Happy hour review: great for quick, small bites & delicious pisco sours ($7 at the bar only!). The traditional ceviche comes in small bowls for $5 - very tasty! If you like spicy (and even if you don't, IMO), ask for aji on the side. Adding a little more heat makes a big difference, trust me. Once again you can't go wrong with the great food choices and service at Pisco and Nazca. We decided to come here for Miami Spice. What a great ambiance to come with friends or your family. For our appetizers we ordered the ceviche and empanadas. Absolutely delicious. We also had the pescado chaufa and pescado a lo macho. This by far has been my favorite. I'm really glad I gave this place a third chance. Peruvian food is *chef's kiss* amazing but my first time around in the Doral location (this was around the time they first opened this location so give them the chance now!) I was underwhelmed when all the food was saltier than the Dead Sea. I went a second time around (to Kendall location) because someone wanted to celebrate a special occasion and food was better but not something I would want to order again. Now here comes the third time ... and I've gone a few more times now to both locations... YUM. The pulled pork tostones are a MUST! Love me some lomo saltado and side note: pescado a lo macho was not too spicy so if you like things extra spicy you might want to mention it to them. If you're over 21 then I recommend getting the pisco sour flight as well as the tranquilo tropical! As far as service, I've been able to get a table rather quickly considering the amount of people also waiting but I did take off a star as a combo from my first two experiences as well as the one time server was really sweet but order was messed up for two of the people in our table and we kept feeling forgotten. read more

We ordered Pescado a Lo Macho, Jalea, Arroz con Pollo, Lomo Saltado, the Passion Fruit Pisco Sour and the lychee drink (I don't remember the name). Drinks came out quickly which was great! Their pisco sours are so good! I remember them from the Doral location and loving them there! My plate didn't come out in time due to a mix up in the kitchen. I completely understand since it was a busy night too! The manager, Ivan, was very sweet and came over to apologize and offer something to pick on while I waited. As for Veronica, I asked her which drinks are in happy hour and she rudely and repeatedly instead happy hour was over. Let me start by saying this place is fire!!!!!!! I was hesitant about coming and my friend persuaded me so I will admit her recommendation deserves an award lol. We started with beef and corazón anticuchos, and cheese tequeños. Wow the beef one was really tender and tasty. Then she ordered a sangria and I ordered the Nazca mule, which was made using the Peruvian liquor called pisco it was great and I love that it had a burnt orange on top. First time at Pisco y Nazca and my meal was incredible. Started off with some empanadas mixta (10.50 usd for a Carne and and Aji de gallina empanada) it came with a delicious rocoto aioli, the perfect combo. The order of tostones with pork (14.50 usd) came and it was great accompany with the rococo aioli. The pork wasn't its best as it came a little cold but it definitely had good flavor. Following the pork tostone came the causa sample (12.50 usd). It was delicious and each one with its unique sauce. One had tuna tar tar, the other regular tuna with mayo and lastly a fried shrimp. Again the rocoto aioli was a great with it. The conchitas a la parmesana (16 usd for three scallops) had a good amount of cheese to also enjoy the scallop flavor. The last entree was the picante ceviche mixto (21 USD, bass based). It was good ceviche with a fair portion. For drinks we got the Pisco Flight (23 usd) and it was so worth it. I've never had pisco sour de Chicha morada and now I have a new favorite drink. The passion fruit and regular pisco sour were great as well. Desert was complimentary as it was my first time there. They have a bar code to scan and sign up for the restaurants reward program (also includes Bulla and Beehive) For the desert I got the Buenazo (12 usd) this is a brownie with a layer of chocolate, lucuma ice cream on top and chocolate pieces sprinkled on top The customer service was amazing. The waitress would come and ask if we are doing fine and they would refill the water cups frequent. She also explained the complimentary desert. I had a great experience. The restaurant itself is beautiful and very open. I can't imagine how amazing it must look during night. I would say the only downside is the price of some of the food but I would be coming back to enjoy another meal at Pisco y Nazca read more

I love this restaurant! Delicious food and fun atmosphere - perfect for lunch, dinner or a date. There is indoor and outdoor seating, but I prefer sitting at the bar. It's a u-shaped bar so it's perfect for people watching. The bar staff is very attentive. I usually pop in for happy hour and always order ceviche sampler - it's delicious. I've had a few other tasty items on the menu through out the years, but the ceviche sampler is my go to. Plancha de pulpo is a smallish dish: just a tentacle and a couple of mashed potato scoops but in my opinion it's worth it. Very tasty and filling. They still had Miami Spice going on and the portions were enormous! The salmon looked very yummy (although I did not taste). The seafood rice (Chaufa?) was a huge bowl and looked great but I did not taste it. Desert of arroz con leche cheesecake, suspiro, and the pionono with Dulce de leche and Nutella were delicious.
