All the food was absolutely AMAZING. Tried 4 different chickens and 7 different dishes and all were delicious

All right, let's get this straight. The food is amazing. It's genuinely some of the best Indian food I had in California. There are aromatics the texture of the food. Everything is just so well done. The drinks are amazing. But. The service has been atrocious man. Like this is my second time here. And again, I'm definitely gonna come back because the food is so good. But please fix up the damn service. I was a server, and no matter how many tables we had filled no matter how many customers we had we always made sure no customers were left without anything. They always got what they wanted. I asked for a plate and then they tell me to just go grab it because they're too busy. It just seemed very unprofessional. Also, it took so long for us to get the food. We came and ordered around 6. At 7:10 is when we got all the food. It took an hour and 10 minutes for the Naan to come out. It took an hour for a bottled Mango Lassie. But we got the biryani in like 25 minutes. It's so inconsistent. Also, after an hour before I got my chicken 65 biryani, the server comes up to me and tells me they're out of chicken. And I'm like your whole menu is like 80% chicken. 10 minutes goes by and they bring my biryani still. The service was just so whack. But the food was so fucking good. Also, the ambience was decent but dog it just kept getting really hot. They need to really put the AC on. I definitely recommend this place. The food is amazing it genuinely is but if you don't wanna wait a long time, I recommend just takeout order and going an hour later to go pick it up and even then I can't guarantee it's gonna be ready so always make sure it's put in an order beforehand at least an hour and you should be good. read more

Ordered the double dhamaka chicken biryani which is supposed to be "layered with more masala" according to the menu. It actually seemed like less masala than standard biryani. Also ordered the chicken tikka masala. This was a huge disappointment. Looked like chicken jalfrezi mixed with tikka masala sauce. Had onion and bell pepper chunks in it. Tasted it, and it actually tasted like chicken jalfrezi mixed with tikka masala sauce too. read more

Why do you post a giant "Lunch Deal" sign in front of your store if you're not going to honor it? (See pic) They advertise lunch deals M-F 11am-2:30pm. I went on a Wednesday right at noon and requested the Tikka Masala deal. The girl at the counter replied "oh we don't have the lunch deal yet". What? Then why do you have a sign out front advertising them?? She said they don't start honoring that for at least another week. Annoying...the lunch deal was the whole reason I stopped there. Even with my frustration, I wanted to give them a try so I ended up getting the full priced butter chicken and paid for regular naan separately (that's right...your entree does not come with naan). No drink, no dessert $26. Food was decent, but not great. Save yourself the trouble and just go to Masala House on Hamner...SO much better food, combos come with naan, and cheaper! read more

We went here for dosa since there's no good place in the IE anymore! This place has a variety of dosa- I was excited for the beet one but they are still new so they don't have that yet. The chutneys are really good...especially the ginger one which I've never had before! The dosa was huge so you can easily share it. Came here on Grand Opening Day June 5, 2026. Plenty of parking at this location. As we approached the restaurant, we already saw a long line out the door. Lots of people were excited and happy to see Pista House Joint opened in the great city of Eastvale. Upon entering the restaurant I could feel the excitement in the air. Guests were eager to order their favorite dishes. It was a fun atmosphere. The restaurant is quite nice, clean, and decorative. We were lucky to grab a table. We ordered the followings: - Corn Samosa - Palak Paneer - Butter Chicken Masala - Pepper Chicken Curry - Garlic Naan - Chicken Tikka Masala - Mango Lassi - Gulub Jamoon (4) Foods came out quick. Services were fantastic. Didn't know how the foods would turn out since this is our first time here, but all the dishes we tried, they were all so good and delicious. There were so many other items we didn't get to try, next time for sure. If you live in Eastvale or nearby neighborhoods, come out and give them a try. I think you will like it. read more

Very disappointed not once but twice...came for lunch but there was no food one time and next time they had only dosas.... Why can't they post that in website or inform us during the call....because we called them and they didn't mention anything other than telling to come after half an hour... If they continue doing this I will never come back..... Then we ordered dosas...worst dosas even kids didn't like it waste of money....spoiled the mood do not go this restaurant again..... read more

Hello everybody well totally disappointed. My wife and I went there to try their dosa we thought would be something different so we ordered it. Wow, when the bill came ok overpriced The food wasn't prepared, right So we're very disappointed they're advertising something but when everything comes out, it's totally not worth it. Although they had an enormous menu of items to select from, we ordered the masala dosa (the classic) and it's been a while since I've had a really good one, including the chutney! I think I found my spot! The staff were also really friendly and pleasant to interact with. The seating area was spacious and spaced enough to have a "private"/intimate meal, and well lit. My husband and I ordered the tandoori chicken, chicken 65 biryani, and a side of pita. There was a bit of a language barrier when my husband ordered over the phone but we ultimately got what we wanted. The chicken dishes were aromatic and spicy and delicious and the pita was warm and soft! I think the tandoori chicken was supposed to come with rice and salad but it wasn't with the to-go order. My husband's dish had plenty of rice to share so it wasn't a big deal. I reheated a piece of the tandoori chicken and the pita wrapped in a damp paper towel a couple days later and everything was still good! This restaurant will be part of our rotation! read more

This place has probably the best Indian food in Eastvale! Now me and my family used to be regulars at masala house but they are too inconsistent with their food, even with the most basic of things like the rice. More than not I've left disappointed and unsatisfied because of it. Pista House Joint however had great flavor and service was amazing the staff was friendly and gave great recommendations to try. We ended up getting the classic dosa, bezawada chicken biryani, takda dal, and tandoori chicken all of which were delicious. We will definitely be back to try more! read more

I had very high hopes, maybe it was just the meal I ordered, but when I got home to try it, I thought I was biting into a brick of salt, and my lips puckered up due to a ton af sodium/spice. Maybe I'll try again, but I'll hold off for the moment due to the drive. read more
