The chicken was really good tender well seasoned The sausage was good, but I expected more of a homemade flavor The ribs were seasoned and tender The brisket was really good, season and had a some tenderrism. The Mac n cheese were a bit salty for me as im a little sensitive to salt. The BBQ beans were OK. They had a smoky flavor and something else that I couldn't pick up that had me scratching my head about what's in here. The potato salad reminds me of my mom's mustard base, dill, and very good. The young lady who took my order was friendly. The guy in the back was lost in the clouds or something. I ordered a pound of ribs...and I got them...completely WITHOUT BBQ sauce. I mean there was none at all. The ribs were mighty dry. That's not at all the way I want my ribs. I want 'em juicy with BARBECUE SAUCE ON 'EM! That guy doesn't know the first thing about barbecuing ribs! I could do better! I didn't know I'd been screwed until I got home. When I called the restaurant number about the problem, the guy answered poorly, like he was ready for a fight or something. I told him the situation. He didn't seem to care. He suggested I drive back and get the BBQ sauce. I think he was telling me, with the dry ribs, that he didn't want my business. NO PROBLEM! I don't do business with jerks who don't treat customers right. The dude would be wise in making some great big changes real soon. I won't be going back, that's for sure. Very unorganized it seemed. At the light show the truck like was moving slow. Waited in like for an hour before being informed they ran out of food. And the light show had just opened. I don't understand how this happens. Lady said come back in 30 minutes, yeah right. People were very disappointed and they seen not to care. If i ever see this food truck anywhere else.
