!
