Once I found a Montepulciano I was interested in, someone came over from the bar to check me out. I asked him if it was possible to get one of the cheese trays to go, and was told it was no problem. He would ring it up for me and get right on it. He offered me a seat at the bar while I waited, but I was happy just looking at their other wine options. It is set up as wine on tap with Aerators. Get a card with your credit card linked to it, read about the wines and start tasting. 75 different wines and varying prices. If you like what you are tasting, they will sell you bottles. If you don't like wines, they have a full bar as well. They also have a limited appetizer menu and nights with live music. We would've loved even some minimal engagement on our selections for the flight or acknowledgment of our choices or presence period. As someone who was worked on the service industry for many years I would've forgiven this behavior at 8:45pm but we would've been better off just enjoying wine at home given it felt like the establishment was closed from the second we walked in.
